The Good Glow podcast will hear how Georgie Crawford put her life back together after a breast cancer diagnosis that changed her perspective on everything. Georgie feels there is a need for people to have more in depth conversations about our health and well being in order to drive awareness of self care. This week, Georgie speaks to Jenny Miller. Jenny and her family moved to Sri Lanka from Dublin in 2014, when her husband - a former Irish international rugby star - was offered a coaching job. Little did they know they would fall head over heals for a little two year old girl called Nisha from a nearby orphanage. Jenny, Eric and their daughter Hannah decided as a family that they would adopt Nisha after they all felt an incredible connection with her the first time they met. This story is truly incredibly special.

Georgie feels there is a need for people to have more in depth conversations about our health and well being in order to drive awareness of self care. This week, Georgie speaks to Daniella Moyles. A couple of years ago Daniella was doing it all. She was the anchor of a hugely popular breakfast show, modeling, djing and working out. She looked like she had it all. But behind closed doors things were falling apart. Daniella was suffering with chronic fatigue, skin problems, digestion problems and she felt like she was at rock bottom. That’s when she decided to honour her lifelong dream of going traveling. After years of running it was finally time to stop. And when she stopped she healed and she evolved.

Georgie feels there is a need for people to have more in depth conversations about our health and well being in order to drive awareness of self care. This week, Georgie speaks to Riyadh Khalaf. Riyadh and his mum hid his sexuality from his Dad for 9 months, before finally blurting it out one night. That same night, Riyadh's dad contemplated suicide. Finding a way to work through it, Riyadh's family went on to be the faces of the same sex marriage referendum in Ireland. By telling their truth they have saved lives. Riyadh and Georgie also speak about when they worked too hard and laughed even harder. And why Riyadh eats broccoli for breakfast.
