  • Did you know there is a space between all your thoughts and feelings, and YOU? The part of you that can notice, witness all the thinking and such, but just be with it? Not engage, just observe? I wish I had known that, and in this letter to myself (which is to you, too!) I go into details of what I mean/paint the picture. I hope it helps open your mind to a way of being during postpartum that is different, and possibly what you need, or at the least: helpful.

  • Our emotions can get pretty intense postpartum, and yet it's a time when we want to be the most present to soak in all of the cuddles and enjoy this quick time. So how do we cope? In this episode, I'll teach you what you need to know and do to be able to calm any emotion in the moment. You'll learn:

  • You are responsible for your actions, and you can take responsibility of your thoughts, but I don't believe that we are always the conscious creators of our thoughts. While intrusive thoughts can be serious in the sense that they are communicating you have needs desperate to be met and may need more sleep and/or support, I don't believe that a scary thought makes you a bad person.   • The Sacred Feminine is ritualizing the monotonous and finding meaning in nature. It is focusing not just on productivity and efficiency, but also on 'being', slowing down, and rest. Emotional and spiritual intuitiveness, & valuing the journey, not just the destination.
    During historical times of masculine-valuing rule, this way of being with our bodies and with nature was lost, but it's coming back.
    Let's dive into history and explore the way that our collective loss of the Sacred Feminine, both in culture and in our collective psyche, impacts who we are and how we recover as women who are birthing and recovering postpartum.
