TikTok and Temu have scaled massively recently, but they are now looking to adjust their fees and terms as they look to convert revenue growth into profitability growth. Holland and Barrett have invested in security and anti-theft monitoring technology and have shared data about the level of crimes observed.In the UK, retail stores and colleagues are facing disruption and a tsunami of criminal offences as riots and looting get out of control. B&Q is exploring quick commerce and is partnering with Deliveroo to launch rapid deliveries in London and is also working with DPD to offer robotic deliveries in Milton Keynes.John Lewis is looking to transform their customer experience when it comes to retail media.

    The Shopping Trip

    This week, two retailers go head-to-head with their recent livestream shopping events. eBay collaborated with Love Island to offer exclusive items from the TV show. Whilst Walmart and P&G worked together to set up an Olympic-themed livestream event.

    Both were very different so we're looking at what worked and what didn't. And discover which event came out on top.
