The Enneagram can help you understand your personality type and those of your colleagues. It can help you anticipate challenges, provide specific growth guidance, and navigate the complexities of the workplace with greater empathy and awareness.
It cannot however predict the future. It can't tell you who will be amazing at their job, or tell you which types are best for certain roles.
Listen in to hear two recent, real-workplace examples of why we want to be careful with putting types into job boxes or believing we need a specific type for a role.Send us a text

Wings continue to be a common question that comes up in workshops or surveys asking what people are most curious about when it comes to the Enneagram.
While we don't teach them at Enneagram MBA, I don't want to ignore that people have questions!
This episode intends to help answer some of those questions - and explain why we typically don't teach them.
