This episode is all about a unique training method that I’ve been using with in-person clients since 2018.

In this weekly live Q&A in Tom The Trainer’s Tribe, we dived into the thought process behind your arm training, based on new routine ideas for biceps and triceps.
We talked about the muscle fiber types; how to assess which type you're dominant in, and whether or not you should emphasize training for one more than the other.
