Because even small decisions feel big when you don't feel like you know the answer.
Where to live, should I move, should I date this guy or not, what job should I take, when should I quit my job, should I take this medicine, what should I do in this friend situation..the decision questions never stop.
In this episode the girls talk through biblical principles on how to make the right decision when you don't know what decision to make. They talk through personal stories, of course have a few good laughs, and share a resource that has really helped them as they're making big life decisions.

Have you ever felt like God's promise is taking too long?
Romans tells us that Abraham "against all hope, in hope believed." The promise came long before it was practical. Long before it made sense. Long before there was any evidence that it could happen.
But Abraham's faith wasn't built on his circumstances—it was built on who God is.
In this episode, we talk about:
Why God often gives promises before the proof.
What God's character teaches us about hope.
Why waiting doesn't mean God has forgotten you.
What Abraham did while he waited.
How to keep believing when circumstances say otherwise.
If you've been discouraged, disappointed, or wondering whether God still sees your prayers, this episode is a reminder that God is not finished writing your story.

This week the girls talk the kind of faith that keeps believing when the evidence says otherwise. They unpack Romans 4 and Abraham’s story, prophetic words & cautions, hearing God & how to have faith before you see the promise fulfilled.
Maybe like us you’ve asked before, “God, did I hear You right?” or wondering why the promise hasn’t happened yet. This conversation is honest, grounded in Scripture, and a reminder that God’s faithfulness isn’t determined by your timeline.
“Being fully convinced that God was able to do what He had promised.” Romans 4:21
Maybe faith isn’t seeing it first. Maybe it’s trusting Him before you do.

What if some of the battles you're facing aren't just emotional—they're spiritual?
In this week's episode, Laura and Nicoletta take a deep dive into the realities of envy, comparison, pride, body image, social media, and the approval of man, while exploring a topic many Christians avoid: spiritual warfare. Drawing from Scripture and personal experiences, they discuss how the enemy often uses subtle tactics to distract believers, create division, fuel insecurity, and keep people trapped in cycles of comparison and self-focus.
If you've ever struggled with comparison, insecurity, people-pleasing, spiritual warfare, body image, social media pressure, or feeling stuck in patterns that seem impossible to break, this episode will challenge you to examine what's happening beneath the surface and remind you of the victory already available through Jesus.

What if the reason you're exhausted is because you're still trying to earn something God has already freely given?
In this episode, Laura and Nicoletta continue their study through Romans by exploring the powerful truths found in Romans 3. Together, they unpack what Paul means when he says that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and why that truth ultimately points us to the grace of Jesus. Through biblical teaching and personal stories, they discuss perfectionism, performance-based faith, and the pressure many Christians feel to constantly do more for God.
If you've ever felt like you're not doing enough, this conversation is a reminder that God's love is not earned through performance—it is received through faith in Jesus. Join Laura and Nicoletta as they discuss why grace changes everything and how Romans 3 can transform the way you view God, yourself, and the gospel.

It’s week 2 of our Summer in the Bible series & this week we’re diving into Romans 2! In this chapter, we unpack the kindness of God & how His kindness leads us to repentance. Even in a world tainted by sin, God remains patient, slow to anger, righteous, & kind toward us. We think about the question: what would change in us if we truly believed that God was kind? The girls talk about how when we believe God is anything but kind, we begin to doubt His character & question His ways. But not one ounce of God’s heart toward us is meant for harm. His kindness is meant to lead us away from pride & into humility, repentance, & peace.

The girls are back with their Summer Bible Study Series!
Over the next 3 months, we’ll be diving chapter-by-chapter into Scripture to better understand what we’re reading and grow deeper in our relationship with God. This week, we’re kicking things off with Romans 1!
In Romans 1, we’re reminded that there is nothing we could ever do to earn our salvation — it is a free gift from the Lord. The girls also talk about sharing the gospel, and Laura reminds us that the Bible says we are not the ones with the power to save people… the gospel itself is the power of God unto salvation. And that is really good news.
We pray this episode encourages you to open your Bible, know God more deeply, and rest in the grace of Jesus.

The girls take it there bc the world is taking it there.
In this episode Laura & Nicoletta chat about their different takes on the pithy common phrase, “If he wanted to he would.”
They share personal stories of God’s faithfulness, breaking free from sexual sin, how to do accountability, why dating is part of your discipleship & how relationships, even if they don’t go to the alter, can play a role in what God has planned for you.

This week on CHH, the girls are joined by their good friend Kelly Needham. Kelly shares what life looked like on the road with her husband while also pursuing her calling as a writer.
She unpacks one of her biggest insights when it comes to studying the Bible: it takes time, and it’s deeply relational. Scripture isn’t complicated or exclusive; it’s for everyone. It’s simple enough for a child to understand, yet rich enough to transform your life. Kelly encourages listeners to approach reading with intention, even suggesting writing down 10 things you learn about God as you go.
When it comes to prayer, she keeps it honest and freeing. Prayer is simply talking to God. Even when it doesn’t feel valuable, it is, because He is. She reminds us that the Word is living, and as you bring it into your heart and daily life, it will begin to move and shape you. Going deeper doesn’t just mean learning more, it means lingering longer.
Laura closes by reminding us of the truth found in Ephesians 2:10, that God has created each of us with purpose, set apart for good works. At the heart of it all, this episode is a reminder that God is inviting you into a real, personal relationship with Him.

This week, the girls sit down to talk about faith and the questions so many of us wrestle with: How do you know if you’re truly saved? Can you lose your salvation? These doubts can lead to insecurity, not just in your faith, but in your identity in Christ, and that uncertainty can bleed into every area of life.
They dive into the importance of staying rooted in the Word daily and reminding yourself of what’s true: Jesus loves you. They reflect on how, before the cross, priests had to offer sacrifices to approach God, but Jesus, our ultimate High Priest, came and gave His life once and for all so we could have direct access to the Father.
As Jesus says in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” He alone paid the price, something no one else could ever do.
Salvation isn’t something we earn. It’s a gift. Scripture tells us that whoever hears and believes that Jesus is the Son of God, sent by the Father, has eternal life. Our role is simply to receive it, to open our hands and accept the free gift of grace.

This week, Laura is joined by her good friend Holly Todd and special guest Jaco Booyens from South Africa. He shares powerful firsthand experiences from years of fighting against child trafficking alongside his family, shedding light on a heartbreaking reality impacting our world today.
Together, they dive into the deeper spiritual battle woven throughout our culture—one that not only distorts truth, but also contributes to the spiritual and systematic devaluation of women and the exploitation of the vulnerable. They discuss how women and men are uniquely created with purpose, and why understanding that design is essential in the fight for truth.
As the conversation unfolds, they highlight the importance of situational awareness, critical thinking, and historical context when navigating today’s cultural conversations—from global issues like Israel to the perspectives shaping younger generations. In a world full of noise and confusion, they emphasize the need to slow down, seek truth in Scripture, and rely on the Holy Spirit for discernment.
This conversation is a call to awareness and action—encouraging us to stand up for others, pursue truth with wisdom, and remain grounded in what is eternally true.

This week, the girls sit down with good friend Kirby Kelly. Kirby shares about her book The Fabric of Open & opens up about walking through grief both with & without hope. Together, they unpack the misconception that a “blessed” life means everything is going well, & how hardship is often wrongly seen as a sign of failure in faith.
They remind us that God is still good even in the hard & that our circumstances don’t define His character. Scripture tells us that the testing of our faith produces perseverance, & through it all, we can experience His presence in a deeper way. True hope is found when our focus shifts off ourselves & onto Jesus.

On today’s episode, Nico is flying solo as she sits down with good friends Holly and Preston Todd. They talk about seeking wise counsel, asking God to speak, and learning to recognize His voice.
They dive into having a heart that’s ready to receive, trusting what you hear by knowing who God is, and asking for wisdom with faith. Nico also shares what she’s learned through her journey and from reading Living Fearless by Jamie Winship.
This episode is a reminder that true freedom is found in relationship with Christ—and that He desires your faith and wants to speak to you.

This week the girls talk about doing hard things and showing up even when it’s uncomfortable.
What would life look like if you started walking in what you were created to do? What if your obedience could impact someone else’s life?
They share how discovering what you’re good at takes faithfulness, discomfort, and a willingness to do things you don’t always want to do.

Laura sits down with Christian Bevere for an honest conversation about dating — the world’s way, the church’s way, and God’s way. Together, they talk about waiting for God’s timing, learning who you are before stepping into a relationship, and becoming whole on your own first.
In this episode, we unpack the subtle ways we can unknowingly make our future husbands an idol during singleness — and the freedom that comes from surrendering that desire back to the Lord. For some, this is a reminder that it’s okay to come up for air and not sit in grief over what hasn’t happened yet. For others, it’s encouragement to boldly pray for what you desire, cast vision for your future, and ask yourself: If I keep living the way I am now, would this be the kind of woman the man I’m praying for is looking for?
This conversation is a reminder of how gracious and kind the Lord is toward you. He redeems. He restores. He cares deeply about your desires. God invites you to pray boldly, to trust His timing, and to place your future fully in His hands.
