In this episode, I will give you a simple mindfulness exercise to relieve stress – with SBNRR or Stop, Breathe, Notice, Reflect, Respond.   • June was Pride month with the corporate spotlight on LGBTQ+ inclusion. But what about the remaining 11 months?
