Join us here as we talk about why coming together is so important as women, and as female founders, discover whether it's Jo or Lauren who is super organised (clue, one of them is also a VA!), and find out the incredible advice they would give their 21 year old selves
(PS part of that advice contains a word you might not want the littles to hear, so headphones on if you're in the office or there are kids around)

In this episode, I share the questions that I shared on the workshop to help you think through whether it's time to stay and fall back in love with your role, or time to move on to the next best thing for you.

I worked closely with each of them both in my days as the Deputy Director of the London Leadership Academy and as Head of Flexible Working for the NHS. What I love about them is their depth of knowledge of and drive of working for flexible working across the UK.
Here we talk about why flexible working matters, how you can approach it as a individual and as a manager, and the impact it can have for all involved.

Caroline has always been a 'people person', from her early career as a nurse to her current incarnation as The HEAD Gardener. She talks here about what that means to her, and how she's created a model based on the language of gardening to help all of us talk about how we can grow and flourish where we are planted (or choose where to replant ourselves!).
You can find Caroline here: Home - The Head Gardener
And buy her books here: Products - The Head Gardener
PS There are one or two pieces of 'language' here - my fault! - so you might want to use headphones if the Littles are nearby.

Let me introduce you to one of the fundamental tools we use in Awakening Women's Lives. It is so simple, and yet can be absolutely eye-opening. This tool was the one that helped me to realise that my job was no longer the place I should be (not this one. I LOVE this one!).
None of us can expect to make transformational change if we don't give ourselves the time and space to slow down and reflect, so here is my gift to you to kick start that process.
