Hear all about how to rid this pest in our 2nd Segment. Jimmy Called the Bloomers in the garden hotline and was hoping racoons would solve his grub problem. We can help eliminate all of his grubs without relying on wildlife! We received a cheery call asking what can be planted now to help the hummingbirds!   • The first sign of Spring is not seeing a Robin on your front lawn but the Philadelphia Flowers Show! Today on Bloomers in the Garden we have Special Guest Seth Pearsoll the Creative Director & Vice President of the Philadelphia Flower Show. This Year the Philadelphia Flower Show is again being held indoors at the Philadelphia Convention Center. The theme for 2024 is: "United By Flowers". I found the theme's association with the "Loneliness Epidemic" incredibly interesting. Seth was quoted “I always think of the Flower Show as something best done with somebody else.” Yes!! The perfect date night!! This is the 195th Year for the Philadelphia flower show. It has an incredible history and is in fact the longest running indoor flower show in the world!! Seth will give us inside information on how to get the most out of this year's Flower Show!

  • This Wednesday Is Valentines Day! Are you getting or giving Roses to your Sweetheart? We'll tell you how to make them last in our 1st segment! Anybody Can hand their Sweetheart a Dozen Roses!
