#754 After more than 16 years of creating the Anxiety Slayer podcast together, this is our final episode. When we began this journey, we couldn’t have imagined the thousands of quiet, brave moments we would be invited into. Your walks, your sleepless nights, your breakthroughs, your breaths taken one at a time. You welcomed us into your lives, and that has been an honor we hold with profound respect. Anxiety Slayer was born from our own lived experiences and a shared longing to ease suffering through compassion, mindfulness, and gentle encouragement. Over the years, this podcast became so much more than a show. It became a circle. A place of refuge. A reminder that none of us are ever truly alone in what we’re experiencing. As we close this chapter, we want you to know that our work is not disappearing. All Anxiety Slayer podcast archives will remain available through the end of 2026, so you can continue to revisit the episodes that have supported you along the way. Our Patreon community will also remain active, with full access to all existing courses and guided meditations, so the tools you rely on will still be there whenever you need them. This ending is not about loss, it’s about completion. About honoring what has been, and trusting what comes next. We believe deeply in your capacity for resilience, healing, and self-kindness. Everything we’ve shared over these years was always meant to point you back to your own inner wisdom. Thank you for listening. Thank you for your emails, your comments, your stories, your courage, and your presence. We’ll be carrying you in our hearts as we step into what’s next, and we hope you’ll continue to meet yourself with the same gentleness you’ve practiced alongside us. With love, gratitude, and a deep cleansing breath, Shann & Ananga

This week on Anxiety Slayer, we are thrilled to share a new conversation with Dr. Dain Heer. Dain is the co-creator of Access Consciousness. Shann and Dain discuss the anxiety and fragmentation that so many of us experience and how these ungrounded energies hide our miraculousness. We talk about how easy it is to identify with anxiety, with contraction, or with the pain we carry in our bodies. And did you know that our limitations are often a protective shell, hiding the miracle that we are? Learn practices and powerful questions to open up more choice and freedom, like: “What am I pretending not to be, that if I were, would set me free?” Just sitting with this invitation/question creates more space around anxiety and self-judgment.
If you’re feeling caught in a loop of anxiety, you’re not alone. The first step to changing your experience isn’t about fixing yourself, but allowing yourself to expand beyond old definitions, even if it feels unfamiliar. There is so much more to you than anxiety, panic, or any label you carry. You are a miracle! Join Dr. Dain and Access Consciousness facilitators and students around the globe on June 22nd for Being You Day.
