There is an infinite amount of abundance in the world, but often it’s hard to know how to manifest it. How exactly do we raise our vibration to access this abundance? In this episode, intuitive coach and mindset mentor Samantha talks about three ways we can elevate our vibration to manifest and experience the flow of abundance fully. At the end of the episode, she’ll guide you through a powerful exercise to activate the abundance that is already in your life.

While many think of abundance as monetary or the accumulation of physical objects, true abundance comes from being present in the moment. Samantha can help you stop cutting yourself off from abundance and stop living in your head, and instead, be present while living a heart-centered life.

Rumi said, “I crave a love so deep the ocean would be jealous.” There is an infinite depth in love and abundance. We can choose to sit in a boat on the ocean of life, or we can be scuba divers, exploring and experiencing love and abundance in full capacity. Listen to find out how!

Samantha talks about how nature is our biggest teacher and gives us answers we didn’t even know we were seeking.Samantha presents the rules of abundance.Being self-aware is the key to being connected to the universe.Discover the effective practice of journaling and how it can keep you present and access the depth of emotionsTo experience abundance, you cannot bypass your difficult emotions like fear and anxiety. When you ignore your big negative emotions, you are creating resistance, like a pressure cooker.Doing inner work to untangle these emotions will create more ease and grace in your life while giving you more depth and raising your vibration.Be prepared to go beyond your comfort zone to untangle these emotions, and don’t be afraid to ask for help. Coaches can be an energetic hand to hold. Samantha does this in her Soul Surgery program.Tap into your abundance by bookending your day with five things you are grateful for.Samantha guides you through a powerful exercise that allows you to feel more connected.Samantha shares a powerful story of a chance encounter with a fellow journaler.

How do you know if you are burned out or just tired? What does it look like to move on beyond burnout and truly increase your capacity so you can make the difference you desire in the world? In this episode, burnout expert and teacher of energy management, Emily Leahy, joins host Samantha to talk about how to get out of the cycle of “borrowing from tomorrow so we can get through today.”

Women tend to neglect their own needs to please and care for others, and when we don’t have space to hold more, we blunt our capacity to create. That’s why this episode is so important for women seeking to live in true alignment, make an impact in the world, and have the ability to grow personally and professionally.

Guest Emily Leahy is a speaker, writer, and serial entrepreneur. She has solved her burnout issue and unlocked her capacity to perform in an optimal flow state using unconventional methods. Listen in to learn how to ditch burnout, achieve flow and master your energy!

    Highlights in this Episode:

Emily defines burnout. The term was coined in the ’70s and was considered “compassion fatigue,” mostly referring to those with careers helping others, like teachers or therapists. Now the term is more widespread.Identify the physical and mental signs of burnout.People have varying levels of burnout awareness. Some are sensitive to when they are mentally fatigued, and others only realize it once they experience a major health event.Emily explains brainwave states and the levels of awareness, including delta, alpha, and theta, and their relationship to our mental well-being.A catastrophic event like war (and even Covid!) puts people in survival mode, which can be a dangerous precursor to burnout if you don’t know how to regulate your nervous system.Samantha and Emily discuss things you can do for energy management and how we can influence the space rather than the space influence us.Emily explains how she can help shift and transform energy for those who can’t access it on their own.She shares tools to get started with self-awareness, like journaling, and talks about meditation techniques/grounding techniques. If we’re not attuned to our body, we can’t access our spiritual power and energy. The two discuss “flow” as being an optimal state. To Emily, the flow should be our baseline. When you’re in flow, you’re accessing universal energy, allowing you to be more generous.

In today’s episode, we have a conversion with the amazing Sophia Sundari. An author and transformation leader with a focus on spiritual sexuality.

As a lawyer in Moscow, Russia, Sophia followed the path that society expects everyone to take. This is the path of getting into a university, graduating with a degree, and landing a good job for yourself. Sophia was doing exactly what society wants us to and not following a path that was about her.

Even with a stable office job and making good money, Sophia felt like she was living a life that was not flowing correctly. From here, she began to travel around the world and be introduced to travel, yoga, mediation, and tantra. Her experiences allowed her to open up her life to try something new and exciting, and this was something her old life never did for her.

As she began to travel more and practice yoga, Sophia became drawn to a new reality, and office life was no longer appealing. As if the universe was listening to her, she was fired from her lawyer job, with no savings, no plans, and no idea what would come next. Sophia found herself hitting rock bottom. With a need for change and stepping out of her current reality, she practiced spirituality, yoga, and meditation every day in India. From there, she discovered new realm: Tantra, that felt so familiar and natural, and life has had a new meaning ever since.
