Omal is the only speaker for this side which is a plus because he gives us a lot in his time speaking. The first thing he gets into is a schedule change for the night which means that coercion was now being added to the manifestation training that had been planned. The holidays were always busy work wise at the ski resort where Mark and I both worked and the theater where I was a manager. On top of that was the studies assigned to us by the speakers on the base so we were trying to juggle our work, life, and study time. Coercion was our first topic and part of the training was to use it in a real-world setting. As a theater manager, I had the perfect environment to improve on that ability. The plan being presented to Omal for approval and input was to use coercion to bring up my cost per person that was being asked by the theater company. The timing couldn't be better. From there we started working out a strategy of how I could establish and reestablish eye contact with customers before and after they bought tickets. He suggests short words repeated over and over again would have the most success when using coercion. This is called conscious coercion because the person is being deliberately coerced into doing something they wouldn't normally do. What made this a good test was that my cost per person would indicate whether my efforts were bearing fruit. Before moving onto manifestation, we covered whether or not the person being coerced became somehow emotionally attached to the person doing the coercing. He says there is little chance of that. With manifestation, I had befriended a fire deva to help with my practice. We had been trying to alter flames and the help we had received gave us some visible successes. He makes the point that by working with flames, we have something to build on which is easier than trying to create something out of nothing. He breaks down manifestation to the simple arranging of molecules to your specifications. We go through a quick manifestation practice where I try moving the candle flame in front of me. From there we go into becoming familiar with the molecule groupings being manipulated. In demonstrating what he is talking about, he goes through the basic actions of the molecules within some known substances. We wrap up the session with his reminder to me to avoid burnout with all the work and training I had been doing. It's a channeling session staying relevant thirty years later with lessons we can use today.

April is upon us and so is this month's channeling session with the members of Ashtar Command of which there are only three. Recorded on Christmas Day in 1992, we get plenty of subjects covered with just Tia, Kiri, and Omal during their hour or so of teaching. It seemed that there had been some Christmas Eve celebrating the night before as we get a slightly hung over Tia sounding a bit subdued. Nonetheless, she gets things off to a start by offering some tips for the daily short astral projection trips I had been taking up to the base during some free time at work. It was some important steps in my efforts at going solid. We move on from there to healing with genetics which led to a back-and-forth on physical rejuvenation without the artificial means used on the base. What we learn is that doing so would require replacing the old genes with new ones. She makes the process sound simple and it would be later in the conversation where she suggests using the mind to replace the genes instead of the actual physical gene replacement. The discussion that followed on bone structure gets sidetracked during the revelation that they've created holograms on the base of some cartoon characters down here like Roger Rabbit. This was recorded thirty years ago and it's only now where we're just catching up with that technology. She gives a good plan on rejuvenating the mind as we get to the end of her time talking. What we learn is that involves having a memory of the body decades ago to use as a template. I ended up working on the whole body since then and confirm it can make a big difference. Kiri is our next speaker who soon gets into a discussion on shielding and the use of offensive and aggressive shielding in dealing with mental attacks from others. For the most part, we've dealt with defensive shielding where your shields reflect attacking energy up to even where meta-concerts are sending the energy. This though is when you would take action offensively. The need for it would be extremely rare but it is knowledge and knowledge is always good. We finish up the side by letting Kiri know that Mark and I had been discussing how we might have been working for the base without knowing it such as Mark finding a third dimensional planet populated by people will descended from pigs. It's an amazing galaxy out there and so we let them know we had no problems with it. On to side two.

We return on side two fourteen days later with an additional person here on the third dimension to take part in the meta-concert practice set up by Kiri. Like before, the energy for the meta-concert was going to come from the base for two different practices but, this time, Skip and I were going to reverse the executive and conductor roles to see the difference. After the first practice it is found that Mark's astral travel crystal found its way into the pyramid with the end result being that the crystal had its information wiped. That meant that Mark would have to program it over the next month. With everyone all relaxed, we're ready to begin the next meta-concert practice but find it is Korton who has taken over from Kiri the verbal part of the practice. What we find out later is that Kiri was having trouble handling the audio and meta-concert duties at the same time. In between practices, a subject comes up many would find helpful on patience and impatience. We explore the bond between the two because, as Korton says, you can't have one without the other. We run our second practice with the roles reversed and find better success manipulating the candle flame. From there we return to the topic of patience and impatience and Korton gives a very good analogy of how age is an important factor in how both are handled. We end things by him pointing out that the best planned events can go off plan and handling the change is a learning experience. It's at this point Kiri returns to take over from where she left off as ring mistress and we go over a few things such as dealing with mistakes and how the room we're in is about to get a complete cleaning. A request goes out for Omal to come into speak as he is just outside the pyramid in the backyard of Kiri, Tia and Mark's place. He takes his place in the channeling field within the pyramid and we wrap up the channeling session with our questions to him. A situation had come up at my work whereby a young man had come into the shop and had been reviewing my journal of the channeling sessions. That got them curious about Ashtar Command but his age made his discretion a question that I took to Omal for advice. His suggestion was to work with the young man step by step without forcing too much on him at once. The last thing we went over was plans for the next channeling session when we would be working on the connections between Jewish mysticism, Egyptian science, religion, and the Gypsies. We know from hindsight that was also a very good session.

1.)(0:00)- Kiri goes through the briefing of the upcoming meta-concert and the roles of each person. After a practice session, she discovers Mark's astral travel crystal fell into the pyramid and was wiped clean.
2.)(18:15)- Korton takes over as speaker for the next practices due to the strain on Kiri. We follow up with a discussion on the bond between patience and impatience. We find out age has much to do with both.
3.)(21:50)- Omal wraps up the channeling session answering a question about how to work with a teenager in helping them along a path of higher consciousness. As an artist, we'll start with his creativity.

For the month of March, the members of Ashtar Command recorded two different channeling sessions two weeks apart back in February 1994 with both revolving around meta-concerts. Both sessions also relied on energy channeled from the base and the meta-concert constructed there through Mark into whoever was serving as conductor down here. The object of meta-concerts was to affect the flame of a candle in some way. We were successful in all four of the tests with the most success found when the roles were reversed. Beyond the meta-concert practice was various other topics of conversation along with some amazing revelations. Side one gets off to start with Tia and I reviewing my recent astral travel training and her providing some insights on child rearing from her experiences with her triplets. We jump into the first meta-concert practice with this one set up to help with my focusing of energies. Reviewing the results, it was found my energy being wasn't tight enough so in an effort to practice getting it tighter, I ended up getting a flashback when trying to follow the beam. The pain and suffering you'll hear afterwords is a warning for others not to do the same. It's Kiri's turn to channel so Tia steps away as we find out a bit of the experiences Kiri went through in college prior to her joining Ashtar Command. Some of those were good such as her winning three coercion competitions in a row while others were bad such as the time she helped in a meta-concert designed to send a fellow student back to the third dimension. A student of coercion had become powerful and corrupt to the point where it was decided further lessons on the third were required. The meta-concert also resulted in another student acting as the executive in the meta-concert to ascend to the next highest dimension by self-sacrificing herself voluntarily. Other subjects covered included parenting advice, course conditions for an up coming ski race, and her desire to become a better fencer for her bouts with Mark. Next up would be a brand-new session two weeks later.

The tape changes sides and Omal gives us a look into the workings of Ashtar Command and the Council of 12. What we learned from Omal is that small groups like ours doing channeling sessions were test beds for interacting with groups across the planet and even other planets. Plans that are made by the Council and given a trial run with groups like ours could could affect those of a race that wasn't human. They gave our interactions with the base a bit more seriousness. We then get his input on a class I was putting together with the help of our guests right explain the class outline and he gives some great thoughts on how to proceed. We next get into a discussion on coercion to help our guests understand more about Kiri's ability with the skill. A question on crime and coercion leads to us finding out that doors aren't locked on the base except in those secure areas that might harm the personnel due to their not being any crime on their dimension. This is the point where we learn that Tia had been coerced to speak at the start. It was done we find out to help her get over her fear of strangers. We know in the session in the following week would have Tia being the only base member to speak on side one and part of side two. What we find out next is that everyone in the group including Mark had been in a higher dimension prior to our incarnation on the third. That revelation alone made the session a key addition to the archives. He ends his time talking searching for an analogy on why someone would return to the third after being on a higher dimension. Basically, it was a return to learn lessons forgotten after so long a time. Kiri takes over from there for the rest of the session and we get into a topic Omal brought up about her use of coercion. She confirms that it's usually done with the eyes and the emotion she can convey with her eyes. That gives us some tips we discuss on how to use the eyes to determine a person's mood. Speaking of moods, she explains how Tia remembers her home world and the one time she had there when hunting animals so she uses the hologram suites to re-create animals from that world to hunt. Being an engineer, Kiri explains some of the technical elements involved in how the computer responds to hunting with no weapons. We get to the end of the session discussing how the graveyard shift on the base use lights and other ways to give their bodies the belief that it's daytime to keep the body in rhythm. It's handy with a base that never sleeps and is ready for anything. It was a lot of great new knowledge that is inspirational if only for the fact that we've been in a higher dimension, we can certainly get there again.

Greetings in love, light, and wisdom as one. In last month's channeling session, Tia was asked about her shyness in front of a group the week prior. This is that group and this is that week. We find out during the session that Tia had to be coerced by Kiri to come on to speak to some new guests. She lasts less than a minute before heading to the sidelines to sit and watch the rest of the session. Kiri gamely takes over as ring mistress due to her experience with other groups besides ours. She would be back to finish up the second side as well with Tia suffering from a rare lack of words. The guests joining the channeling session were students of a class of mine attending their second session and were still processing the ability to ask questions of those on another planet and dimension. Introductions over, a question is asked about past lives which would get follow-ups throughout the night and lead to some very deep revelations. Since souls traveling groups she surmises that everyone in the room had shared a life or two. With our guest more at ease with Kiri the conversation shifts to worry more about her and her life. We learn from her that everyone in the society works, even the children in the fact of their daily learning. That leads her to joke about starting up an intergalactic travel agency. Kiri explains how everyone has responsibilities that they love doing and she has trouble understanding what people would work as something they don't love. The skiing course on the base was to be the site of the Tri-base ski tournament set for the winter. Our Summer Olympics in Barcelona was taking place at the time which brought the similarities to their event. That brings us to the end of her time talking though and it's Omal's time to speak for the remainder of the side. The lack of space for this summary cuts out many of the great topics discussed that the key topics were parallel universes and how they differentiate more the further out from our reality. A return to the theme of past lives rings on the revelation that this life was preceded by one where I was a member of Ashtar Command. Whether I'm speaking to my former boss isn't brought up in his remark that is very hard to leave the command is relevant to many on the third dimension. He answers a question on the validity of astrology before the big revelation of the night. A question about alien intervention and the Bible opens a Pandora's box when the topic of Immaculate Conception arises. He reveals some artificial insemination was possibly involved and the most qualified person on the base to doing at the time would've been the resident geneticist Kornas. Why this question never came up in our conversations with Kornas may be another case of intervention. With that, we get to the end of the side with more revelations to come.

Omal gets side two started discussing Laura's husband, Skip, someone who would be a guest at many a future channeling session. We discover that Skip as a tendency to drain energy from other people including his wife and that habit would be addressed in later sessions. For now it was still a problem until they had him develop his mental shielding but this is also where we learn this is Skip's first life on this planet. We know from previous sessions his last life been on a planet with huge trees. The conversation continues on to Laura's being able to see auras and how the yellow spots she had seen on Skip's aura signaled problems in the future. Omal cautions that she may need to prepare for his passing but he would still be at channeling sessions for years to come. The topic comes up of Mark's rare ability to astral travel to their higher dimension and then manipulate the fourth dimension on the way back so that he is only left for an hour here but had been on the base for twelve hours. We also discover there's a cost to that gift in that it would shorten his life. A stray comment about the understanding of reality generates an explanation of reality from Omal where he defines it very simply using the upcoming presidential election and the various outcomes as all happening at once. One of the problems Laura was having at the time within her astral projection. We find out it's her fear of heights that was holding her back so Omal as some good advice to help her get over that. One of the surprising elements of Laura's time talking comes at the end with Omal where he reveals that Laura's spirit animal was in the room causing a breeze. That animal it turns out was a white buffalo who had taken an interest in the channeling session. Omal signs off with what would come to be his trademark "live long and prosper". Tia ends the session in the short time left with her revelation that she had watched both the Star Wars and Star Trek movies up on the base despite the difference in dimensions and planets.

Greetings in love, light, and wisdom as one. We get 2024 off to a start with a rare private channeling session with a friend of ours named Laura. Tia is the night's ring mistress and is also the only speaker on side one. Tia is her typical vibrant self we are used to after getting shy and bashful at a crowded session the week before when Ashtar made an appearance. The conversation turns to a description gives of herself and her third dimensional home planet of Durondedunn. It's a race of beings descended from cats and run as a matriarchal society. We find that her race is about two hundred years ahead of ours technically and have established colonies on other planets in their solar system. In noting her PK ability and the benefits it brings Tia, we find that Laura too has hidden skills she had let atrophy. She seems to have used coercion or far sighting during card games as a youth to know a player's cards ahead of time. It was an important time in Tia's life as we find out she was moving into Korton's department for data analysis. She would run the department in later years. From there we return to the subject of Tia's home planets and pets they have there such as what would be best described as a flying kitten with four wings. We move on to relationships and Laura's friendship with Mark and how their aura's interact when close together. Tia then relates how she, Kiri and Mark share a soul in a very rare combination of a triplet soul. She reveals that part of that relationship includes her being able to influence Mark when he is shopping to focus more on healthy additions. We end the side with her explaining that her being on the base with its higher technology means she will live a far longer life and how Sirians can only get pregnant after reaching a particular age of maturity to avoid a very serious birth.

Side two continues on that same topic as Omal provides his expertise as a premier instructor of people in how to best pass on knowledge. His advice for the two subjects of our guest is to teach each one in a different method than the other for a month and then switch the methods between students to gauge the best way the teaching should proceed. He assures our guest that her fears her students might explore higher dimensions are unfounded and their minds would not let them proceed past the third without knowing the mathematics involved in the transition between dimensions. He also shares that in a life after this one, someone might choose to reincarnate in a similar situation with at least one parental unit from the previous life to resolve issues that might have been holding the person back. Another guest was having self-doubt about his healing ability and Omal provide some excellent methods to take him to the next step. He ends with letting us know we have guides always assisting us should we listen to their advice. Tia makes the transition to the next speaker who is Karra and she goes over what is needed for the healing session that will be following the bonding ceremony. We move on from there to our guest who has a problem with her empath ability and large crowds. Karra is able to give the advice as a healer to focus on the energies of others in the room having a good time. That would make the negative energies harder to be felt from others in the room. She is able to encourage our guests that her empath ability is a great assist in her quest to be a teacher. Karra is replaced by her sister Kiri so that we can go over the crashed alien vehicles recovered and the reverse engineering being done to discover their secrets. Kiri is able to provide some fresh perspective on what might be found from their research and shares that it's unlikely they would be successful due to the limitless combinations needed to solve the propulsion answer. The good news is that none of the ships are Sirian. We learn from her that individuals on her dimension are taught by teachers from higher dimensions. We end the night with Tia wrapping things up by telling our guest about the flowers she had eaten during an astral travel trip to the base that had caused her to become disoriented. As a bonus we find out that her planet has both a space Navy and a Navy on their oceans. It's because her home planet is third dimensional.

1.)(0:00)- Omal helps a frequent guest with her desire to be a teacher and guide to others. He gives her some great advice and discusses the impossibility of time travel unless it is down a similar timeline.
2.)(15:20)- Karra assists our guest with advice on how to control her empathic ability when out in crowds and it becomes overwhelming. It turns out that ability will be a benefit with the classes she has planned. 3.)(25:52)- Kiri and I discuss the captured ships reported by Bob Lazar and the theoretical advances might be gained through reverse engineering. We find out that they have higher dimensional teachers as well.
4.)(38:49)- Tia informs us the bonding ceremony down here will be streamed on the base to about a thousand people. We also learn that her third dimensional home planet has a space Navy and wet Navy.

The channeling session for the month of December has a focus on the celebrations planned for an upcoming bonding ceremony between two friends of ours, Carrie and Mike. It was coming up the next week and tonight was the night where Kiri and Tia used much of the first half ironing out the details for a bonding ceremony, healing session, reception, and the channeling session that was to make it all happen. Officiating at the request of the happy couple was to be Omal channeling through Mark while we hear from our guest Bethany that she would be able to be a second channel for the event. So, with plans to arrange, the session gets started. Filling in for a delayed Tia, Kiri jumps right in to planning for the big event by rearranging the furniture in the room to accommodate the third dimensional guests while at the same time laying down bets on the sex of Kiri's and Mark's baby. Moving on, we learn about how those on the sixth dimension have as many questions about their future evolution as we do. She breaks the news that Wing Commander Taal scored another victory as well as what it takes for them to access our racial memory down here. Tia gets free so Kiri changes places with her as we now get into the ceremony requirements themselves. It's a list that includes candles, crystals, wine, rope, and a knife. It's a Sirian ceremony with lots of moving parts. More room design takes place as we next learn the schedule of events. Nothing has been been overlooked. From the ceremony leading to a healing ceremony followed by a reception, everything is set down to the food and drinks to be enjoyed by everyone. One missing element every bonding ceremony enjoys is the Wookie Air Band. The running joke is where would they park the spaceship needed to bring them to the planet. It's not all ceremony covered by Tia and so we also learn about some protections to use when astral traveling and what to avoid is base. Black holes, nebulas, and star clusters are a big no-no. It's time then for Omal to get in his time speaking before the end of the tape. He is questioned about a belief amongst Christians that Revelations is coming true and when it massive disasters. Omal reassures us and explains the various languages and Bible versions make any definitive predictions unlikely. The tape ends as our guest asked him about her future as a teacher and guide.

Side two starts much as side one did with Tia and I discussing a recent training trip we had taken together and a total body separation of mine that happened earlier that day. The energy I was bleeding during the training gave her the opportunity to go over the basics of farsighting once more. We were using a system of switches to turn off the energy in parts of the body and then taking ten deep breaths followed by ten quick breaths. That would be repeated as the body felt lighter and lighter. She next goes over the tips for interplanetary travel such as the training we did where we used the gravity well of the planet Sirius to slow ourselves down. She advises maintaining a tighter focus and even possibly holding a crystal in front of me to achieve that focus. She also advises experimenting with different techniques from various belief systems. During a short interlude where I was otherwise engaged, she breaks out some jokes she had thought up. The birthday party comes up as plans are made for her attendance before she backtracks to answer my question on why Ashtar doesn't go solid down here. She ends her time speaking with a moment of levity where we take a quick trip to France with a nursery rhyme and phrase exchange. She now makes way for Karra who gives her take on astral travel trip I had taken to see her on the base earlier as well as offering some advice that's very insightful. She then accidentally trigger something that moves Mark's leg which takes her by surprise. We get into a conversation about her daughter Klarra which is the subject she is with as there's a diaper that needs changing. It's then time for her very pregnant sister to come on and let's me know of a snowball fight the girls are headed to start. The subject of her pregnancy brings up her intuition that Tia is looking to get pregnant as well. What we find out is that Kornas has denied Tia that for now due to her youth though we know she would have triplet daughters with Mark in the future. We next discussed her plans for attending the party and learn shall be for the most part on the sidelines watching the kids. She just found out the sex of her child with Mark and we know his name would be Alex. She does reveal that normally she would be able to make sure the sex but in this case she had no choice. It's that choice that we end the session with and what a session it was. Another excellent entry into the archives of the Hades Base News.

She then has to change her. 3.)(32:45)- A pregnant Kiri has to be careful of what she does while Tia can't wait to get in the same way. She promises to come to a birthday party for Mark and myself and watch over the kids attending.

Greetings in love, light, and wisdom as one. As they say in Game of Thrones, winter is coming. It's nice then to be working on a pair of sessions from February 1993 when winter will be nearly done here in Lake Tahoe. We say a pair of lessons because this one podcast is a combination of two sessions over two nights three days apart. The first is from Valentine's Day of that year and features the four main speakers who are at pretty much every channeling session. The first of those is our resident ring mistress Tia who gets each of the two nights off to a start. For a little background, Bethany had not been showing up to channeling sessions but had attended a recent poetry reading Mark and I had taken part. We began with analyzing the negative feedback loop I had been using and working on ways to achieve a power boost when using it. As Mark was channeling Tia from within a pyramid, she suggested using outside power sources for the energy needed for the boost such as the pyramid itself or electrical appliances. She uses the analogy of a river gaining strength before it discharges into the ocean. What I would be doing is discharging the energy into my third eye. From there a giggling Kiri takes over to help me focus my questions. What immediately comes up was a recent trip to the dentist where Kiri had played some role in the procedure I can't remember at this time. From the gist of the conversation it sounds like it was quite the prank. We jump next to the poetry reading mentioned and even give an example of one that sounds like something written by Bethany which we then try to determine its meaning. She next gives me the assignment of listening to Mark after his astral travel trips to places here on the earth to do surveillance work for the Command. I was then have to give the reports to Korton afterwards to free up Mark from that same responsibility. She ends her time speaking by apologizing for being a grouch recently though her pregnancy gives her the right. Omal uses to the end of the first night with a demonstration of coercion with me saying the lines he normally would. Mark and I next get instructions from him to call Bethany which we confirm we did on side two. We also get their plan to start moving Mark's body while he channels instead of just using the vocal cords. Kiri would later become the expert at this. I give him a plan on a surveillance project for a college in Scotland and he provides the necessary navigation waypoints I should be looking for when I get near it in my astral body. It's quiz time after that where I have to remember what he taught me about finding Betelgeuse. We end with another astral travel project I had assigned myself to research pubs in London for a friend that he could then verify the information afterwards. From there the session ends we move on three nights later where Tia starts the follow-up session.

We even get one of the examples from that night. Finally, I get assigned to report the farsighting trips of Mark's directly to Korton.
3.)(43:31)- Omal begins with a quick coercion demonstration before putting a plan in place for them getting Mark's body to move around while channeling. We also discuss a surveillance assignment for me.

Side two picks up where side one left off as we discover from Omal that individuals with the ability to do PK are emblematic of our evolutionary change as a species. Bethany explains how she used to be able to move things with her mind but lost the ability through seeing it as just entertainment. Omal explains that environmental factors such as education can distract from it as he describes it as the worst thing that can happen to somebody discovering their mental capabilities. He then provides an example of someone manifesting a ball of fire that could be deflected by someone's stacked shielding. He goes on to explain how the two forms of mental activity would be able to interact on the third dimension. A humorous side note was that with Bethany making trips to the base, she had found a male friend who was outside the channeling room waiting for Bethany to finish. Omal admitted it wasn't Bethany's fault but put it down to youth and irresponsibility of the person waiting. We get back to the lesson at hand which was shielding and learn what are current levels were at the time. Mine was a bit higher due to a roommate of ours that tended to test my shields on a daily basis. He gave us the good news that this was the end of our basic training and more advanced training was in our future beginning when Ashtar who would next test our shields. He makes way for the head geneticist on the base named Kornas who was present to give us the scientific breakdown of mental shielding. With Bethany still to get through level V shielding, she asked for a breakdown of the different levels she would have to go through. Kornas then gives a detailed description of all twelve subsections all the way up to level VI.0. It was already obvious from the previous speakers that the lessons being taught were for a higher dimensional type of class of students but we were thankful for the information. All of it was applicable for the third dimension even though we might not deal with fireballs or Meta-concert coercive attacks. Korton next comes on again to finish the night and uses the time to test our shields. First, he has us recite nursery rhymes to get a fix on our mental wavelength. Afterwards, he compares increasing the level of mental shielding to the steps needed to learn how to drive a stick shift car. One day you have it down and the next you're grinding gears. He tells us it's not going backwards but just momentary forgetfulness. We finish out the session with Korton giving us the optimal width of our stacked shields along with the crystalline substance to visualize their construction. One final suggestion he adds is that shield strength can be affected by personal habits such as drinking which would affect the mental state when shields are needed most. This was an information heavy channeling session that was typical of the early days when we were first starting out. More classroom like than dorm room like. These were exciting times back then.

He next goes into detail on the optimal thickness of the stacked shields and the type of material to imagine them being as crystalline.

Greetings in love, light, and wisdom as one. We have run out of superlatives to describe the incredible sessions we're able to add to the archives and the general body of knowledge we've gathered. This one stands out far more than the rest just because someone else channels Omal besides Mark. Bethany was the first guest of ours to ask questions, also was able to channel the members of Ashtar Command, plus visit the base in her astral form. So for about ten minutes, you get to hear Mark asking questions for a change in his normal voice as opposed to the voices of those he channels. It's also a time when there were few other speakers other than Omal, Korton, Tia, Karra and Kornas. Our sessions in later years would be far looser with the addition of Kiri and speakers like Bunny. Just how serious is illustrated by the fact that Korton starts things off for the night. He begins by giving us the news that Kiri is pregnant with a baby of her and Mark's while Karra has delivered a baby girl. He moves on to what he came to talk about which is the session the previous week where Ashtar had been testing our shielding. From there we were deemed ready to learn about stacked shielding which is where the dissertation begins. This level of mental shielding is the next stage of our training where he describes it as a series of stationary domes built over the top of our regular shields preferably in a stationary position. He points out that the need for this type of shielding would be rare but better to have practiced than try to remember how later on. We learn of aggressive coercers in the past who would be able to cause confusion so as to get through shields which would be historic individuals like Hitler, Stalin, and Charles Manson. We get to a point in the session where we could use a break so he leaves and Tia comes on just before that as the light entertainment. She starts by letting us know Karra's son Nazreal is a very happy about having a new sister. We then asked her her feelings on Kiri being pregnant being as they are roommates with Mark. She explains it will be a couple weeks before Karra is able to channel again though that might change due to Karra's sense of duty. We end with a discussion on baby names for the new baby girl. We get a few examples before Omal has us take our break. We returned from break and now Mark is able to ask questions of Omal who is now channeling through Bethany. One thing Omal discovers is that chewing gum is best left out of the channeler's mouth prior to channeling. Mark and Bethany now change places as channelers and Omal comes through Mark now. We wrap up this side with a discussion on Uri Geller in his ability to use psychokinesis. Omal brings it up as an example of someone who could be deflected by strong shields when someone is attacking with their mind.

Side two has Kiri continuing as speaker though now she gets into a discussion on her genetic studies she's been doing, some on plants and some soon to be on mice. We find that plant genes are easier to work with than animal genes and it leads to a suggestion that they invite the base geneticist to join us for future talks. As a result, we would have excellent conversations on genetics with Kornas once he was able to channel. Kiri then revealed something that would come to pass later on and that was that she wanted to be bonded to Mark as Tia was. One thing that should be explained is that the bonding ceremony discussed in a sacred commitment to the other person that is deeper than marriage. It includes the lives before and lives to come in the bonding. Mark would bond with Kiri once they discovered that Mark, Kiri, and Tia were triple souls. We also learn that a secretary had come to take notes and it is then we are introduced to Luna who would be a speaker to channeling sessions later. What's surprising is she isn't from Sirius but from another planet closer to Omal and Korton's home planet but in a different dimension. She lays to make room for Omal who then uses up the rest of the tape to give us a huge learning night. Omal reminds me of a recent astral trip I made to the base where I had gotten into a theological discussion with Korton. It was a discussion I would lose but found out that it was actually Ashtar taking on the aspect of Korton which ended up shocking the heck out of me. We move on to negative feedback loops and my concerns I wasn't doing them right. Omal provides some helpful information that would prove correct when it was tried. Those were designed to help me in my astral travel to go solid along with a crystal we talked about that seems to have self healed. We should explain that the title of this session, A Temporary Spiritual Rest, is Omal's term for when we are no longer alive. She also explained that the bat people discussed are a race of people Mark had found while astral traveling throughout our galaxy. They were at war with another race and we have been monitoring how it was going. It provided an important learning experience for both Mark and myself. We end things by going over the schedule of lessons that will be taking place in the future.

Greetings in love, light, and wisdom as one. September's channeling session starts off with an unusually large number of speakers on side one and only two speakers on side two. How that happened is that each speaker came through Mark twice to answer questions and provide their observations. The first speaker of the night was Tia who I request assistance from on in my astral travel trips to the base more solid. She had been taking me out to Sirius to build up my stamina the results were starting to show. She's reminded of her jealous streak we discussed in last month's channeling session regarding a guest down here named Bethany. Karra speaks next and I have to apologize for waking her up during a trip very early in their morning. She keeps it short so Omal comes on and he dissects my astral travel trip to the base before we get into the ships from the base and other races that had crashed on the planet. It's very informative information on places he describes has had ships around the world. One he confirms is a ship in Palos Verdes that had crashed long ago and was taken away for testing. A teacher of mine saw part of that test long before we had met. He lets me know that my next astral traveling session would Tia would be to Alpha Centauri. A long way from Sirius but a good stamina test. Tia comes back after that and we discuss a temporary houseguest of ours and her potential to help the group. She then makes way for Karra who is in full healer mode. We review my attempts to help and injury of hers and I get great advice on how to do it better in the future. Other advice is on staying solid when I'm up there so we go over some of the techniques I had been trying. Her sister then takes her place and Kiri has a decision to make as to whether she will be able to attend the party to be held after her child is born. What she reveals is that little one in her womb has been asking a lot of questions about the world outside she's been answering. It makes one wonder if that would be something effective down here someday. The tape ends and we move on to the next side.

3.)(16:54)- Omal gets very open about past crashes that have happened to craft from the base and other races. One crash I had a partcular connection to happened in Palos Verdes in Southern California.
4.)(30:36)- Tia and I make plans for some astral travel practice to Alpha Centari as per Omal's call that the trip was needed. We discuss as well a guest down here who was getting trained in astral projection.
5.)(33:18)- Karra and I review the healing I had tried to do on her arm where a great suggestion is offered by her to improve future healings. We also review my latest trip to the base where I got more solid.
6.)(41:31)- Kiri is an expectant mother and she explains that the child inside her is already asking questions about what is going on in the world her mother sees. It is an interesting tip for down here.

Side two starts off much as side one except with Omal now having five people in the room including Mark. The questioners are still Bethany and myself. After some friendly back-and-forth we hear from Omal how those on the base were watching the sixties happen here with hope it would lead to a higher race consciousness. He acknowledges the seventies reversed the gains that had been made. Next discuss when I had spoken to Ashtar last about their regions of Ashtar Command. This conversation leads into another in which we learn going time travel is impossible due to emerging as possibly just a bunch of molecules of thousand years ago at that point in time. We next get into a discussion on our growing abilities from working with them and getting advice on manifestation when we surprise Omal with news that Mark's creativity had grown so much that he accidentally burned a hole in the wing of one of his model airplanes by just thinking about it. Omal sees the trouble this could lead to if left unchecked and gives us some warnings to look out for and how to prepare in case it should get out of hand somehow. We close out his time talking with a conversation about Mark being a very confused state of mind after indulging in some of the pot brownies I had made. His confusion while the effects of it hit him were enough that it was something we wouldn't be doing again. On that note, he hands over to Tia who was having a problem with Bethany and that she was jealous of Mark's interactions with her. The conversation to follow was not typical Tia and was a pretty uncomfortable time for everyone. Her being third dimensional though excused her emotions as the others in the face understood she was still learning how to deal with them. She was young when she was rescued and Mark we find out was her first significant relationship in her life. Omal apologizes for her attitude after he jumps back on to explain why Tia acted the way she did and we agree it's just a matter of time. We learn that Korton is sitting nearby and ready to talk but that he is holding his latest addition to his collection of antique computers. This time it is a laptop computer. This is the point in the session that we find out that fun and games are over. From this point on, Ashtar has decided we would be starting in on a teaching curriculum from here on out. The first subject to be studied as a group, mental shielding for screening. We each had our own special skills we were working on such as telepathy and astral projection or farsighting. What was laid out was an aggressive teaching schedule with multiple sessions per night. It was definitely going to be an interesting six weeks to complete all the training that had been scheduled. We can say it paid off in the end. This was another excellent session and once more we learned a lot. We even get a treat at the end as we hear Mark coming back into his body and saying a couple words before the tape cuts out.

He introduces Korton who has arrived with a surprising laptop computer. 4.)(27:50)- Korton surprises us with news that Ashtar has decided our channeling sessions were to be for training from now on as opposed to lighthearted debates. We surprise him with the concept of a BBQ.

Greetings in love, light, and wisdom as one. The channeling session for August is one for the history books. History in that it is the earliest of all the channeling sessions that have now been entered into the archives. These were the earliest days when there were few speakers on the base and big changes were underway. One change was reflected where at one point in the session word is come down from Ashtar that these sessions now have to have a purpose of training us instead of debating various theories. These early sessions usually only had Omal and Korton with only one or two other speakers. With this session, we get Omal three times and Korton in what appears to be a series of different sessions over a couple nights. We start things off with just just a friend of ours named Bethany who was the only one asking questions during the first part of the night. These are the days when Bethany was the core of the group and was a very active participant. Here, she starts things off by asking about what we were calling the wizard rig. It was essentially a pyramid with a eight foot base that we had created a pattern with copper wire throughout the base and were now trying to take it to the next level. Bethany had shown an interest in getting involved and so she was looking for details. She got them and much more as Omal fills her in here and elsewhere as the wizard rig became the theme of the night. Another thing she was pursuing was something we had discussed about doing a past life regression were a person's life to explore could be preprogrammed. What we found out was that the results would be about fifty fifty. Something unusual that came up during the session was a dream Mark had about a past life where he was wearing a suit of armor. In it, there was a sword that appears to be connected to his present day self and so Mark received confirmation from Omal that it was a past life he had lived. Just another coincidence we've stopped calling strange. Omal ends this part of the session was some tips to Bethany about her trips that she had been making to the base thanks to Mark taking her astral form with him on his trips. The rest of the tape now proceeds were the session restarted but with more people now joining to watch us asking questions. We start off with more back-and-forth about the wizard rig and we get to teach Omal about the concept of jail and that a cell does not mean a single celled organism. He leaves to make room for Korton but with a request for me to demonstrate some manifestation he had been training me to achieve. It was still a work in progress. Korton is next and gets us to the end of the side with his input on the wizard rig such as what would happen if a person was using it and interrupted in the middle of a astral projection. He warns against that. He is able to help honor question near the end of his time talking about the differences between Lemuria and Atlantis. When he has to say is actually pretty surprising.

As mentioned, Wing Commander Taal starts off side two of the session comparing notes with me about my seeing his ship and him trying to keep up with me in my car at the slow speeds he had to use. We then find out his paint scheme for his craft is silver and black and his nickname is the Silver Knight. He was about to have a three week vacation and let us know that he was off to meet a new pilot coming in that was an old friend of his that was replacing a pilot that had been lost. He leaves with a party invitation to me to join him in a flight simulator sometime. With that, Kornas takes the now vacant spot in the channeling field to go over a subject I had started with Karra, biomagnetics. Karra knew this was the man to talk to and it proved she was right. And what could best be described as a college class on the subject, Kornas first checks to make sure that the biomagnetics I'm asking about are the same ones he knows which turns out to be correct. From there we go into why biomagnetics work and how to apply them in certain healing situations. To explain biomagnetics, it is magnets of different polarities placed in concentric circles to create opposing magnetic fields in a way to release pressure on the mind or other areas of the body. These magnets found popularity in the 90s but have since been dismissed as no more than a fad. What Kornas brings to the table is why they became popular in the first place. The body is bombarded by magnetic, electromagnetic, and numerous other energies affect the body on a daily basis. The body's magnetic field interacts with those fields and introducing biomagnetic energy creates opportunities for healing. He stresses that the alignment of the magnets is important to utilize the polarity generated by energy of the magnets so that the flow that is created stretches and pulls which enables the mind to relax. He also points out that the pressure released from the mind at that point can be used to heal other energies as well including opening up unused areas of the mind. He notes that it takes time for the experiments with the biomagnetics to have an effect and that an open mind speeds up the process. We finish up discussing Tia's pregnancy and the fact that the computer models show no foreseeable problems with the transfer of babies. Karra takes over from that point and has some time to answer questions as she's the only one free to talk. Right away we learn that a cat sleeping next to Mark as he channeled was projecting images into their monitors. Our friend Bethany had been trying some channeling so Karra and I went over how we could protect her when she channeled. She next recounts how Kiri's girlfriend's parents died while explaining that space travel isn't as safe as I had thought because of hazards that may be unforeseen. She uses examples of stars going supernova and meteors colliding causing hazardous debris. While we know their ships have shields, apparently they aren't a perfect protection. Luna gets free from her chat with Kornas and spends a few minutes left discussing the future. We find out that she's not altogether onboard with what's to come but has resigned herself to her fate of being a perfect blood type, genetic makeup and also a good friend to Tia. We know from future channelings that the operation was a success and all three cubs came out fine. A happy ending to an excellent channeling session.

She has the same blood type, genetic makeup, are friends and on the same base.

We have a great treat for the month of June as we have on side two an extended dissertation from the head geneticist on the base, Kornas, about biomagnetics and their use in healing. Along with that will be something followers of the archives know very well as a very critical part of Tia's pregnancy with the triplets. This was the crucial part where Tia's life was in danger and the one way to save it Kornas came up with was to remove one of Tia's triplets and put it into a friend of hers named Luna. The problem was caused by the differences in two race's biology. Tia came from a planet where the root race was feline and she had a very small and slim body frame. Mark, who was channeling her, was human and a much bigger body frame and hence the problem. So we start with Karra as ring mistress which was a role that was new to her but necessary due to Tia's issues. Coincidentally, Karra was pregnant with our twins David and Michael due in February so babies were the main topic for most of the night. I had been asked to help Tia by mentally connecting with Cubs prior to the separation. She thanks me a letter for that help later on where the Cubs had told me their names to tell to Tia. This is a time period where I was going to Grateful Dead shows and was thinking about making some T-shirts to sell. Karra was a good helper had been listening to music which she brings up her liking a song by Procol Harum and my explanation of Halloween that follows. She then makes way for her sister Kiri who has been very much a part of Tia's pregnancy including her revealing Tia bit her out of an abundance of aggressive energy. It highlights the stress happening in the apartment of Mark, Tia, and Kiri. We do get to hear about a new lady in her life who it just so happens was there the first time Mark met Kiri and had returned to the base years later. Kiri gives us a bit of her girlfriend's history of having lost her parents and was still getting over that. Her father had been a member of the Sirian Defense Force and died while on a mission but could not be recovered. Her mother, was an engineer on a long-distance transport who had to give her life to save the lives of those on the ship. This was a tough death to relay at the time due to her and Karra's mother dying in a similar fashion. I saw Kiri's girlfriend once and remember her as taller than everyone else around. Kiri explains she is half Sirian and half of the blue people which then makes total sense. We would hear from another member of that race when Wing Commander Taal starts off the second side. Also on the topic of mixing, we get into questions on coercion and mixing the types of coercion that can be used. The types she brings up are aggressive and friendly which is a bit tricky to get right. We find out some bad news from Kiri that Tia has had to be mentally restrained during this particular period of time which was how serious her condition had become. Karra had a plan suggested to her by her friend on how to help Tia get through the night with a little impromptu party. So as the side ended, the party preparations were being made to go and help a very good friend.
