  • Ronald Ward was convicted of committing a triple homicide in West Memphis, Arkansas when he was just 15 years old. When confronted by police, Ronald admitted being in the home but said he wasn't involved in the murders. He told police that an older man had forced him into the house at knifepoint. Ronald's fingerprints were found at the scene but so were others that were never identified.

Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the murders committed by Ronald Ward. An all-white jury convicted Ronald at his first trial despite the objections of his counsel. His defense lost a number of motions to either suppress or introduce evidence they felt was favorable to Ronald. There are many people who feel that Ronald was not guilty of the murders, but, two different juries found him guilty.

  • In 1972, in New Jersey, 16-year-old high school student Jeannette DePalma was found dead. Officials couldn't be sure but it was theorized that she was strangled to death. Local rumors quickly surfaced that Jeannette was murdered by Satanists and was a human sacrifice as pat of a devil-worshipping ceremony.

Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the mysterious death of Jeannette DePalma. In the 1970s, and into the 1980s, Satanic panic was a huge topic in the mainstream media. But, as is true in this case, the evidence didn't always support the panic. Jeannette's case file along with some key crime scene evidence went missing. There have been allegations of a police cover-up.

  • Flora Fire ////// 538

    Part 1 of 1

    www.TrueCrimeGarage.com

The headlines were horrific. One read - “4 sisters perish in Flora fire.” On Monday, November 21, 2016 the tiny town of Flora, Indiana woke up to a terrible tragedy. At 3:30 AM a family of five woke up in a nightmare. Unfortunately only one member of the family made it out of the house that morning. Later it was determined that the fire was intentionally set and the reason that four beautiful little girls lost their lives was arson. Now it’s been five years and here in the Garage we are getting very frustrated with the handling of this case. The investigation involves multiple agencies, overseen by the Indiana State Police. An agency that we have always had a lot of faith in. But we have been told by the ISP that this investigation is a “full court press” to find justice for this family and the community. After five years that is simply hard to believe.

  • A serial killer targeting young girls and women was at work in the Dayton, Ohio, area in the early 1900s. He was known as the Dayton Strangler. Capitalizing on the interest in the Jack The Ripper case, some newspapers also referred to this killer as Jack The Strangler.
