April specializes in women's health, coaching, yoga and breathwork.

    Kim Hart is the Co-Founder of MiDOViA who educates and supports women in the menopause transition, both in and outside the workplace. She has decades of corporate experience in the field of Human Resources. Throughout her career, she has coached leaders, facilitated workshops, and led the development of cutting-edge readiness programs globally.
