  • Season 4, Episode 9 - The Nourished Woman Template

In this episode, we talk about something called the Female Biological Birthright, a “template” of the fully nourished, embodied woman rooted in safety and abundance. We explore how physical nourishment is just the beginning (not the end), and how women are hungry for more than minerals and macros. In fact, women have three types of hunger: self hunger, cell hunger, and mother hunger, and nourishment alone acts as an initiation and invitation for us to feed these other hungers.

  • Season 4, Episode 8

In this episode, we explore what’s really at the root of women’s “dysregulated” nervous systems. We talk about the physiological cost of living in a state of stress and challenge the language of modern wellness to show why "dysregulated" isn’t even the right word for this state to begin with. Give it a listen to explore how to break free from a linear, fix-it approach to healing that puts you in a box you were never meant to fit in.

  • Season 4, Episode 7

In this episode, we talk about the "stress cascade" that has women everywhere living in a state of hyper-arousal. We explore how our society has conditioned us to live in our heads and disconnect from our bodies, and how this keeps us in a state of chronic survival. This episode is your wake-up call to understand that the root of the female modern health crisis isn't just the “toxins” but the state of our nervous system. And the antidote? A deep, embodied connection with yourself.

  • Welcome back! As my birthday week rolls around, I find myself feeling less celebratory and more… salty. There’s a growing frustration I’ve been carrying about the health and wellness space, and today I’m finally letting it out.

Too many women are being misled by shiny branding and empty promises. Behind all the perfect aesthetics and “healing” talk, there’s a lot of manipulation going on, and it's time to name it.

In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on the hidden side of the industry. We’ll talk about the rise of self-proclaimed “gurus” and spiritual influencers who sell a curated image of healing while profiting from confusion and vulnerability. It’s easy to get lost in the noise, especially for women who are genuinely trying to reconnect with themselves.

This episode is your reminder to stay sharp. We’ll unpack the difference between being judgmental and simply seeing things clearly. I’ll also dive into the phrase: “Be wise as serpents and innocent as doves,” and what it really means for navigating this space with clarity.

Tune in to learn how to spot the fakes, trust your intuition, and take your power back from anyone selling you smoke and mirrors. It’s time to ask for more than just good vibes. So let’s demand what’s real, true, and actually healing.

    In this episode:

[01:10] Why I'm feeling salty and ready to spill some tea.
[04:49] Going over the 5 feminine survival archetypes.
[14:30] The problem with inauthentic spiritual language.
[22:27] Why it's more important than ever to have sharp discernment.
[27:25] How to spot a "Jack of all trades, master of none."
[35:18] Being "wise as serpents and innocent as doves."
[39:47] A final call to see through the illusion and trust yourself.

  • Welcome back to the Fully Nourished Podcast! Minerals are all the rage in the health and wellness world right now. We’re told to replenish our minerals to solve everything from fatigue to hormone imbalances. But what if you’re already “doing all the things”? You’re taking the supplements, eating the nutrient-dense foods, opening up detox pathways… and still, you feel like you’re running on empty.

This episode challenges the common idea that we just need to just consume more. Instead, we explore a deeper question: why are we burning through our minerals faster than we can take them in? The answer may not be in another supplement bottle, but in our relationship with our energy, our minds, and time itself.

I’m diving into the concept of “energetic leakage”, the unconscious patterns and habits that drain our vitality without us even realizing it. From the non-stop mental consumption of information to a chronic, underlying sense of urgency, we are spending our precious energy in ways that leave us depleted. This is about learning to shift from a state of frantic rushing to one of conscious presence, allowing our bodies to finally hold on to the nourishment we give them.

    In this episode:

[01:00] Why are minerals going out faster than they’re coming in?
[04:12] The “bucket with a leak” theory of chronic mineral depletion.
[11:24] What is energetic leakage and how is it draining your vitality?
[15:58] An introduction to the C-R-U of soul-deep burnout.
[21:36] Exploring your spiritual relationship with time as a living entity.
[26:09] How your state of mind can bend and stretch your perception of time.
[34:47] Identifying how you add unnecessary urgency and pressure to your own life.

  • Welcome back and happy Summer! This seasonal shift inspired me to reflect more deeply on people-pleasing and the interplay between masculine and feminine energies.

As women, our nervous systems are wired to scan and respond to the needs of others. We’re often taught to view our nurturing instincts as virtues rather than instinctual drives. But when our feminine identity is rooted in unselfish service, we deplete ourselves. The true nature of the feminine is to receive first before she can genuinely give and nourish.

When our inner feminine is honored, the outer expression becomes joyful, life-giving, and sustainable. Otherwise, we’re just building our lives on a brittle foundation, chasing validation that never truly satisfies.

    In this episode:

[00:38] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[02:49] Finding the balance between nurturing and being nourished.
[07:42] What is external attunement, and why is it damaging?
[14:33] The disaster of looking to our outside world to find a source of inner safety.
[17:44] The inner feminine needs to drive the outer feminine.
[21:06] How do we awaken out of people-pleasing?
[23:50] Your consumption of external resources can be detrimental if not balanced with inward work.

  • As we come to the close of the Universal Architecture series, I find myself feeling both reflective and deeply moved. There were many directions I considered taking this final episode, but my heart kept bringing me back to the number seven. This is the seventh installment, and in universal architecture, numbers carry sacred meaning..

To close this series, I want to share two texts that have profoundly shaped my spiritual path. These texts honor the Divine Feminine, whom I, as a woman, am called to embody and serve here on Earth. The first is Proverbs 8, from the Hebrew Scriptures. It speaks of Wisdom, personified as a woman who calls out to all people. She was with God from the beginning, before the foundations of the earth. She stands at the crossroads, calling to those who seek truth, offering something far more precious than silver or gold. Her presence is ancient, woven into the very fabric of creation.

The second text is from the Nag Hammadi library, a mystical Gnostic scripture titled The Thunder, Perfect Mind. This one is esoteric, poetic, and challenging—intentionally so. It expresses the Divine Feminine in all her paradoxes. She exists in all things and speaks directly to those who seek her. She is within you, yet beyond you. She is the one both hated and adored, hidden in shame and revealed in glory.

This text, though difficult to digest intellectually, reveals something crucial: the feminine nature of God is not a doctrine to be debated but a mystery to be experienced. She is not loud or obvious; she hides in plain sight. This whole series has only scratched the surface of this universal architecture, but I hope it’s planted seeds of courage in you—to seek, to question, and to go where fear tries to keep you from looking.

Tune in today to dive deeper into this episode as we explore how we can truly seek the Divine and overcome our fears. As Frank Herbert writes in Dune, “Fear is the mind killer.” You must let it pass over and through you. On the other side of fear, there is nothing left to hold you back; only you remain, awakened, whole, and held by the Divine.

    In this episode:

[00:38] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[00:58] What do numbers represent in universal architecture?
[02:52] My two favorite texts that have helped me draw closer to the divine.
    [03:15] Proverbs 8.
[07:16] The Thunder, Perfect Mind from the Nag Hammadi library

[18:39] The key to facing our fears on our journey to seek the divine.

  • In today’s episode, I’m focusing on how the nervous system, fascia, and womb matrix relate to our spiritual and emotional design, especially as women. Our sensitivity to emotions isn’t a flaw—it’s a powerful tool for healing and transformation.

Emotional suppression is rampant—both consciously through messaging like “good girls don’t get angry,” and unconsciously through generational patterns. Spiritual bypassing also plays a role, where emotions are dismissed in favor of moral or religious ideals. But emotions are real, biological responses—especially for women, whose bodies act as spiritual oracles. We are portals between spirit and matter, bringing heaven to earth.

Spiritually, men and women are equal in authority but different in responsibility. Men's purpose is grounded in being physical leaders—stable, mission-driven, and drawn to spiritual discipline. Women, however, connect to the divine through embodiment, emotion, creativity, and relational intimacy. Our ego operates differently; we shapeshift and adapt instinctively for survival, often without realizing it.

Join me for more on emotions, feelings, and healing. I can’t wait to share the understanding that our emotions are not obstacles or hindrances, but guides. And through learning their language, we can find not only spiritual clarity but also a grounded sense of inner safety and sovereignty. Tune in today!

    In this episode:

[00:37] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[03:44] What is the emotional body?
[08:19] Where do we learn to suppress or override our emotions?
[09:25] What are the different natural responsibilities of men and women?
[12:46] What is the womb portal?
[15:08] How do women interact with the divine and grow spiritually?
[24:01] The difference between feelings and emotions.
[28:07] The frequencies of emotions and the physiological impact of them.
[33:50] What are the consequences that we might experience by suppressing or disowning our emotions?
[37:59] Healing the body is critical for processing emotions.
[39:15] How can we tell if we are emotionally stagnant, and what can we do to correct it?

  • In this episode, I continue our journey through the Universal Architecture series by focusing on the physical body as a sacred temple.

As we turn our attention to the physical body, it is imperative to remember that the physical body is comprised of two parts: the chemical body (matter) and the alchemical body (life force, metabolism, qi). These two work together to embody our spirit and carry out divine functions on Earth.

Healing isn't just about detoxing or exercising; it’s about understanding how these physical actions shift our vibrational frequency. When we restore metabolic energy, we enable the body to communicate with the spirit and mind more clearly. Fragmentation—whether from trauma, mineral deficiencies, or emotional suppression—interrupts this harmony. Coherence is the path to healing: when we restore flow, light, and nourishment, we re-integrate ourselves as divine, conscious beings.

Healing through coherence is about remembering and reclaiming our wholeness by reconnecting to the breath of life and the Holy Spirit. This is a process of deep restoration—not only physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Coherence is not just about balancing the body, but about aligning with divine truth, returning to our sovereign state, and allowing the Spirit to fully dwell in the temple of the body.

When we tend to our body—when we hydrate, nourish, breathe, move, rest, and align—we’re not just doing something “healthy.” We are participating in a divine act of remembrance and restoration. We’re letting the divine move through us, sing through us, live through us. That is the true essence of healing through coherence. Tune in today for more on this topic as we continue our Universal Architecture series. I know you’re going to love it!

    In this episode:

[00:37] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!

  • As we continue our Universal Architecture series, I want to reiterate a fundamental truth we explored last week—that we are triune beings composed of mind, body, and spirit. This isn’t just a spiritual concept; it’s reflected in the very fabric of our biology, through our nervous system and fascia. Unfortunately, a great deal of fear and confusion has clouded this understanding, distorting deeper metaphysical truths into a doctrine of fear, creating barriers between us and the Divine.

Christianity, as it's widely practiced today, is more accurately Pauline theology than it is the teachings of Yeshua. This speaks volumes about the power of mental conditioning and institutional brainwashing. People are discouraged from listening to their intuition and are instead expected to submit to an external system—one that often uses fear to enforce obedience.

When fear dominates, when judgment feels like virtue, when shame masquerades as holiness — those are signs we’ve strayed from coherence. But the path back is always available. We don’t have to perform spiritual gymnastics to be worthy of the breath. We just have to return to the truth already singing inside us. That is our sovereignty. That is our healing. And that is how we reclaim the kingdom within.

Join me today as we dive deep into the vibrational frequencies that we have misunderstood to be demons, and how we can realign ourselves with the spirit to regain our spiritual sovereignty. I know you’re going to love it!

    In this episode:

[00:38] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[02:33] The battle between institutional Christianity and the sovereignty of our own minds.
[07:14] Vibrational frequencies as depicted by Jesus in Matthew 12:31-32.
[12:30] What is the blasphemy of the spirit?
[16:03] When we sever ourselves from the spirit, how does that affect us physically?
[21:09] Where does the concept of Good vs. Evil come from, and what is it truly?
[24:13] Who is Satan, and what is evil?

  • I'm so excited to continue this Universal Architecture series with you, especially as we dive deeper into the human body and experience, where we fit into the grand design of everything.

As women, we’ve been conditioned to disconnect, to ignore, to suppress—especially in the name of being “strong.” But our true strength lies in our softness, in our receptivity, in our ability to feel deeply. That is not a weakness. That is divine design.

So if you find yourself in this place of soul-deep burnout, you are not broken. You are not failing. You are being called. You are being summoned back into coherence, back into the sacred rhythm. It’s time to slow down. To listen. To breathe deeply—not just to survive, but to receive.

Listen in as we take a deeper dive into our bodies and our nervous systems and how they interface with our higher selves and with the divine. I know you’re going to love it!

    In this episode:
[00:37] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[01:49] What is the root of the fear behind questioning?
[04:26] What is God, and how are we made in his image?
[08:56] Thinking outside of the mainstream schools of thought.
[09:51] I don’t see myself as God, but I see God within me.
[12:20] The conflict of materialism and scientism with religious beliefs and mankind as the bridge.
[15:52] What is the connection between our minds, our bodies, and the Holy Spirit?
[23:01] The role that our nervous system plays in connecting to the divine.
[26:35] When we, as women, are in survival mode, we cannot feel our higher selves clearly.
[31:19] Thanks for joining me on The Fully Nourished Podcast!

  • In this episode, I’m continuing a conversation that began last week, where I challenged the mainstream Christian view of spiritual concepts like energy, frequency, and Christ consciousness. As someone called to be salt and light, I believe it's essential to speak up when truth is being distorted. Jesus didn’t call us to worship him passively but to follow him actively—something many modern believers seem to forget.

To be like Christ is to vibrationally align yourself with divine love and coherence. Jesus’s teachings in Aramaic reveal that loving God and neighbor isn't just moral advice—it’s a call to fully merge your breath, soul, will, and energy with the Source. Christianity was never meant to be a religion of fear and control; it was a path of awakening, of becoming little Christs who live and love in divine resonance.

Part of that alignment comes through remembering how different the male and female bodies are designed spiritually. We don’t walk the same path to the divine as men do, and we shouldn’t try. Where men find coherence through action and sacrifice, we find it through stillness, through feeling, through being. We must allow ourselves to return to the essence of our design. Jesus modeled this when he encountered women—he called forth their essence, healed them through recognition, not reprimand.

Everything I teach pours from this deep remembering—that Christ is a frequency, and we are meant to carry it, not just believe in it. We are meant to become it. Tune in today to hear more!
