Meet the choreographer Dinis Machado who has an interdisciplinary background and education in Dance and Visual Arts from Porto and Lisbon in Portugal and Stockholm in Sweden. Their work unfold from their queer identity and often deals with themes such as queerness, gender, trans experiences, crip theory, body politics and mutating bodies. Some of Dinis Machados recent works are Normcore, A Monster of Moss and Metal and Yellow Puzzle Horse that we talk about in this episode.

This week’s guest is Anna Barker, Senior Director at Cisco. Anna started her career as an accountant but moved into tech sixteen years ago and headed up Cisco's 2012 Olympics efforts after which she moved into the Technical Services organization and led Strategy and Business Operations, was appointed to Chief of Staff and later moved on to lead a large technical organization. Four years ago she relocated from the UK to Poland and is now currently relocating to Lisbon, Portugal, to head up Cisco’s Customer Experience site there. Anna is passionate about people and for her, trust is key in building diverse and inclusive teams. She is a super engaged leader who focuses a lot on supporting her team members to grow and develop to realize their full potential.
