Print out the Feelings Wheel here ASAP ______________ and 3 times each day I simply want you to notice and acknowledge WHICH specific feeling/feelings you are feeling in that moment. Spend a quick moment describing WHAT and WHERE that feeling is in your body and write it down. Get as descriptive as you possibly can. Does it have a size, a color, a shape, what specific location is it in your body? Acknowledge, bring it before God for the TRUTH and then make a powerful decision to move FORWARD.
You'll be on the road to living the MOST AUTHENTIC LIFE!!!! SO EXCITED for what this will reveal for you and all the hidden sneaky ways our "feelings" may have been ruling our life...but not anymore!
