Etiennette ist zertifizierte Systemische Coach, psychologische Beraterin, Dozentin und DJ und lebt mit 2 Katzen in Berlin.
Ihre Expertise liegt vor allem im Thema Sober Curiosity - die Neugier auf ein alkoholfreies Leben.
Als Prozessbegleiterin liegt der Schwerpunkt ihrer Arbeit darin, ungesunde Konsummuster zu identifizieren und nachhaltige Strategien fĂŒr einen konstruktiven Umgang mit sich selbst zu finden. Dabei werden innere Konflikte bearbeitet und die FĂ€higkeiten zur Selbstregulation gestĂ€rkt, um individuelle Potenziale vollstĂ€ndig zu entfalten. Sie begleitet Menschen im 1:1 Coaching, gibt Workshops und Trainings. Zudem arbeitet sie ADHS-sensibilisiert.
Auf ihrem eigenen Weg in Richtung UnabhĂ€ngigkeit, hat sie es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, andere Menschen dabei zu unterstĂŒtzen, in ihre Selbstwirksamkeit zu kommen. Dabei ist es ihr ein Anliegen, einen Raum fĂŒr Menschen zu schaffen, die ihren Konsum reflektieren, hinterfragen und verĂ€ndern wollen. Diese Fragen stellen sich Judith Langasch und Yannick Kurzweil in ihrem neuen Dokumentarfilm âReclaim Your Birthâ.
FĂŒr die Journalistin und Psychologin war die Geburt ihrer Tochter vor zweieinhalb Jahren ein sehr stĂ€rkendes, positives Erlebnis. Danach wurde sie aber meist gefragt: Wie schlimm war es? Das hat den beiden zu denken gegeben â warum wird Geburt in unserer Gesellschaft so oft als beĂ€ngstigendes, negatives Ereignis erlebt und gesehen? Und muss das so sein? ABOUT
Susannah is an osteopath specialised in pregnancy and postpartum, a doula and a sacred birth keeper. For the past few years she has been training birth doulas and sacred birth keepers in Sweden and she is about to start the first postpartum doula course in Swedish.
Susannah weaves ceremonies, holds circles and creates other sacred spaces for mothers to honour and connect deeper with their own motherhood journeys.
She describes her own first pregnancy and birth as an awakening, which sparked a decade-long exploration into what Motherhood has to offer women, and which has laid the foundation for her view of mothering as a spiritual practice.
Today she has three children and lives with her family in Brazil.
In March she is offering a free online course for mothers with young children called GROW through MOTHERHOOD. It is about uncovering deeper meaning and purpose in mothering, and turning common challenges into opportunities for personal growth - to become a more fulfilled mother.

Sayartah (Beatrice Zamora Florez) ist Medizinfrau, Heilerin und Wilumi der Anden (Priesterin der Erde, der Sonne und der Mondin)
Sie lebt mit ihren zwei Kindern und ihrem Mann in Hamburg und lebt ein Leben in Verbundenheit mit dem Urwissen der Urvölker der Anden.
Sayartah macht Vollmondzeremonien, es gibt zusammen mit ihrem Mann Illaripa Zeremonien und Rituale zu den Jahreszeitfesten und sie bietet Retreats fĂŒr Frauen an Kraftorten in der Natur an, in denen es um die Heilung der Weiblichkeit und Wiederverbindung mit der Essenz als Frau geht.

Im Jahr 2026 wird es dann die Ausbildung zur HĂŒterin der Weiblichkeit geben.

Maresa erzĂ€hlt in dieser Folge von ihrem Geburtshaus âDer Hofâ und beantwortet viele Fragen dazu, wie genau ihre Praxis dort aussieht. Wie viel wird interveniert, wie sicher ist auĂenklinische Geburt und welche Rolle spielen Begleitpersonen wirklich?
Maresa schreibt selbst ĂŒber sich:
Hallo, ich bin Maresa, 40 Jahre alt, Mutter von 3 wundervollen Söhnen und aus Herz und Seele Hebamme. Vor 4 Jahren habe ich den Hof in der Uckermark gegrĂŒndet und durfte mittlerweile in diesem ganzheitlichen Projekt viele Familien bei ihrem Geburtsurlaub begleiten.
Auf die Idee des Geburtsurlaubs sind wir gekommen, als wir unsere zwei groĂen Söhne Karl und Lenz in der GroĂstadt zu Welt gebracht haben. Ich habe mich vor allem in der Zeit rund um die Geburt nach einem ruhigen, naturnahen Ort gesehnt, an dem ich einfach sein kann, unterstĂŒtzt werde und mich ohne LĂ€rm und Gewusel auf die Geburt vorbereiten kann und auch als Familie ankommen kann.
Da wir diesen Ort damals nicht finden konnten, haben wir ihn erschaffen.
Der Hof liegt in der malerischen Uckermark, ca. 1 Stunde von Berlin entfernt und wir begrĂŒĂen alle 6 Wochen 3 Familien die hier mit uns und unsern Tieren im GrĂŒnen leben. Mit uns leben noch Chewbacca, unser zotteliger lieber Hofhund, 3 Schafe, 17 HĂŒhner und 2 HĂ€hne und 2 Katzen.
Es ist einfach wundervoll zu sehen wie schön das Konzept vom Geburtsurlaub aufgeht. Familien nehmen sich die Zeit raus aus ihrem Alltag in den Urlaub und genieĂen die letzten Wochen vor und nach der Geburt.
Mit dem Teilen unseres Hofs freuen wir uns immer wieder ĂŒber das Wunder der Geburt und sind sehr glĂŒcklich darĂŒber so vielen kleinen Menschen ein sanftes Ankommen zu ermöglichen. DENN ES IST NICHT EGAL WIE WIR GEBOREN WERDEN. UND ES IST AUCH NICHT EGAL WIE WIR GEBĂREN.

Anna is my mentor since almost two years now. I took the Sacred Birth Worker Mentorship with her and have learnt many many things about physiological birth, being a space holder for birth and all around it from her. She is the founder of Sacred Birth International and does huge amazing work in educating women and training birth workers to hold space for the nature, sacredness and rite of passage women go through in pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Karina Schönberger verbindet psychologische Astrologie mit Embodiment und schafft so einen einzigartigen Zugang zur menschlichen Psyche.
Durch ihre Zertifizierung am C. G. Jung Institut und ihr Studium der psychologischen Astrologie an der AstroPraxis Hamburg hat sie sich tiefgehendes Wissen ĂŒber die ZusammenhĂ€nge zwischen Archetypen und innerer Entwicklung angeeignet.
ZusĂ€tzlich hat sie ihr VerstĂ€ndnis in der Schule fĂŒr EvolutionĂ€re Astrologie von Michael de Baker erweitert, wo sie sich intensiv mit dem Seelenweg aus astrologischer Sicht beschĂ€ftigt hat.
Ihre groĂe Leidenschaft liegt in der Verbindung von Körperarbeit und Astrologie, die sie in ihrer somatischen Ausbildung am BodyMindMovement-Center in Mexiko-Stadt weiter vertieft. Dabei erkundet sie, wie astrologische Archetypen nicht nur intellektuell, sondern auch körperlich erfahrbar gemacht werden können.
Besonders lebendig wird ihre Arbeit im AstroDrama, wo Planeten auf kreative und intuitive Weise zum Leben erweckt werden, um ein tieferes Erleben und Verstehen des eigenen astrologischen Horoskops zu erlangen.

ABOUT SERAP
Serap Kara is the founder and guardian of Cacao Mama, the Earth School and co-founder of the Cacao Gardener Initiative. Serap is an entrepreneur, a cacao medicine woman, a mystic, moon dancer, teacher and midwife for a new consciousness to be anchored. Her medicine heart beats in rhythm with Pachamama and the heart of the forest.
Serap has spent the last 15 years to create finely-tuned spaces to travel the ancient songlines of cacao between earth and cosmos to innerstand the Spirit in new ways. ABOUT SHANAY
Shanay is an Australian-born mother of three, a wife, and a doula in many forms, co-founder of Mama Muun, a brand dedicated to creating premium postpartum snacks for new parents. Her mission is rooted in the belief that both women and babies deserve deep support as they transition through the profound stages of womanhood, motherhood, and parenthood.
In a world that often moves too fast, we are missing the guidance of wise womenâthose who can share the knowledge, compassion, and grounding that modern mothers need. Her hope is to bring this wisdom back to life, helping women reconnect with their roots and find light and strength in their journey.
For over nine years, Shanay had the privilege of serving as a birth and postpartum doula, supporting more than 130 births. Her journey has been one of dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to each family she works with. Itâs her greatest joy to help mothers feel seen, cared for, and empowered as they bring new life into the world and beyond.
Shanay's life with her family is a beautiful chaos, as she likes to call itâbalancing work, raising the children, and co-parenting with her first daughterâs father every day. Itâs a constant dance of schedules, laughter, and sometimes exhaustion, but she feels thereâs a beauty in the way it all comes together and the support her and her husband find in each other is impressive since they have no family support in Berlin.
