Tony North is the Senior Manager of IT Service at King County in Washington.
Tony heads the team responsible for managing services across this entire government district. He's a service leader, agile program manager, speaker, and veteran, boasting 20 years of experience in service and support.
Before taking on his current role, Tony was the Manager of Technical Support at Sinclair Digital and the Senior Manager of ITSM at Seattle Genetics. With over 18 years of experience leading teams, Tony is always exploring new ideas, tools, and techniques. He's also a frequent volunteer, organizer, and celebrated host at HDI events, where he takes the time and effort to get the community involved and energized.

Charlie is an IT veteran who has written three books and hundreds of articles on technology. He published The Digital Experience Report, and founded and writes for The Institute for Digital Transformation.
Before becoming an analyst, Charlie ran technical ops for a billion-dollar healthcare org. He has also run large-scale technology and digital transformation programs as a consultant.
If you get past his accomplishments and sit down to chat with him, you’ll soon find that he has a grounded first-principles perspective on pretty much everything. He’s not afraid to question conventional wisdom and he has a particular aversion against overcomplicating things. He also has a wealth of knowledge and uses tons of anecdotes to illustrate his points.

Suzanne Lucas is a writer and consultant, best known by the moniker, Evil HR Lady. She has over 20 years of experience in HR, working for companies like Marriott, IBM, and Sun Microsystems. Suzanne began her career as a recruiter but quickly moved into other areas including training, employee relations, and performance management. In 2005, she started writing a blog called Evil HR Lady, where she shared her insights and advice on various HR-related topics. Sidu Ponnappa is an entrepreneur, technologist, and investor. In 2015, his startup C42 Engineering was acquired by the Indonesian behemoth Gojek. At Gojek, Sidu served on the Board of Directors and held several roles including Managing Director at Gojek India, and later served as SVP of Internal Products globally.
Ponnappa has spoken at various tech conferences, including AWS re:Invent and Google Cloud Summit, and is also an active angel investor, with a portfolio that includes companies such as Razorpay, Hasura, and Belong. He is at work building his next startup, which is currently in stealth mode.
