My lovely friend Rochelle Robertson is my guest in this episode and she is the founder of a beautiful community called Healing isn’t linear which she started last year to bring together women who are passionate about healing and wellness and to impart the power of community into their lives & their personal healing journies.
Rochelle has worked in community development for over 15 years. She started out by creating dance communities in her late teens and quickly realised that the dancers she taught needed much more than choreography, they needed holistic development, and most of all they needed community.
15 years later she has built and led numerous communities throughout her career, and so intrinsically understands the power and necessity of them.m
In this episode we talk about how Rochelle has learnt how to love on herself by…
~ Doing everything she could to heal from childhood abuse
~ Seeking help through talking therapy, retreats and other modalities
~ Having a breast reduction
~ Stating and sticking by non negotiables when dating
~ Unlearning damaging beliefs & re parenting herself
~ Getting back on the dating scene via dating apps
And lots more 🧡

If anything Rochelle spoke about has made you realise that you need to embark on a healing journey of your own and you feel a bit overwhelmed and like you don’t really know what to do, talking therapy is a great place to start.
