Lots to recap! We spend most of the time talking over Canelo's win over Munguia and the spectacle that was the Inoue destruction of Nery from the front row. After those recaps, we head into the weekend of Usyk vs Fury and the Top Rank card in San Diego.

Remember when we said the Top Rank card had a lot of promise? Well, that promise was broken by what was a mostly poor event. Abdullah Mason was the saving grace of that card, Robson gets a nod, but Anderson stunk out the place. Merhy most certainly didn't help the situation. We talk a bit about UFC 300 before heading into the weekend, which includes an Overtime Boxing event and the novelty it presents, and the cautious optimism around #HaneyGarcia

All the recaps are out of the way, so it's all previews here. There's a ProBoxTV card on April 10th, not much doing but a bit worth talking about. There's an Eye of the Tiger card as well, but not a whole lot doing there either. Unfortunately, same with the Matchroom card in Liverpool. The main event is fun, at least. The jewel of April 13th is the Top Rank card in Texas that's headlined by Jared Anderson. His opponent is lackluster, but the card overall has a lot of promise: Efe Ajagba can bring the heat, if you're not watching Abdullah Mason you're doing it wrong, and some others too.

A bit of news here, the special rules for Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson. We take a sec to discuss Zurdo winning the WBA Cruiserweight title from Arsen Goulamirian before spending the rest of the show talking about the bloodbath that was the PBC on Prime debut.

Lots of news! The undercard fights for the undisputed heavyweight fight between Usyk and Fury has been announced, as well as the undisputed light heavyweight fight between Bivol and Beterbiev. Lots to talk about there before we move into some bittersweet recaps. On one hand, our main man Tonga Tongotongo was victorious, but our other hero Jose Zepeda suffered a stoppage loss to the upstart Dalton Smith. Wild night of fights in Arizona with Oscar Valdez and Seniesa Estrada emerging victorious, before moving into previews on a Golden Boy Fight Night and Matchroom's double-header of Richardson Hitchins and Diego Pacheco.

It's a big weekend of fights: first, on Friday, we have Oscar Valdez fighting Australia's Liam Wilson, undisputed minimumweight grudge match between Seniesa Estrada and Yokasta Valle, and the return of the 'Stache man Richard Torrez. On Saturday night we have the launch of Premier Boxing Champions on Amazon Prime with a stacked card headlined by Australia's Tim Tszyu facing "The Towering Inferno" Sebastian Fundora in a WBO and (vacant) WBC super welterweight title fight. Also being featured on the card is Rolly defending his WBA super lightweight title against "Pitbull" Cruz, Erislandy Lara defending his WBA middleweight title against Aussie Michael Zerafa, and WBC flyweight champion Julio Cesar Martinez defending his crown. On the other side of the aisle we have a WBA cruiserweight fight between defending champion Arsen Goulamirian and Zurdo.

Shakur Stevenson retired and detired, so now he has to pick an opponent for his return on June 6th. We weigh the top options in line for his WBC title. Word on the street is that a fight between Jesse "Bam" Rodriguez and "El Gallo" Juan Francisco Estrada is all but done, slotted for Phoenix, Arizona. We recap a few cards from Australia (No Limit Boxing), Florida (ProBox TV), and New York (360 Promotions) sorta quickly before moving on to the Golden Boy card in Vegas that featured William "Camaron" Zepeda and a bit of talk on the Queensberry card earlier that day. Did you know AxeMan Walters is back? Let's talk about it.

Did you see Ryan Garcia's "slow-motion shadow boxing"? All the stuff going on with Ryan has us asking some serious questions, the most pointed of which being if his upcoming fight with Devin Haney needs to be called off. Speaking of serious questions, did you know Dillian Whyte fought earlier this week? The entire thing was shady. We were on-site in Tokyo for an Ohashi Promotions event, so we let Shanata cook on that for a bit before we start the Triple T fan club. Last and most certainly not least, Dalton Smith steps up to rugged veteran Jose "Chon" Zepeda and we have some thoughts.

Make peace with it, Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson is set to go for July 20th. At least before that we'll have fun with Cinnamon vs the Axolotl of boxing. There was a bit of a hiccup on one of the Aussie cards I brought up before, and we finish off talking at length about Knockout Chaos: the Anthony Joshua vs Francis Ngannou card in Saudi Arabia.

We start with some somber news: Kazuki Anaguchi passed away at age 23 on Friday evening after falling into a coma from a subdural hematoma he suffered in his brutal fight on December 26th. He was barely concious as he reached the locker room, was unconcious by the time he arrived at the hospital, and he simply did not wake up. Condolences to his family.
On a disappointing note, Tyson Fury sustained a pretty bad cut on his left brow during training and the undisputed fight with Usyk has been delayed back to mid-May. On another disappointing note, Conor Benn wins by UD in Vegas. You'll have to listen to hear why that would be disappointing. Munguia delivers a dynamite win with a MOSTLY entertaining undercard. Kenshiro Teraji retains his belts after a close decision and Tenshin Nasukawa continues his career.
