Wow. This is a big one. For this episode, I got the nudge from Spirit to simply hit record and start talking. This is something I used to do allll the time on my old podcast "Wake Up with Natashia" and I swear, those episodes turned out to be the best ones! They always seemed to resonate/align with my audience/listeners perfectly. So even though part of me wanted the Hot Mess Medium Show to be a bit more planned out and to talk about specific subjects, I had to surrender to this, get vulnerable and trust that it was meant to be...

Welcome back to the Hot Mess Medium Show!
In this episode, I use my intuitive channel to relay messages and guidance to support us throughout the month of June! Some of the themes have to do with how the first half of this year has been preparing you for this next phase of life, launching forward after feeling like you've gone backwards, how something you've been praying for for a long time is finally coming to fruition and how you're being led to re-connect to your values as a person to help you make some difficult decisions this month. One of the messages that stood out the most was, "If you knew where you were going, you wouldn't end up there."
I also share a long overdue life update about my journey with the cancer in my eyelid, my grandmother's passing & becoming a Reverend.

About Minon: My name is Minon(like phenomenon not minion). I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that specializes in working with individuals on trauma healing and authenticity. I am passionate about helping others heal so that they can feel fulfilled in life. I love helping all clients feel unstuck and helping them get back in touch with their authentic selves so that they can know their worth. I believe that we are all capable of healing and that we can heal ourselves with the right resources and support. I believe that we each know what we need to heal because the answers are within us. In sessions, I use a variety of therapeutic interventions as well as intuitive healing and mediumship. I show up as authentically as possible for all my clients. Over time, I instinctively dimmed myself, my wants and my needs because I was conditioned to believe that they were wrong or too much. I have done my own work through therapy and coaching to reprogram those beliefs. I have worked on finding my voice, being more authentic, and letting my soul shine. Since diving into my own work, I have felt more aligned with myself and more fulfilled in all areas of my life. I have been able to trust myself, take leaps, and receive validation and support.

You are stronger than you think. I know it's probably something you hear often but really sit with those words for a moment. "I am stronger than I THINK." The mind isn't always right. Just because you THINK something, doesn't mean it's truth. For example, my brain tried to convince me not to do group events. It told me it was too scary and bad things would happen. And you know what? I have never felt more fulfilled in my LIFE as I have, doing these group events.
We are stronger than we think we are.
We are more capable and resilient than we think we are.
You were not put on this earth to play it small. The Praying Mantis is asking you to be more intentional with your time + energy. To be more present. To listen more to your intuitive guidance INSTEAD of what the mind says if you're ready to welcome more good & abundance into your life.

Nothing is coincidence. I recorded this episode on the evening of June 22nd, right before my grandmother ended up in the hospital.
