Hey everyone!! It's been a while, but for some quick context, Lauren was looking for a new cohost. Although Yusra has been such a great and dedicated cohost, she is currently in a personal situation that prevents her from coming on in the future episodes (you might still find her helping with script editing though haha). Her presence will forever be missed <3
Now, the quick description for this episode:
Lauren is joined by Grace (a friend from her church youth group) where they talk about why some people are always late. They discuss multiple factors like how personality relates to this and share some tips for how to not be late as frequently!
The new cohost will be announced in the next episode so stay tuned!

Hey everyone! Although it's been more than a month since Valentine's Day (which is why you may catch some Valentine's Day references in this episode...), Yusra and Lauren are releasing an earlier recorded episode that discusses the chemicals involved in love, the benefits (and problems) of love, and ways to deal with your feelings of love. They'll then talk about love bombing, a tactic of showing lavish amounts of love that can be manipulative. Hopefully, this episode is coming around prom time <3
NOTE FROM THE COHOSTS: We apologize for not uploading on our biweekly schedule since we've been so caught up with work from our junior year (very unfortunately). Although we won't be able to completely make this up, be sure to look out for more frequently released episodes in the future!
