This week the boys are joined by podcaster/artist/film fan Victor Hughes of bigvicmedia. Victor brings to the podcast a movie that left a deep scar on his childhood, the 1999 sci-fi/action adventure movie, Galaxy Quest. This movie stars Tim Allen, Sigourney Weaver, Alan Rickman and almost any other actor you can think of. It would almost seem like every decision that was made in this movie was made as an affront to Vic. We’re not sure what they had against Victor as a child, but Gabe and Andy are here to help him work through the trauma. The boys of Who Let You Watch That have a lot in common with the crew of the NSEA Protector. Much like them, the boys will never give up and never surrender! By Grabthar's Hammer, by the Sons of Warvan, Vic’s childhood shall be avenged

This week, Andy and Gabe were all set to discuss and debate if the movie Buffy the Vampire Slayer sucks or not, but recent tragic events changed the course of the episode. What was going to be a strongly discussed episode on this Joss Whedon classic, quickly turned in a tribute for the late, great Paul Reubens. Both Andy and Gabe share the impact the man who created Pee-wee Herman made on their lives. This is an episode where we truly can say RIP to the great one!

Trauma is a power thing. It can change a person. And there’s a time in every person’s life where you must make a decision and either face that trauma head on or retreat back into the darkness. For Andy, this is the week where he decides to look that trauma right in the face… too bad that face staring back is gray. This week, the boys are looking at the controversial 1986 comedy Soul Man. This C. Thomas Howell lead movie depicts him as a student who resorts to blackface to win a scholarship to go to Harvard Law School. This movie is beyond wild, but our boys are ready to brave these dangerous waters. Prepare to get down!

The boys are back after the holiday week with an absolute banger of an episode. This week, the boys are taking it all the way back to 1986 to examine the horror film Dolls. Our best friend, Gabe is showing his bravery and telling the story and sharing the trauma that the movie Dolls brought upon his childhood. Let’s be honest, little creatures are terrifying and this movie is full of them. The only thing more terrifying than little creatures are awful parents who hate their kids. AND the only thing that’s worse than that is a psychopath who has the heart of a child that picks up punk rocking hitchhikers. Too bad for us, this movie has all three! So grab the your favorite doll and get ready for a ripping good time.

This week, your boys are ready to make the long journey home with our favorite director ever, Ari Aster, and we’re ready to examine his new movie, Beau is Afraid. Andy and Gabe have braved the harsh and scary world to see this movie in the theaters and in doing so, experienced a trauma and horror like non other. This movie is a perfect storm of trauma, anxiety, horror, and comedy and it isn’t for the faint of heart… and that’s even before you get to the giant penis monster. So, harden yourself to the outside world and listen to this episode. Unless of course, you don’t care about your mother. But that’s probably a discussion between you and your therapist.
