Hey Friends,
What if your wardrobe could make it easier to become the person you're already trying to be?
In this final episode of the Summer Wardrobe Series, we're decluttering together, but with a different approach. Instead of focusing on what to get rid of, you'll learn how to use your wardrobe to support the life you're building. Through a simple breathing exercise and practical decluttering session, you'll identify the clothes that reflect who you are today, make space for who you're becoming, and leave your closet feeling lighter, more intentional, and easier to navigate.
Grab a donation bag, meet me in your closet, and let's do it together.
This is Part 3 of a three-part summer wardrobe series. Next, we'll cover how to let go so you can have energy for what's important.

Hey Friends!
Ready for a wardrobe reset?
In this episode, I'm sharing exactly how I organize my own small closet and dresser—from drawer categories to closet bins to hanging clothes. My system isn't about perfection; it's about creating simple categories that make getting dressed easier and your wardrobe easier to maintain.
This is Part 1 of a three-part summer wardrobe series. Next, we'll cover how to create categories that work for your wardrobe, followed by how to decide what to let go of.

Hey Friends,
In this episode, I sit down with Celina Caovan, a holistic physical therapist. In this casual conversation, Celina and I explore inner work, boundaries, and how the body can serve as a powerful guide back to self-reconnection.
We discuss the ways our physical symptoms, habits, and patterns can offer valuable insight into what is happening beneath the surface, and how learning to listen to our bodies can help us make more aligned decisions in our homes, relationships, and daily lives. Celina shares her perspective on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and the importance of honoring our own needs rather than continually abandoning ourselves to meet the expectations of others.
If you've ever felt disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by life's demands, or curious about the connection between physical well-being and personal growth, this conversation offers a gentle invitation to slow down, tune in, and come home to yourself.
Cellina's website with all the resources discussed here is: https://www.consciouscarehealth.com/

Hey Friends,
Inspired by the show, Your Friends & Neighbors, this episode explores why external success doesn't always lead to internal fulfillment, the hidden scripts many of us bring into marriage, and why midlife may not be a crisis, but an invitation.
We talk about why decluttering may be less about getting rid of stuff and more about uncovering who we truly are.
Hope this helps you!
XO,
Amber

Hey Friends!
Today I'm sharing a conversation I recently had on Anna Dearmon Kornick's podcast that I wanted to bring to you as well. Anna is a sought-after speaker, author and time management expert. Check out her podcast here: It's About Time Podcast
In this conversation, we explore why decluttering is rarely about the stuff itself and why so many women feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unable to get started.
We talk about the connection between clutter and the nervous system, why organization alone isn't enough, and how small, intentional actions can create lasting change in both your home and your life.
In this episode, you'll learn:
• How a dysregulated nervous system can make even simple decluttering tasks feel impossible
• The Body, Mind, Soul + Next Action framework for moving from overwhelm to action
• Why tiny actions are more effective than marathon decluttering sessions
I hope this podcast episode helps you feel better in your home.
Thank you for being here.
XO,
Amber

Hi Friends!
Do you have boxes you've been meaning to go through for years?
In this guided decluttering meditation, we'll use breath, mindfulness, and simple decision-making to move through an overwhelming space one object at a time.
You'll learn why clutter can feel so difficult to face, how the breath helps calm the nervous system, and why making space isn't just about getting rid of things—it's about creating room for what comes next.
Remember:
One breath.
One object.
One action.XO,
Amber

In this episode, Amber explores the connection between boundaries, mindfulness, self-abandonment, and clutter. Through personal reflections on marriage, divorce, and blurred emotional boundaries, she unpacks how many women unconsciously override their own needs, capacity, and nervous systems over time.
Amber discusses the difference between connection and access, how clutter can become an invasion of space and peace, and why mindfulness helps interrupt automatic behaviors like people pleasing, emotional overwhelm, avoidance, and self-abandonment.
This episode is about awareness, boundaries, and beginning to reclaim space — emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Hi Friends!
Most resistance to decluttering comes down to three things. And the more we can notice when they arise the more they lose their power. It's all about awareness. Listen to this episode to find out what they are.➡️ For The 8-Hour Decluttering Plan, click HERE.

Hey Guys,
You've already done the hardest part.
You made the decisions.
You created the piles.
You moved through the garage without avoiding it.Now this episode is where everything leaves—and where you make sure it doesn't all come back.
WHAT THIS EPISODE ISThe completion phase of your garage decluttering.
You'll:
Organize and execute all remaining tasks
Remove everything from your garage efficiently
Reset the space so it actually feels different
Create boundaries so it stays that way
THE GOALNot just to declutter…
But to finish.
PROCESS STEP 1: ORGANIZE YOUR TASKSTake everything from:
Your task list
Your post-its
And sort them into three columns:
Errands (drop-offs, returns, donation runs)
Computer / Phone (research, calls, scheduling)
At Home (install, hang, fix, put away properly)
This simplifies everything so you don't get stuck or overwhelmed.
PROCESS STEP 2: SCHEDULE ITPut your tasks into your calendar.
When are you running errands?
When are you making calls?
When are you doing things at home?
If it's not scheduled, it lingers.
PROCESS STEP 3: GET IT OUTYou already decided what everything is.
Now you move it.
1. Bag UpPut items into bags, bins, or boxes
Keep post-its attached with destinations
Place items in your car or near the exit
2. Clean UpSweep, wipe down, clear surfaces
Remove trash
Reset the space
This is where it shifts from "project" to "usable space."
3. Show UpTake a photo or video of your finished garage
Acknowledge the result
Capture the transformation

Amber

Hey Friends!
This episode is a guided, repeatable decluttering session you can use for each zone of your garage.
You'll:
Work in one defined area at a time
Set a timer (2–3 hours)
Follow a simple system to sort everything quickly
Then come back and repeat the same process for the next zone.
If you hesitate—it goes.
For every item:
Pick it up
Decide immediately:
Trash
Donate
Belongs elsewhere
Task List
Write the destination on a post-it
Place the item in its pile
Move on
You're not just sorting.
You're pre-deciding where everything goes:
"Goodwill" vs. just "donate"
"Mom" vs. "give away"
"Kitchen" vs. "put away"
This makes the next phase (removal) fast and frictionless.
I hope this guided decluttering episode helps you!

Amber

In this episode, I'm sharing a real weekend—and why it's so hard to start decluttering, even when you want to.
It's not that you don't care.
It's that when it's time to begin… you don't.We talk about why waiting to feel better later keeps you stuck, and how to take action without relying on motivation.
I also share a simple trick that helped me finally go through something I'd been avoiding for months.
Plus, three ways to help yourself start:
Structured constraints
Moving meditation
Audio
This was supposed to drop on Tuesday - another imperfect outcome of my wild weekend.

Clutter isn't just about having too much. It's about not having a clear internal reference point for what stays and what goes.
In this episode, I walk through the deeper pattern underneath clutter: disconnection from self. When you've spent years adapting, people-pleasing, or overriding your own needs, decision-making becomes unclear. Not because you're incapable, but because you were never taught to anchor into yourself first.
We'll connect this to the concept of fawning (as described by Meg Josephson), and how it shows up in your home through indecision, overkeeping, and overwhelm.
This isn't about organizing. It's about learning how to choose again.
