Sean Glass is a former U.S. Navy SEAL officer, combat leader, and now a leadership instructor with Echelon Front. Sean spent 13 years in the SEAL Teams with three combat deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, and Eastern Africa. He led five SEAL platoons in Iraq against Islamic State forces during some of the most dynamic and demanding environments where he saw first-hand the power of leadership on the battlefield. Bo Nickal is an American professional mixed martial artist, former freestyle and graduated folkstyle wrestler who currently competes in the UFC middleweight division. In freestyle wrestling, he claimed the 2019 U23 World Championship and the US Open National championship, and was a finalist at the 2020 US Olympic Team Trials and a Final X contestant in 2019. As a collegiate wrestler, Nickal was a three-time NCAA Division I National Champion (finalist in 2016) and a three-time Big Ten Conference champion out of Pennsylvania State University.
Considered one of the most accomplished Nittany Lions of all-time, Nickal earned the 2019 Dan Hodge Trophy as the nation's most outstanding collegiate wrestler, was a two-time Schalles Award winner as the nation's best pinner and was also named the 2019 Big Ten Athlete of the Year.

Dr. Matthew Provencher is one of the nation’s leading orthopedic surgeons specializing in the surgical treatment and rehabilitation of injuries to the knee and shoulder.
Captain Matthew T. Provencher, MD MBA MC USNR (Ret.), a native of Barrington, New Hampshire attended Oyster River High School in Durham, New Hampshire and then the United States Naval Academy, where he was appointed the Deputy Brigade Commander (Second in command), graduated with Distinction (Highest Honors) with a Major in Electrical Engineering, and was designated as Secretary of the Navy Distinguished Graduate. He was also inducted into Phi Kappa Phi (The National Honor Society), Tau Beta Pi (The National Engineering Honor Society), and Sigma Pi Sigma (The National Physics Honor Society).
