My favorite ways to cook tempeh: Lemon garlic air fryer or baked tempeh
The tempeh however you like them steam it in a mix of lemon juice, water, tamari, garlic, and salt. Put the tempeh straight into the air fryer on the hottest setting. Cook it until the outside is crispy and enjoy!
Teriyaki air fryer of baked
Steam tempeh in tamari and garlic. Then air fry until crispy and toss it in teriyaki sauce or peanut teriyaki sauce. To make the peanut teriyaki, add peanut butter, or pb2 for less fat, tamari, garlic, onion, and teriyaki and mix together. Or toss it sauce then airfry.
Crispy tempeh
Coat the tempeh in cornmeal or breadcrumbs then plant milk and back to the breadcrumbs. Then fry it in a pan with some oil of bake or airfry for a healthier version.
Pan fried tempeh
Put the Emory into a pan on medium heat and cook until crispy. Then repeat for the other side. Then toss in sauce and cook on each side until crispy
