Hi, I'm back finally from serious illness! What a journey it’s been to reach this stage of wellness. For years if I’d been looked after properly by GPs I’d never have had to suffer, or miss out on, so much. I’m on the mend which is the most important thing.
Thankfully, after an arduous journey of medical work, and healing I'm back in the best form I've been in years. I see even more now how ill I was and only dismissed by GPs.
I’ve a whole new perspective and determination to help myself and other woman thrive in post menopause. Yes there'll be challenges but there is so many opportunities worth being at your best to savour, enjoy and experience.
Then I had to navigate my road to wellness. Still more work to do but after 8 months of recovery I can start working again, live my life and stop being the hermit I had become.
Saying i's great to be alive has a whole deeper meaning to me now as I do a whole reset. You'll find more about me on www.marianhearne.ie
Here's my video freebie I mentioned, it is a video and gives a glimpse of my views on ageing as well as a taster into how to work with me.
Enjoy my 8th episode of season 1.
Yours in wellness
Marian

Hi foks, in this episode I’m doing a whistle stop tour of my perimenopause and early post menopause journey. I’ve been to hell and back with it so understand how impacted our lives can get with it. I’m also strong in the belief that there is a wonderful life past all the challenges that can be thrown at us.
I'll share some tips on how I took back control in post menopause and how I'm so passionate about helping others on the same journey find their purpose, thrive and future proof their wellness as they age.
Enjoy!

Hi folks!
A huge warm welcome.
This episode is a very personal one about my journey to heal my gut and to get the help I need to sort long standing issues. Up to a few months ago I was fobbed off only leading to more pain, anxiety and other gut issues.
I hope it inspires even one of you to never give hope on finding the help you deserve with any health issue. I kept it brief and didn't go into too much detail on the symptoms.
It's part one. I'll update on progress when I've useful and helpful information for you.

In this episode I’m sharing 8 of my strategies, to empower your ageless vivaciousness!
If I learnt them when in perimenopause, I know they would’ve opened my eyes to the fact that I needed to stop burning the candles at both ends. That it was the time to prioritise myself so I could feel energised, relaxed and wanting to jump out of bed in the mornings to a joyful life I’ve purposely created.
Plus, I’d have learnt the importance of building my own personalised toolkits to manage the symptoms and learn to take back control, work on future proofing my wellness as much as possible and to enjoy this next exciting phase of life.
