Did God really say that thing you’re believing?
In today’s episode, Christina unpacks how important it is to be a generation who confidently knows exactly what God has spoken throughout His Word. Learning from the example of Eve’s deception in the Garden of Eden, we see how any confusion, doubt, or uncertainty about God’s truth only allows space for the enemy’s lies.

Real talk. How many of you can’t quite get yourself to believe those Bible verses that say God wants to give us the desires of our heart because you’re still without all the things you’ve ever asked him for? If this resonates, then stick around because this episode is for you!! Christina dives into how God oftentimes doesn't give us what we WANT, but what we NEED, and it's so much better that way. He definitely wants to give us the desires of our hearts, but even more than that, He wants to give us abundantly more than all we could ever hope, think, or imagine. Abundantly more to God is quite literally abundantly more than what we can wrap our simple minds around, and it involves some needed heart refinement along the way so we can fully receive whatever it may be.

In this episode of Today’s Purpose Podcast, Christina is joined by Callie Beukinga to talk about purpose in a fresh new light! When it comes to the commandments we are given to follow, it may seem to some that God wants to withhold fun. However, Christina and Callie shine light on the truth that there is freedom (and fun!) found in obedience.
Also, as one who is incredibly involved with her church and community, Callie is here to encourage us that there can be great purpose in saying ‘no’ to good things, in order to say ‘yes’ to where God is leading… Even if it’s someplace no one else sees. It takes humility to find contentment in private, hidden obedience, but God honors what is done in secret and is sure to be faithful.

Are you wondering where God is in your job, your relationships, your dreams, or even your life as a whole? It’s so okay to wrestle with the Lord. Doubt is part of our faith journey, and Riley Sewell is here to remind us that doubt can be exactly where our faith grows. Sometimes God's purpose for our day looks like bringing all of our worries, fears, and doubts to Him and letting Him simply love us. When we surrender to the incredible love of God, He fills us up in a way that we can’t help but overflow and spill into the lives of those around us. Especially when they arrive in our life as interruptions... And these interruptions are the very moments of purpose God doesn't want us to miss.
