  • it is the season 2 finale of the village sessions! we are moving into another off-season while michale & molly launch the vessel, kori gives birth to her third child, we release our official trademarked resourced + rooted method into our village birth course, and we update all of our offerings this summer with more content, webinars, and more!

to kick off the spring season, we take a deep dive into the requirements of creativity in a woman. women are creational beings. it’s in our physiological blueprint to create.

we are always creating, as michale likes to say, so are we creating beauty in the world, or are we creating chaos & drama?

while michale was recently reading one of richard bandler’s books, we took this a step further and started marinating on the idea that maybe symptoms as a whole are one giant creative block
and how maybe mothers who are cycling through symptom loops in their kids need more energy to see more options to end the cycle. what if mothers are creating “jobs” for themselves through symptomatic children, whereas maybe that creative energy wants to be used to create something else?

join us for this episode where we lay out the foundational requirements for creativity– including knowing who you are, what you uniquely bring to the world, and the capacity to bravely step into that role. we talk about how low capacity & a low developmental age show up as mimicry, parroting, and playing it safe in life.

the responsibility to step into your purpose in life is not just for you, but your entire village is waiting for it too. you’ll want to sit down for this one!

  • in this episode of the village sessions, we take a fresh look at the world of cranio-facial growth & development, an industry that has parents tail-spinning. michale, kori, & molly unpack what’s often missing from mainstream orthodontic narratives, offering a deeper, wider perspective on how space is truly created in the body—not just in the bone, but in the energy & ecology of the family system.

michale shares her first-hand experience navigating cranio-facial development—not only through her own story & her children’s journeys but also through years of running a dental practice alongside her husband at the time. we explore the western model of growth & expansion — questioning today’s reductionist & common beliefs about what actually influences bone structure, airway health & development.

we explore how the mother’s energy & belief systems shape a child’s world (nervous system, beliefs, symptoms, energy field) & why, if we don’t have the energy to create new patterns, we WILL unconsciously fall back into familiar ones.

we touch on family beds & “voltage.” and in true villager fashion, we dive into the critical role of a well-resourced mother in sustaining long-term transformation. ultimately, this episode is an invitation for moms to address these patterns within themselves first, before searching for the right person or appliance to outsource with. wooo! sit down for this hot take. it’s a good one.

  • in this episode of the village sessions, we explore the intersection of sovereignty & birth—what it truly means to own your choices, match your desires with your actions & step fully into responsibility for your outcomes. michale, kori, & molly unpack the mismatch between the modern sovereign woman & the modern birth models, questioning whether today’s birth systems & practitioners truly support women.

we dive into the four birth archetypes.. revealing the over arching theme — how sovereignty requires abundance.

in true villager fashion, we explore the unconscious patterns that shape birth experiences. asking: is your desire a match for you? if the desire is in the having, could it be that the outcome of your birth is simply evidence of what we’re holding on the inside?

birth serves as the ultimate revealer of hidden patterns & deficits. a reflection of our truest interior. whether we choose into it or not, birth often becomes a portal for transformation.

as we close the conversation, we welcome you to join us at our RESOURCED + ROOTED bowspring workshop (virtually + in person). after the event takes place, the workshop will live within our village birth offering. how you birth is how you live.

  • in this episode of the village sessions, we bring in multiple perspectives to paint a big picture of the relationship between the modern woman & IVF. how did we get here, & where does it end in the process of eugenics?

as the birth control & fertility industries are a classic case of “create the problem, then sell the solution,” we talk about the ethics & longterm costs of forcing pregnancy into a body that is saying “no.”

we break down the energetic states underneath “infertility,” as well as share our perspectives of what we have witnessed in spaces of working with thousands of women through seasons of them trying to conceive a baby.

michale also adds her real-life experience with working on babies born via IVF & frozen embryos, and what she notices in the quality of their bodies & glitches in their timelines.

this is a holistic conversation about the power of choice & alignment, as well as move-towards strategies for families who are seeking fertility themselves or vitality for previously conceived IVF children.

    || if you are wondering where to find michale’s pyramid of stability model— she teaches it in her mentorship containers, rooted families, & the soon-to-be vessel offering ||

  • in this episode of the village sessions, we dive into a conversation that challenges the mainstream narrative around childhood (and adult) airway symptoms. michale, kori, & molly explore the deeper layers behind airway health—why snoring, open-mouth breathing, & low tongue posture are signals, not root causes. we discuss the spaces in between—the moments outside of “doing all the things” that either reinforce or undermine real change. so often, a lack of resourcing & a self-inhibiting mindset prevent both mothers & practitioners from creating sustainable shifts. we explore the critical difference between doing to vs. doing with & the shared responsibility of practitioners & mothers to hold a frame that leads to lasting transformation. the key is awareness—of both the organism & its environment. this is an ecological picture, not simply a mechanical one. we question the mainstream approach of altering the “human meat suit” with interventions that only reinforce what is already inevitably collapsing (ie devices, appliances). instead, we explore the energy systems that build the airway, looking at how to support those first before relying on external “fixes.” we challenge whether the real issue isn’t your kid’s airway—but potentially the ways mothers find themselves under-resourcing & over-outsourcing. these "leaks" show up in how mothers are crowd-sourcing their decisions & actions to practitioners or facebook polls instead of standing in their own knowing. take a seat with us for this conversation on the airway, responsibility, & reclaiming the power to choose ecological sustainability for you & your family. identify the pattern of where you have been taking action from what you "don't want" & start taking precise action for what you do want.

  • in this episode of the village sessions, we dive into the growing normalization of botox & fillers, exploring the bioenergetics behind choosing to alter your face with things like botulinum toxin. michale, kori, & molly discuss our ancestral take and potentially new angle of viewing the neurologic implications these choices may have — particularly in relation to mirroring, emotional expression & our ability to truly connect. we reflect on how humans have been altering appearances for millennia, while questioning the long-term impact of today’s facial alterations—on our relationships, our communities & generations to come. we touch on the concept of perception drift, the subtle but significant way women may lose sight of who they truly are, forgetting their “true north.” michale offers an invitation to begin reconnecting to your authentic self— through her true north offering, of knowing who you are & where you are. we hold a vision for a world filled with women who understand why they’re making the choices they’re making — honoring their own responsibility. take a seat with us for this conversation on authenticity, self-awareness & what it means to reclaim your vitality & true expression in a culture that may not be reflecting that back to you.

  • in this first episode of season 2, we’re turning our focus to one of the most simple & overlooked elements of foundational health—light. michale, kori & molly explore the profound ways light informs our biology, energy, & even the choices that become the habits shaping our lives. we dive into eye health & light environment, unpacking how bioenergetics, thyroid function & metabolism are all intimately tied to the quality of light we expose ourselves to. beyond biological, we explore how modern addictions—porn, ipads, video games—are deeply connected to disrupted light cycles, chronic disease & dysregulated nervous systems.

we also bring light (pun intended) to the sun as our ally, challenging the mainstream narrative around sun exposure & questioning the possible fallacy of the “sunburn” story. what if aging in reverse is about resourcing from nature, rather than protecting against it? we’re highlighting this conversation to bring awareness to the way light shapes not just our health, but our rhythms, relationships & the environments we create for ourselves & our families—the ecology in which the next generation will grow.

  • in this episode of the village sessions, we challenge the conventional focus on masculine & feminine dynamics, shifting the conversation to the importance of women going first in their journey of transformation. michale, kori, & molly explore what it means for a woman to say yes to her own growth without pointing the finger at her partner & how this choice impacts her family, relationships & the village she’s building.

we discuss the shadow elements that often come up when stepping into expansion, offering a biologically supported framework for why women leading the collective charge is essential. as the contributors of mitochondrial dna, women as the chosen guardians of conception, the light for the next generation & the anchors of transformation for their families. through this lens, we emphasize the concept of “keeping your eyes on your own paper” & taking responsibility for your own charge.

our hope is to empower women to see the potential in leading their own process of growth, understanding how their choices ripple out to their families & communities. take a seat & join us for this inspiring conversation on self-responsibility, embodiment & the power of going first.

  • in this episode of the village sessions, we explore the transformative journey of a woman’s body as it expands & evolves through maidenhood, motherhood, & beyond. michale, kori, & molly dive into the changes women experience—physically, emotionally, & psychologically—and how these choices shape the way we live, move, & dress.

we share insights from our own journeys, reflecting on the impact of introducing dynamic movement into our lives & how it has transformed not just our physical shape but also the clothes we choose to wear. we explore what creates “space” within the body, contrasting less favorable patterns like a tucked pelvis & “stuck” diaphragm with the freedom of width, length, & an open pelvic floor.

from discussions on diastasis recti & postpartum recovery to the relationship between the diaphragm, core, pelvic floor & the program were given through consumerism or media we hold a vision of women stepping into full embodiment—breathable, expansive & fully at home in their skin.

  • in this episode of the village sessions, we explore the concept of “your life is your prenatal,” diving into how birth has been collectively decontextualized in the west as an isolated event rather than an integral part of the natural biological process for women. michale, kori & molly offer a radical perspective: what if preconception, pregnancy, and birth could be simple, intuitive & “drama-free?”

we discuss the choice points inherent in all of life, especially during the process of creation & share personal experiences of navigating these moments. by reframing birth as a healing and expansive piece of our lives women, we challenge the narrative that it requires the pieces we’re offered by conditioning, modern day media & the allopathic rhetoric.
