  • In this episode of In My Experience, I’m joined by my dear friend Christena Shreve-Elza for a raw, honest conversation about creativity, divorce, emotional safety, grief, boundaries, and what can happen when life completely dismantles the version of you that existed before.

Christena had recently returned from Mexico, where she spent time in retreat with Chrys Kyng, and the I Am the Medicine community, before giving herself space to rest, integrate, and focus on writing her book, Plants Like People.

We talk about ideas as seeds and how the things we are called to create often need time, attention, pruning, and patience before they are ready to be shared. Sometimes the seed is planted years before we finally become the person who can bring it fully to life.

Our conversation opens into so much more, and there is a reason this episode is marked explicit!

Christena and I share personal experiences involving divorce, emotional and verbal abuse, miscarriage, arrest, incarceration, custody, and the unexpected freedom that can appear when everything familiar falls away.

We talk about what it means to feel safe, the ways women are often punished for finally responding after years of being pushed beyond their limits, and the importance of finding your voice after being silenced, dismissed, or gaslit.

We also explore the slingshot effect of being pulled so far into the darkness that, once released, you move forward with more clarity, trust, and intention than you had before.

This episode is also about breath, mindfulness, nonattachment, being witnessed, and the healing that becomes possible when someone simply holds space and allows you to express what has been living inside of you.

As the conversation expands, we talk about women taking the reins of their lives back, the wisdom we gain as we grow older, the intelligence of nature, and the responsibility we each have to embody the kinder, more compassionate world we want to experience.

This episode was recorded on February 19, 2026.

  • In this episode, I sit down with Randy Peterson of 4EthersVM to explore the world of Cymatherapy, vibrational medicine, sacred geometry, and the intelligence of the body.

Randy shares how sound, frequency, and geometric patterns form the foundation of what we perceive as physical reality. He explains how Cymatherapy developed from the research of Dr. Peter Guy Manners, who studied the sounds that healthy cells, tissues, and organs make, and how those sound codes are applied through the Acoustic Meridian Intelligence device.

We talk about the body as an electromagnetic being, the meridian system as energetic pathways, and how the body may absorb what it needs while allowing what it does not need to pass through. I also share my own experience receiving a remote session from Randy, where I felt subtle vibration, relaxation, colors, shapes, and a deeper awareness of myself in space.

This conversation moves through science, energy, subtle bodies, trauma, the nervous system, EMFs, fascia, water, consciousness, and the ways ancient healing systems understood the etheric layer of reality long before modern technology tried to explain it.

Randy also shares the story of how a trip to Peru, sacred geometry, and a search for deeper purpose led him away from civil engineering and into vibrational medicine. Toward the end, we explore his vision for the future: heart-centered communities, natural building, biogeometry, resonance-based design, and working with the land rather than trying to conquer it.

This episode is for anyone curious about frequency, energy medicine, sacred geometry, sound, consciousness, and the possibility that healing may happen on layers far beyond what we can physically see.

In this episode, we talk about:

  • A lot has changed since my first sessions with Eagle Skyfire in 2021!

After recently sharing recordings of readings she did for me years ago, I listened back with a completely different perspective. So many of the messages that came through are only making sense now. It's a reminder that sometimes guidance arrives long before we're ready to understand it.

In this conversation, Skyfire and I reflect on the years since those readings, my recent leap into truck and RV living, and what it means to trust yourself when life asks you to take a path you never expected.

We explore purpose, soul lessons, intuition, manifestation, community, spiritually sensitive children, hypnotherapy, shadow work, and Native teachings on finding your way during times of profound change.

More than anything, this conversation is a reminder that purpose doesn't have to be grand. Sometimes it's simply following what matters to you, sharing your gifts, and trusting the next step before you can see the whole path.

    In this episode we discuss:

    • Revisiting old readings and discovering new layers of meaning

    • My journey into truck and RV living

    • Why asking for help is a strength

    • Finding purpose through your values and passions

    • The "Year of Revolutions and Revelations"

    • Soul lessons, free will, and personal responsibility

    • Spirit communication and intuitive development

    • Supporting spiritually sensitive children

    • Clinical hypnotherapy and shamanic traditions

    • Shadow work and authenticity

    • Manifestation through alignment

    • Community during uncertain times

    • Trusting your body and inner guidance

    • Cooperation as a path forward

  • In this episode of In My Experience, I sit down with energy healer and spiritual teacher Marie Zancanaro for a conversation that explores psychic sensitivity, energetic boundaries, telepathy, mediumship, parenting intuitive children, and the spiritual dynamics many people experience but rarely talk openly about.

Marie shares stories from over 50 years of healing work, including experiences working with highly sensitive children, energetic attachments, thought forms, telepathy, and what she describes as “multiple scanning” or constantly picking up energetic information from the people around us. We talk about the difference between fear and discernment, why many sensitive people become energetically overwhelmed, and how learning to intentionally “turn off” psychic scanning can radically improve daily life and nervous system regulation.

We also explore how children may naturally perceive energetic realities adults have been conditioned to dismiss, the impact of parental energy on children, and the importance of supporting sensitive kids without shaming or pathologizing them. Marie shares practical perspectives on energetic boundaries, sleep, spiritual exhaustion, healing ethics, and why not every difficult experience is something that should immediately be “fixed.”

    This conversation touches on:

  • In this little bonus episode, I share a pretty big life update that still doesn’t fully feel real…

    Last week, I bought a truck & a 5th wheel.

So apparently this is happening. 😂

This week, I’ll be traveling to go pick everything up and honestly just figuring it out as I go. Which feels both exciting and mildly unhinged considering I’ve never driven something this massive in my life.

This whole thing has been building for a while behind the scenes. The researching, the overthinking, the spreadsheets, the “should I really do this?”, the absolute chaos of trying to logically figure out a life that honestly just wanted me to jump already.

And eventually I hit the point of… f*** it, I’m just gonna send it.

In this episode I talk a little about what’s been unfolding, why I decided to do this, and some of the weird mix of fear, freedom, excitement, grief, possibility, and trust that’s been coming with it.

I’ll also be recording episodes along the way with Eagle Skyfire and Jeremy Silva aka Steelo Free, and I thought it could be cool to open it up and ask if there’s anything you guys want me to ask them while we’re together.

Anything around awakening, intuition, consciousness, navigating life changes, spiritual experiences, trusting yourself, relationships, healing, the weirdness of being human… whatever feels alive for you.

Send me your questions and maybe we’ll bring them into the conversations. 🤍

  • In this episode of In My Experience, I’m joined by one of my clients, Mattie LeGros, for a conversation about lucid dreaming, astral projection, consciousness, sacred sites, healing energy, and the unseen layers of reality that exist beyond the physical world.

Mattie originally connected with me through an Akashic Records reading and later reached back out to share how much of what came through during that session had continued unfolding in her life. During our conversation, we explore the idea of carrying energetic frequencies, traveling through consciousness, and reconnecting with parts of ourselves that exist beyond the limitations of the physical body.

Mattie shares her experiences studying astral projection through an online school focused on out-of-body experiences, dream recall, and meditation practices. We talk about dream journaling, the feeling-state of dreams, childhood experiences with lucid dreaming, and the balance required to consciously leave the body without fear or overstimulation pulling you back in.

We also get into sacred travel and energetic locations, including Mattie’s powerful experiences inside the Great Pyramid in Egypt, the sensations she felt in the King’s Chamber, and her connection to ancient sites and planetary healing work.

Throughout the episode, we reflect on imagination, consciousness, timelines, parallel realities, and the possibility that healing and communication can happen across dimensions, dreams, and time itself.

    Today's Topics include:

  • In this episode of In My Experience, I share another recorded Reading of Harmony with Eagle Skyfire, from January 27, 2022.

This reading took place not long after my first session with her, during a period where I was still trying to understand who I was becoming after everything in my life had cracked open. Eagle walks me through the medicine wheel, the elements, and the teachings of serpent, raven, buffalo, turtle, loon, coyote, deer, hawk, and eagle.

We talk about surrender, not as giving up, but as learning how to participate with transformation. Eagle reflects back that I was in the last stage of shedding an old version of myself, reclaiming my markings, my “I am,” and beginning to understand how to move through the world more authentically.

    This conversation also explores:

the difference between perfectionism and wanting to do things welllearning how to receive after over-givingreclaiming humor, play, and inner child energyanger as sacred information, not something to repressturning outrage into determination, justice, and freedomprotecting the part of me that was learning how to be open againsynchronicities, telepathy, and learning how my guides communicate

What I love about this reading is how it captures a moment in my life where I knew I couldn’t go back to who I had been, but I didn’t fully know how to be who I was becoming yet.

Skyfire’s guidance gave language to that threshold.

  • In this episode of In My Experience, I sit down with Nina Sperry—intuitive energy healer, artist, and founder of Fierce Inner Alchemy—who I met during a plant medicine retreat in 2022.

After two decades in corporate America, Nina experienced a period of deep transformation that led her to leave that world behind and step fully into her work supporting others. Her approach blends astrology, shamanic practices, and nervous system–aware energy work to help people move out of survival mode and into a more aligned, embodied way of living.

This conversation begins with us reconnecting after over a year and a half and unfolds into a deeper exploration of embodiment, healing, and energetic awareness.

    We talk about:

What it means to actually be in your body after years of disconnectionHow stress and unprocessed emotions show up physicallyNina’s work with Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief CodeReleasing energetic imbalances and limiting belief systemsLetting go of paths, relationships, and identities that no longer alignTrusting the unknown instead of trying to control the outcomeManifestation, surrender, and allowing life to unfold

Nina’s work is deeply experiential, focused on helping shifts take root in the body rather than staying in the mind. This conversation reflects that same energy—grounded, expansive, and rooted in real-life integration.

  • In this episode of In My Experience, I sit down with Teri DeMarco—astrologer, Reiki master, and guide in understanding relationship dynamics through astrology and human design.

We explore how astrology can be used as a practical tool for navigating relationships, especially within families. Teri shares how understanding someone’s natural energetic blueprint can shift the way we communicate, respond, and hold space for the people closest to us.

We talk about parenting, homeschooling, and the reality of modern family structures—what’s working, what’s not, and what may be shifting collectively. This conversation opens up deeper questions around societal conditioning, energy management, and how much of our daily lives are shaped by systems that may not actually support us.

Teri also shares insight into current astrological transits and how they may be influencing both personal and collective change, including themes of dissolution, restructuring, and questioning long-held beliefs.

Throughout the episode, we come back to the idea of self-responsibility—learning to regulate your own energy, reclaim your power, and build a life that actually aligns with who you are.

    We also touch on:

  • In this episode of In My Experience, I sit down with Jaqueline Wright, someone I’ve shared deep spaces with through the Akashic Holographic Mastery container.

We start by catching up on life and what’s been unfolding, including my decision to begin homeschooling my daughter and what it looked like to navigate resistance, court, and ultimately choosing her above everything else.

We talk about reclaiming power after long periods of feeling powerless, and how sometimes the path forward isn’t about pushing harder, but slowing down, decompressing, and allowing yourself to heal.

Jaqueline shares about her relationship with her horse and how that experience mirrored deeper emotional and energetic processing. We explore how animals reflect our internal state, how safety impacts the body, and how intuitive connection goes beyond words.

From there, we move into intuition and conditioning, and the ways we override what we feel to be true because of external influence. We talk about what it actually takes to return to trusting yourself in everyday moments.

Jaqueline also shares her awakening journey and how she stepped into becoming an Akashic Records reader. We explore what that work really is, how it differs from traditional therapy, and the importance of having a space to be witnessed and supported without bias.

Toward the end, we open up a conversation around religion, direct connection to God, and the idea of Christ consciousness existing within all of us.

In this episode, we touch on:

  • In this episode of In My Experience, I’m joined by Andria Van Gordon for a deeply expansive conversation about recalibration, grief, embodiment, intuition, and the power of reconnecting with the body through nature, presence, and truth.

After Andria shares about the immersive one-on-one retreat experiences she is creating on her sacred property in Oregon, we explore what it means to truly slow down and land in yourself after seasons of upheaval and transformation. We talk about grief as a portal, the hidden wisdom inside painful experiences, and the process of allowing something new to be born from what has fallen away.

This conversation also moves through multidimensional awareness, embodied intuition, feminine truth, relationship dynamics, sensual embodiment, nourishment, emotional processing, and the healing medicine of water, earth, and quiet space. Together, we reflect on how spiritual awareness becomes most powerful when it is grounded into daily life and lived experience.

If you’ve been moving through change, learning to trust your body, or trying to bridge your spiritual awareness with your real human life, this episode offers a gentle and expansive place to reflect.

  • In Part 2 of this conversation with Mandy Hayes, recorded on January 29th, 2026, we shift into the real-life experience of navigating awareness—what it actually feels like to move through relationships, conversations, and everyday life when your perception has changed.

We talk about the contrast between conversations that feel energizing and expansive versus ones that feel surface-level or draining. As your awareness shifts, so does your tolerance for small talk, material focus, and interactions that don’t feel aligned.

This leads into a deeper conversation around relationships—how people can show up inconsistently, how actions reveal more than words, and how important it becomes to recognize when something no longer feels supportive.

We also explore energy dynamics between people, including the feeling of being drained in certain interactions and how personality patterns can play into that. There’s a powerful story shared about recognizing someone as an “energy eater” in a very intuitive, immediate way—highlighting how we can feel these dynamics even without having language for them.

The conversation also touches on Human Design and how differently people are built to move through the world. We reflect on honoring your own pace, energy, and boundaries, while also learning how to better understand others.

From there, we move into identity—especially around masculine and feminine expression. We talk about growing up feeling more aligned with masculine traits, while also navigating what it means to connect with and express femininity in your own way.

I share a personal realization that shifted how I understand myself: what I had perceived as a separate, masculine counterpart revealed itself instead as a female aspect of my own consciousness. This reframed the experience from something external to something internal—something to integrate rather than separate from.

We also touch on breaking out of traditional systems, questioning how we live and work, and the desire to create a life that feels more aligned, self-directed, and supportive of who we actually are.

This episode moves between humor, honesty, and deeper reflection.

At its core, it’s about recognizing what feels true for you—and allowing that to shape how you move through the world.

We are share casting this episode on her podcast, BrainFlowerz as well!

We begin by talking about podcasting itself—how the most meaningful conversations often happen without structure, and why allowing things to flow naturally creates space for deeper truth to come through.

From there, the conversation moves into the challenge of articulating spiritual experiences, especially when they happen quickly or without prior context. We explore how language can feel limiting when trying to describe multidimensional awareness or intuitive knowing.

I share a powerful personal experience involving a sudden shift in consciousness, where I became aware of alternate timelines, energetic interference, and past life connections.

    We also explore:

The feeling of “losing” reality during awakening experiencesFear vs. empowerment when facing the unknownThe role of perception in shaping how we interpret spiritual eventsHow intuition can conflict with logical thinkingThe importance of self-trust when navigating expanded awareness

Mandy shares her own reflections on spirituality, including conversations around the New Age movement, energetic vulnerability, and how people can unknowingly open themselves to different influences.

  • In this deeply personal episode, I share a recorded reading from January 2022 that I had with Eagle Skyfire, a Native American shaman who has devoted her life to the path of spiritual practice, guidance, and energetic understanding.

This session offered profound clarity around experiences I’ve had that felt like timeline jumping—moments where reality seemed to shift, where decisions carried an energetic weight far beyond the physical, and where I could feel myself stepping into entirely different versions of my life.

Through Eagle Skyfire’s lens, these experiences were not random or imagined, but part of a larger energetic framework involving soul agreements, karmic contracts, and multidimensional awareness.

A central focus of this reading explores the connection I’ve described as a twin flame dynamic—but through a perspective that moves beyond labels and into deeper truth. What was revealed was not just a relationship, but a karmic contract: one that carried purpose, intensity, and lessons that shaped my path in ways I am still integrating.

    This conversation touches on:

The energetic mechanics of timeline shifting and parallel realitiesHow karmic contracts are formed, fulfilled, and sometimes dissolvedA grounded, expanded perspective on what we often call “twin flames” or karmic partnersThe difference between soul connection and energetic entanglementHow certain relationships act as catalysts for awakening, disruption, and redirectionThe role of choice, awareness, and sovereignty in navigating these experiences

This reading helped me reframe parts of my life that once felt confusing, overwhelming, or even destabilizing, and instead see them as intentional, meaningful, and deeply orchestrated on a soul level.

It also opened the door to a different kind of empowerment—not one rooted in holding onto a connection, but in understanding its purpose and reclaiming my own energy.

This episode is an invitation to explore your own experiences through a wider lens… especially if you’ve ever felt like:

You’ve lived multiple versions of your lifeCertain relationships changed you at your coreOr reality itself has felt more fluid than fixed

Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and allow yourself to sit with what comes up.

This conversation moved through so many layers: eclipse energy, psychic development, intuition, consciousness, homeschooling, healing after abuse, collective disclosure, and what it means to stay in your heart while the world feels increasingly intense.

We talked about the ways life has been asking us to reorganize, not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, and energetically. For me, that has looked like clearing clutter, shifting old patterns, beginning homeschooling with my daughter, and continuing to unravel deeper layers of my consciousness and healing. Amy shared honestly about her own current season of challenge, including grief, financial pressure, and the spiritual alchemy of moving through hardship without abandoning trust.

One of the most powerful threads in this conversation was the choice to call the bluff of fear, scarcity, despair, and false urgency. We explored how the “false matrix” feeds on fragmentation, overwhelm, and emotional chaos, and how choosing love, prayer, compassion, and energetic intention becomes a real act of sovereignty.

We also talked about psychic gifts in a grounded way, especially clairvoyance, clairsentience, claircognizance, inner vision, telepathic awareness, and the lack of language many of us have for these experiences. Amy reflected on how Western culture deprioritizes intuitive intelligence, and how healing often includes practicing these abilities in safe spaces until we trust what has always been there.

    We also explored:

full Lunar eclipse and Mercury retrograde energyorganizing life as spiritual recalibrationhomeschooling and honoring a child’s natural rhythmshealing from abuse without centering the abusercollective disclosure and staying regulated through disturbing truthssacred rage versus feeding chaoslanguage as a limitation to psychic and energetic knowingclairvoyance, inner seeing, and multidimensional perceptionthe value of practice in intuitive developmentcollaboration over competitionchoosing hope during intense collective change

This was such a meaningful conversation for me because Amy has been a true catalyst in my life. Her work helped me begin exploring the Akashic Records, trust what I sense, and stop feeling so alone in experiences I once had no words for.

I hope this conversation helps you feel less alone too.

  • In this portion of the conversation, Chrys Kyng and I move into the uncomfortable, often unspoken realities of spiritual leadership, medicine work, and what it actually means to hold a shamanic role without turning it into an ego identity.

About Chrys: With 18 years of astrology training and over a decade of ascension and plant medicine experience, Chrys’ matrix-disrupting work includes shamanic ceremonies, medicine retreats and gridwork activations that he facilitates in sacred locations across the globe, and he is passionate about assisting lightworkers and starseeds in activating their soul mission and healing themselves by ascending the false matrix and creating a New Earth.

We talk honestly about jealousy, sabotage, projection, and pedestal-making within spiritual communities, including how these dynamics can surface even among highly respected practitioners. Chrys shares reflections from a documentary about a female ayahuasca practitioner, revealing how deeply human healers are behind the ceremonies, rituals, and myths placed upon them.

The conversation then opens into language, cultural appropriation, and why so many people feel fear or hesitation around calling themselves a “shaman.” We explore alternative ways of naming the work while honoring the archetype, and why true shamanism isn’t about claiming authority but about responsibility, integrity, and continual refinement.

I also share a personal realization from ceremony about choice in healing—when it may be appropriate to process pain through the body, and when it may be more empowering to reflect, witness, and allow someone to do their own work.

    Topics discussed include:

Ego, jealousy, and sabotage within spiritual communitiesThe human reality behind ceremonial leadership and medicine workPedestal culture and the myth of the “perfect healer”Cultural appropriation fears and the language around “shaman” vs. “shamanic healer”Shaman as vessel, mirror, and energetic conduit—not saviorEmpathy vs. “taking on” another person’s painDiscernment and choice in how healing is offeredWhy healers aren’t more evolved—just more committedStarting the work before feeling ready or perfectProjection, accusation, and being labeled a “cult leader”Integrity, refinement, and accountability in leadershipTriggering through competence, visibility, or confidenceCompetition disguised as criticism and spiritual policing
