One of the biggest challenges in construction is supply chain. This becomes even more of an issue when you specialise in a particular area as we do, in cladding remediation. Add to this that the industry is under unprecedented pressure to remediate a large number of buildings in a very short space of timeas a result of the Grenfell disaster and legislation changes we’ve discussed previously, and pretty much have a perfect storm of challenges when deliveringhigh quality, cost effective construction projects.

So we wanted to discuss what we do about it, how do we address these challenges and continue to consistently delivery top quality projects.
