Apart from that, i was pretending im all good but im not in real life
SO this home trip, refreshed me mentally and physically,
In this year, i am gong to prioritise my family more than ever

today is a special episode which i didn't edit, i didn't add background music
partially because the editing software was damaged and i couldn't access it
another reason is that i want to give up perfectionism this time
so it is a pure conversation and a pure reflection on myself
i know it's been a while
i know there are some people waiting for this new episode
now it's here!
I JUST WANNA TELL YOU
NEVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF ON ANY CONDITIONS
you will make it
you will get through
it's temporary!
And again, i will try to be consistence
Enjoy ; )

I am finally back after couple of weeks facing identity crisis
Being a people pleaser in my entire life could be challenging since i am always compromising my own willingness
A series of incidents triggered a deep understanding of myself
As i navigate my own journey, i sort of explored the psychological and emotional factors that contribute to the development of people pleasing tendencies which is my childhood trauma.
How to overcome people pleasing, i guess time will assist me with practising.

Welcome to today's episode where we'll be discussing a topic that is often avoided and yet can have a profound impact on our lives: toxic parents.
Growing up with a toxic parent can be challenging and often traumatic, but it's a reality for many people.
In some cases, parents aren’t aware of being toxic parents since they are mimicking the same pattern of their parents.
we need to constantly have conversations to spill our needs and wants.
but from my own case, i am still looking for some ways to smooth through the relationship with my parents.
if you want to share your own stories regrading any topic, don't hesitate to leave your message by emailing me:

I am baaaaacccckk!
This episode i had very very special guest, who had been through a pretty rough year in 2022
But she got the triumph in the end
We sometimes cannot find any reason to keep moving forward
Exhausted and devastated by following rejections
However, if you still pull the final strength even it's only 2% left
You will change the game
i hope her story will inspire you
And you can find her by her instagram : isakovad
She is such a talented gal

i was once bullied
it took me a while to digest the entire experience,
i thought it would take me forever to heal
yet as lucky as i was surrounded by people watering me with their love and care, i was able to erase the darkness
i know there are numerous sad cases all over the world appearing brutally
let's spread love and support for those who are suffering from bullying
let's be compassion, forgivable and resilient
Please remember, it's never your fault to be bullied.

We regret, we may regret a lot, we may regret every single day
Yet, there is zero sense to regret
The side effects of regrets may hurt us deep in souls
To be present at the moment, of course may need practice depending on individuals
The mistakes i had made in the past caused a bunch of regrets still reflecting on my present life
But as long as i am learning from the experience, then i will consider it's a significant step of growth.
hope one day we are all fully living in the moment.

Welcome to another episode of Turning 30, where we delve into important topics that matter to all of us.
Today, we're talking about body image, a topic that affects everyone at some point in their lives. Whether it's the pressure to conform to societal beauty standards or the internal struggle to accept our own bodies, body image can have a profound impact on our self-esteem and overall well-being.
But despite its significance, body image is often a subject that's difficult to discuss. That's why we're here today, to create a safe and encouraging space to talk about our experiences, share our struggles and triumphs, and provide support to one another. That' s also why we're here today, to celebrate our bodies, challenge negative thoughts and beliefs, and provide encouragement and support to one another.
I know it's cliché to quote and quote again, but i would say it million times , you are always beautiful the way you are!

in this part 2 we continued the topic with our red flags, i really love when she quoted what her friend said, " i don't wanna go with the flow, i wanna be the flow", it was such a fun and wise talk with such a wonderful person, we also chaotically covered something irrelevant but quite significant for both of us.
good relationship is meant to elevate you, not devalue you, being you is vitally important, it works in any relationships.
we all deserve people who’s into us even we are naked with scars
be your entire universe and shine with the stars ⭐️ who are supposed to shine with you
we may get hurt by the wrong person, yet it shouldn’t be the reason stop finding love, because eventually you will find yourself deserve the world 💗Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

we've been told to follow our passion along the way of growing, i thought it is vital to live a life leaning on passion, otherwise you are not able to find out how exquisite life is.
Passion, can be defined as a strong feeling of enthusiasm or excitement towards something, characterized by intense emotions and a drive to pursue and involve oneself in it.
Passion also can be defined as something simply make you happy and sense your existence in this universe.
Years by years, i've acknowledged that no matter my age, i still have an equal chance with others enables me to come across my sparks but from different perspective. :)
take a deep breath, take some small steps, and take a hot coffee, you will figure out what drives you.

This week was a bit challenging for me
had a conflict with my mom, got huge stress from work, cried on the street.......
i am always a person who is ready to take any challenge, but when it comes to certain subjects, i lose my ability to keep carrying on
thus, i am still figuring out which part i could have done better
there are some regrets , well, i am putting my effort to not magnify them
and keep growing with these different flavours :)
