She stresses the importance of intention setting, the right setting, facilitators, and proper integration in plant medicine journeys. Additionally, she introduces the idea of the "greater conjunction" and the importance of taking the necessary steps (the stairs) in one's daily life to fully integrate the insights gained from plant medicine experiences. Nicole highlights the significance of self-assessment to determine which areas (physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual) require attention before embarking on plant medicine journeys. She acknowledges that while it's possible to achieve growth and self-discovery without plant medicines, they can expedite the process and offer a unique frequency of experience. Nicole expresses her deep gratitude for the wisdom and consciousness that plants have brought into her life. • Amy and Ashley Jackson are on the Wake Up or Die podcast and Amy is giving an update on her recent women's circle experience. She shares her feelings about living in the wild west, with no manual or clear way to do things. Ashley talks about the feelings of anticipation that come with the unknown and how it can be a perpetual feeling of bliss if you want it to be. Amy shares that she is in and out of both feelings, sometimes feeling the best she ever has and other times feeling overwhelmed. They both acknowledge that change can be a rapid transformation, and they discuss how to find acceptance for the unknown and cultivate feelings of being unhinged and grounded.

Through this conversation, they aim to discover how to make the most of this uncertain, yet exciting time in life. This conversation is about how people are feeling isolated and alone in the current environment the world is in.

Ashley talks about how people want to take away your right to express yourself, heal and be well. They discuss how the powers that be have become very divisive in the way they have separated people into certain categories and how it has made it hard to communicate with people. They relate this to the recent TikTok ban and how it is a direct reflection of people wanting to take away your right to express yourself, heal and be well. Amy agrees that this is a real problem and people need to hear that it is normal to feel alone and isolated. They conclude that if people are not going for the same things you are, they will try to take away your right to express yourself, heal and be well. The conversation between Amy and Ashley is about the importance of creating safe and supportive spaces for people to be seen and heard.

They discuss how the external world is trying to take away people's sovereignty and make them feel powerless. In order to counteract this, they recommend grounding oneself and being present in the moment. They then tell the story of a bird found in the rainforest who was taken to a cage, but was still content and happy in his new environment. This is meant to illustrate that while change can be difficult, it can also be enjoyable if we accept it and find the beauty in it. The conversation emphasizes the importance of creating safe spaces for ourselves and others and accepting the uncertainty of life. A man told a story to a bird in a cage about his friend or uncle who was doing great and liked the cage, but the bird started to cry and then suddenly fell over dead. The man was shocked and took the bird out of the cage to the garden to bury him, but then it suddenly came alive! The bird told him that his brother had given him an important lesson - that sometimes you have to die in the cage to be free. The man was so moved by the story that he told it to someone close to him, and said that they could experience conscious death if they said certain phrases. The man's story and the bird's lesson had a profound impact, teaching the man and his friend that sometimes we need to take risks and let go of what we know and believe in order to be truly free.

  • Today on the Wake Up or Die podcast, Ashley has welcomed Jennifer the soul traveler to talk about quantum healing. Jennifer explains that quantum healing is an incredibly life-altering modality and she left her corporate job to pursue it. In quantum healing, one taps into the subconscious mind and soul, which is connected to source, and one can communicate with past, present, and future self. Jennifer shares her experience of feeling trapped in the matrix before discovering quantum healing. She was miserable and unfulfilled, and spent most of her weekends in bed dreading Mondays. Quantum healing has enabled her to live her purpose and feel joy.

The speaker was fascinated by Dolores Cannon, an ancient Egyptian and Atlantean system, when she came across a video about it. After binge-watching all the videos, she wanted to find a practitioner, but there was none in her area. She flew to LA and had a session, during which the subconscious revealed that the speaker was supposed to become a practitioner. She was hesitant, but finally the pandemic came and served as a catalyst for them leaving their job and pursuing their dream of becoming a practitioner.

Quantum healing practitioner, Q-H-H-T, has had over 100 clients in the past two and a half years. Sessions are lengthy and often involve spiritual counseling and deep diving into past life regression. Clients often uncover past life trauma or gain understanding of life lessons and soul family. The subconscious is scanned from head to toe, allowing for realignment of chakras and removal of trapped emotions. The question and answer portion allows clients to get answers from their higher self on any query.

The conversation is between a practitioner and a person interested in learning about the self-healing work they do. The practitioner talks about how they get messages from clients saying they've made life-altering changes after a session. They also talk about working with terminally ill clients and one particular story of a client who no longer needed his thick glasses after a session. The practitioner then goes into more depth about how self-healing works and how there needs to be an alignment of belief systems in order for miracles to happen. They describe how trauma fragments off a human soul like a baseball fragments off a diamond, and how realigning these fragments back into the diamond is how true healing and miracles occur.

    HIGHLIGHTS

    QUOTE #2
I feel that when you talk about that trauma because I feel even part of me still lives in that fight or flight. And it took me so long to realize I had a very traumatic childhood, but I don't want to deep dive into it too much. But my mom was a schizophrenic single mom, and one of the traumas was that she was always preparing for the end of the world, like every day. The world is ending. The world is ending. You need to wake up. - Jennifer Michell

    QUOTE #3
That being said, yes, you can utilize all of these plant medicines, and it can enhance your creativity and your quality of life. Really, that's what it is. I struggle in my life sometimes with anxiety, like severe crippling anxiety, and I've really learned to utilize Thca specifically. There's a lot of different perpet and different avenues and ways to use cannabis. But I've utilized this one specific, and I know that I'm able to have a much healthier quality of life and conversation with people because my cells are relearning. I say this, my cells are relearning. What it's like to be well and in homeostasis still? Because for 20 plus years of my life, I lived in Fight Flight, Bond Freeze. I didn't know that I did, but I'm still not all the way. It's like 17 years later, after I stopped, my cellular memory still exists. - Ashley Jackson

    QUOTE #4
The plant medicine allows you to have a conscious death in a very rapid way. So most of the medicines, not the macro dosing of mushrooms, so much. But if you take a regular dose of any of the medicine, you're going to come with a question eventually you might throw at first, but there will be a question that says, are you willing to die to everything you know, to wake up, to live, to everything that is for you? - Ashley Jackson

    QUOTE #5
And it eliminates the veil of the third dimension and it allows you to work in the fifth dimension without hesitation. That being said, I believe that plant medicine, specifically these things we're talking about, is the link to the nutrition your brain needs to be able to develop neuroplasticity. If you've been exposed to fluoride for a long time, if you've been exposed to a lot of chemicals, you've been exposed to serious conditioning, which most of us have. - Ashley Jackson

    QUOTE #1
And so the sound of the soothing ocean is really the sound of your puppy blanket that's all over you. It's really the sound of peace and safety and love, and it's really the sound of nothing, because nothing is really the sound of peace, which is the sound of safety, which is the sound of love. And these three words go in a box together in a shelf in your pantry, and we keep them there. And if something were to happen, you can go to the pantry, and you can look in the box, and you can feed yourself with these cookies of love and safety and peace. - Ashley Jackson

    QUOTE #7
Yeah, so plant medicine, that's a great question because I think everyone's wondering about it right now. From the rise of cannabis right, to the rise of psilocybin, it's just popped on the screen like Utah's passing psilocybin laws. Like, red flag alert, somebody look. Right? That's the serious stuff. Plant medicine. All the plants are a lot like people. This kind of sounds weird, but each plant has a different personality, and it has a different purpose, and it has a different thought process and teaching process. - Ashley Jackson

    QUOTE #8
Yeah, I think trauma creates an awareness. I've really redefined what trauma is linearly. I heard a definition that really made a lot of sense. Trauma is not being seen and heard. That's all trauma is. And the tricky part about trauma is it takes two people to get into it and it takes two people to get out of it. And when you witness someone's trauma where you listen to them say whatever they need to say and you don't say anything back other than, I'm so sorry this happened to you, that witnessing alone can heal people's traumas. - Ashley Jackson

    QUOTE #9
And it's so interesting something that you had touched on earlier and it aligns with the story right now you just told about your client is trauma. Trauma is often the catalyst to opening us up. Those of us who do this type of work or have these abilities have often had very traumatic events or traumatic childhood. And trauma just has the ability to kind of just plop us open, whether it's psychically or spiritually, to be more open to different mentalities and things, to be able to come into our life. - Jennifer Mitchell

  • Ashley and Amy discuss life in general and Amy shares that she had a difficult weekend dealing with post-divorce life. Ashley then suggests that they try one of her favorite modalities of using sound and breath for ten minutes. Amy agrees and Ashley proceeds to play her own version of a track. She talks about the importance of allowing others to make their own mistakes and how they should feel safe to tell the truth. Ashley then shares a game called I have to which involves being lovingly detached even if a loved one's decision causes them pain. The conversation starts off with the speaker providing a helpful exercise for when a person feels stuck. The speaker encourages the person to write down what they have to do next and the possible outcomes if they don't do it. This helps put things in perspective and realize that the fear is unfounded. The speaker then shares a story of someone who drove themselves into the ground and the outcome was still positive. They suggest to ask oneself a question before bed and let the subconscious mind work on the problem. Lastly, they point out that before a problem can exist, the solution is already there. This encourages the person to think more positively and find the solution they need. In 1999, a friend loaned an audio series by Wayne Dyer to the speaker, which introduced the concept of using sound to manifest desires. The speaker learned that the universal sound of attraction is awe and the universal sound of gratitude is ohm, which should be sung on one note. The speaker then devised a system of singing awe and ohm on the same breath and combined it with a clear intention. Later, the speaker discovered Andrew Wild's audio series called Sound Body, Sound Mind, which contained subliminal delta sounds. To enhance the meditation experience, the speaker began to sing awe and ohm with the tones and found that it put them into a deeper state of meditation. Finally, the speaker learned that all forms of vocalization can be therapeutic from the book The Mozart Effect by Don Campbell. Toning is an excellent tool for relaxation, and can help to oxygenate the body, deepen breathing, relax muscles, and stimulate the energy flow. The ah, o and om sounds are the richest of toning and chanting sounds, and can help to calm the mind, stabilize the body's rhythms, and improve voice. A ten minute excerpt from sound body, sound mind gives an example of how to tone. The speaker suggests taking deep breaths and allowing the diaphragm to use any notes that are comfortable. Toning has been practiced for over 15 years and has been given to thousands of people, with the intention of peace and gratitude.

QUOTE #1Creative energy to serve and to connect. And I think it's absolutely crucial for people right now to be able to tap into that creative life force within them and then use it, be able to monetize it and have it just be an energy exchange with people where impact and income can meet. And we all get to share our medicine. We all have a message. We all have our magic. We just get to tap into that and then share it with the world, because the whole world wants it and needs it.

QUOTE #2So beautiful and so apparent. In fact, my hair would be so cool. This would be like the 80s do other it would be, oh, cool. Married, I think, looking like this. So I tell you what, there's people in my life that their job just stopped paying them. Like, can't pay them, right? Because people are failing. Their jobs are failing, their lives are failing, things are falling apart. And then there's people in my life that are pushed to being artists, right? They need to start podcasts, they need to start drawing, they need to start painting. They need to start selling their art, selling their breathwork, selling their toning. Who knows what it is, right? There's a huge market for this right now, and I think we're using that.

QUOTE #3And I've learned to use shapes and things and different types of modalities to feel well, they've all been significant. And then this really brought it all together and makes it kind of feel different. And so doing it for ten minutes kind of takes you to outer space. People literally forget where we're at and it's going to do like a total reset. And I love to hold the attention of peace and gratitude that she talks about and I like to say and billions of dollars cash money in my bank because I'm ready for money.

QUOTE #4The following is a ten minute excerpt from a portion of sound Body, sound mind. In a moment, you'll hear me singing with the deep. To give you an idea of how to tone with the music. It's not necessary to follow my voice exactly. In fact, you can choose any note that's comfortable for you, and the duration of your singing and breathing is individual as well. I love to wake up a bit early and do this meditation before I get out of bed. I fall asleep singing as well, holding the intention of peace and gratitude.

QUOTE #5I didn't fully understand why this toning meditation to music worked so well until I read the book The Mozart Effect by Don Campbell, which says all forms of vocalization can be therapeutic. But I have found that nothing rivals toning. Toning oxygenates the body deepens breathing, relaxes the muscles and stimulates the energy flow. When performed by a voice rich in timber, toning will massage and tune up the entire body.. One of the simplest ways to calm your mind, stabilize the rhythms in your body and improve your voice is through toning or humming. The ah sound immediately evokes a relaxation response. The o and om sounds are considered the richest of all by many people who tone or chant. Five minutes of o can change the skin temperature, muscle tension, brainwaves and breath, and heart rates. It is a great tool for an instant tune up.

  • Sarah Buehner and Ashley Jackson were discussing astrology, Human Design, and Gene Keys.
Sarah revealed that she first thought these practices were all bullshit, but she eventually learned that they are ancient forms of self-reflection and understanding the universe. She learned astrology because she was skeptical of Mercury Retrograde, but she eventually learned that it was a real phenomenon that could affect people's lives. Sarah also talked about psychics and mediums, explaining that they are similar to professional chefs and dancers, in that they are both natural and trained. Sarah believes that all people have the potential to hone their intuition and psychic abilities, though not all people will be professional psychics or mediums. Lastly, Sarah talked about the importance of integrity when channeling spirits or talking to deceased loved ones. The speaker starts by talking about how they started learning astrology, which they found to be as complex as learning Latin. They then explain how astrology works, comparing it to the weather. It is not giving away power, but rather understanding the energy around us. Astrologers can look at their birth chart to understand the soul path, and see how it impacts others. The speaker further explains how, through understanding the shadow of Virgo, they have found that they get along with Pisces much better now. Sarah and Ashley are discussing Gene Keys and Human Design, two methods that are used to explore one's energy makeup and their purpose in life. Sarah explains that Human Design is a more intuitive and philosophical practice, while Gene Keys take the exploration even deeper. When Ashley looks at her Gene Keys profile, she discovers that her deepest purpose in life is to manifest the gift of adventure, and her greatest challenge is to transform the shadow of hunger into a gift of preservation. Her highest expression of heart is majesty and she unlocks her prosperity through her gift of sensitivity. Ashley and Sarah discuss astrology and how it can help one understand themselves better. Ashley shares that she has a Pisces sun, moon, and rising sign, and Sarah explains that the sun sign is the personality that people will most notice, while the moon sign is the internal world and what fills one up. They talk about the shadows and strengths of each sign, and Sarah mentions that she is a Virgo. Sarah explains that looking at one’s whole birth chart is most helpful in understanding astrology. They end their conversation with Sarah mentioning that her favorite thing is Capricorn and Virgo, as they are quite similar.

    HIGHLIGHTS

QUOTE #1And so for me, it's better for me to conserve my energy and show up and consult or advise or channel or Intuit and that according to human design projectors are here to support this new paradigm.

QUOTE #2And it's for me, like we're talking about as somebody with it's my son, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and something else is all in Virgo. And oh, my, my South Node and my I forget the term right now.

QUOTE #3And so for human design we were talking about, I'm a projector and you are a manifesting generator. So how do you do you resonate with that paradigm? How does that feel for you? Like what do you feel with your human design?.

QUOTE #4And we all have so it's like shadow of our signs and then the strengths of our sides. So for a Virgo we tend to be hypercritical, judgy we can be really big assholes, right? So I think one of the reasons that I get along with Pisces now because there's a joke that Pisces and Virgo don't get along is healing all of that, like that inner journey of where does this criticism come from? Hey, when you are that organized like it stifles your lifeforce energies like all of that allowed me to be a higher vibrational Virgo in general.

QUOTE #5And so really, I'm being guided to say that astrology is, was completely astrology and astronomy were connected until the one of the churches in England pulled them apart. And if you look at all ancient societies, they looked at the stars, right? And so together astrology, astronomy used to come together, so when you divide the sky up, that's what we're looking at is you can see where all the planets and astral bodies are.

  • In this podcast, Sarah Buner and Ashley Jackson, both experienced podcasters who met in Laura Powers' podcast class, engage in a casual and spontaneous conversation. The podcast is an experiment where the two women have decided to come together and record a conversation without any pre-planning.

Sarah Buehner and Ashley Jackson had a conversation about “Christ Consciousness” and how it works. Ashley explained that curiosity is a necessary match to light a flame and create something. Ashley also mentioned how she and Sarah connected on Laura Powers podcasting class and how it was a great course to take if someone was interested in podcasting. They then discussed how Sarah helps people get what they want in life. Christ consciousness is a term used to describe a higher level of spiritual awareness and understanding. This can be achieved through meditation, prayer, and other spiritual practices. It involves feeling connected to a higher power or source of energy, understanding the connection between all life, and feeling compassion for all living things. It is also believed to be a state of enlightenment that can bring about healing and understanding of one's true self. Through this higher level of consciousness, people are said to be able to tap into their intuition and connect with the divine. Sarah Buehner and Ashley Jackson are discussing the concept of awakening, curiosity and getting what you want. Sarah is a former licensed mental health therapist and now works as an intuitive life and business coach and energetic alignment guide, helping people live their best life and fulfill their soul's purpose. She is based in St. Louis, Missouri, but originally from Maryland. Ashley wants to know what Sarah's everyday looks like. Sarah explains that most of her work involves helping people create the life they want, and build businesses that align with their soul's purpose and make money in a way that feels good. She is excited for them to dive further into the topic. Sarah Buehner and Ashley Jackson are both entrepreneurs and workaholics. Sarah is a recovering workaholic and now sees two to three hours of live time with other people, usually three to four days a week, and still makes a six figure salary. Ashley is a doula of dreams and believes that the world will change through creativity and curiosity. She was raised Mormon, but had a spiritual awakening at 19 that led her to question what she had been taught. Both Sarah and Ashley are passionate about helping others and supporting their entrepreneurial dreams. The speaker had a difficult childhood, and was able to experience a transformative experience by putting their hand on the hot stove in order to learn. As a result, the speaker was able to connect with things like spirits and angels, and was able to observe people with a consciousness of Christ who had rapid transformations. The speaker connected with this energy and found they were good at helping others too. They found that they were able to use their knowledge of trauma to understand how another person values safety and boundaries. Through a lot of training, the speaker was able to use this knowledge to help people through the suicide hotline and readings.

Conversation Summary: Ashley Jackson and Sarah Buehner Discuss Game Changers for Success

HighlightsSo my name is Ashley Jackson, you can find me in a bunch of places. But wake up or die podcast is my podcast, it's about waking up or dying.

And it's totally okay to have grace with yourself and gentleness with yourself, and a sense of urgency with yourself. And also a sense of grace and gentleness with yourself.

And I know, it's not how you mentioned, either, but for people who are listening, it's like, the things that we're talking about, allow us to really heal at a whole different level, to create our heaven on earth for our default to be of joy and peace and ease.

And these other pieces, like Reiki and NLP and quantum healing, and you're just having somebody that's tapped into their own intuition that can hold space for you in that that way, that's not pathologizing.

And that was the moment that I realized, right, and then went through the next chapter of my awakening, which was not just spirits and stuff, but energy and frequency and getting to the DNA level.
