Wellness Witch Jayne Craig describes herself as a little but woo woo. But I'd describe her as a little bit awesome, trained in Permaculture, Early Childhood teaching, Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Aromascience and as a Postnatal Doula she knows a lot about the earth and our connection to it. She is the ultimate Earth Mother, who became a single mother to 4 kids under 5 and has been raising them on her own ever since.
These days she helps women overcome feelings of Anxiety and Stress by learning to tap in to their intuition. She also has 25 years experience in earth based spirituality, crystal work and tarot (hence the woo woo)
We chat about how we both use style as an ice-breaker, how you can use items of clothing to ground yourself in times of high anxiety and getting in touch with your intuition.

Every time I visit someone’s closet they tell me stories about their clothes. Why they love them, where they wear them and why they have fallen out of love with them. In this podcast I share my thoughts on why identifying the stories you are telling about your clothes might be the easiest way to improve your style without buying more stuff.

Welcome to The Story of Clothes.
In this Episode I share my story of clothing. I tell you about my career working as a Stylist and Costume Designer in the Film and TV industry, and the moment I realised how bad the problem of fashion waste is in Australia. This is the story of my journey from fast fashion shopping addict to sustainable style advocate. I let you in on all my dirty little secrets and the ways I tried (often unsuccessfully) to stop shopping.
I chat about my vision for this podcast and the journey I hope to share with you... one fabulous outfit at a time.
