Healing Beyond the Body: MS, Nervous System Safety, and Remembering Wholeness with Dana Wylder.
This LifeVision Lab podcast explores “healing beyond the body” as integration across physical, mental, emotional, nervous system, and energetic layers. The host interviews Dana, who describes living “from the neck up” due to an unsafe childhood, running away, addiction, perfectionism, and later an abusive relationship, leading to chronic disconnection from her body. After symptoms began during her second pregnancy—amid grief for her firstborn son—she was diagnosed with MS, told she’d be in a wheelchair within 10 years, and initially responded by trying to “overcome” it. Over time she realized relentless problem-solving kept her ego’s “manager” active, and that healing required acceptance, safety, and somatic regulation rather than force. They discuss being-before-doing, inspired action, boundaries, meditation, sound and biofield work, limits of talk therapy, and using symptoms as a compass for alignment, ending with gratitude as a foundational practice.

What if your struggle with food has nothing to do with willpower — and everything to do with identity, self-worth, and a prison you built yourself?
In this episode, I sit down with Regina Oswald — ICF certified coach, fashion designer, philanthropist, and author of Liberation from the Diet Prison — who spent 30 years doing everything "right" according to diet culture… and still felt trapped.
We go deep on the psychology behind why diets fail, what emotional eating is really telling you, and how the "Diet Prison" effect keeps you stuck in a cycle that drains your energy, your joy, and your ability to actually live.
This one hit close to home for me — and I think it will for you too.

What if happiness isn't something you find — it's something you remember?
In this episode, I sit down with author, speaker, and life coach Terry Bean, creator of the children's book Abracadabra, to explore a simple but powerful idea: every child arrives in this world with an inner magic — a natural state of wonder, curiosity, and joy — and somewhere along the way, most of us trade it in for productivity, approval-seeking, and seriousness.
But that magic never actually left. It's just buried.
Terry and I explore why children are the least empowered demographic and what we can do about it, how happiness is a practice not a destination, the emotional scale and why healing isn't a straight line from pain to joy, the one morning ritual that can pre-pave your entire day, Terry's "emotional sunscreen" technique for walking into hard conversations with more calm and confidence, and what it really means to reconnect with your inner child.
This one will hit differently if you've ever watched your child light up with pure joy and quietly thought — I used to feel that way too.
The magic is still there. This conversation will help you find it.
About Terry Bean: Terry Bean is an author, speaker, and life and executive coach with over 14 years of work behind Abracadabra — a children's book about the power within every child to choose happiness, create mantras, and build a life they genuinely love. Find her at https://terrybeanauthor.com/.

Guest: André Paree — Relationship Coach, NLP Practitioner, Author & Ordained Minister
If you've ever felt like you're doing everything right — successful career, beautiful life on paper — and still can't figure out why your relationships feel draining, confusing, or just… off, this episode is for you.
This week, Shwetha sits down with André Paree, one of the most grounded and practical relationship coaches working today. André has studied under relationship masters including Dr. Pat Allen, Esther Perel, Dr. John Gray, and Alison Armstrong — and what he shares in this conversation is the kind of clarity most people spend years (and thousands of dollars) trying to find.
André breaks down the real reason smart, high-achieving people struggle in love — and it has nothing to do with being broken, unlovable, or choosing the wrong people. It has everything to do with understanding the mechanics of polarity, masculine and feminine energy, and the patterns we carry from childhood that silently run the show.
In this episode, you'll learn:
What "polarity collapse" is — and why it's quietly destroying even the strongest relationshipsWhy power couples who have everything often end up as roommates within 10 yearsThe difference between masculine and feminine energy (and why it has nothing to do with gender roles)The 5-Sense Car Reset ritual to shift from boss mode back into your body before you walk through the doorWhy women in their masculine energy become "invisible" to masculine men — and what to do about itHow childhood beliefs about love are silently writing the script of every relationship you've ever hadWhy vulnerability is not weakness — it's the only thing that creates real attachmentThe first step André takes with every client before anything else: trauma releaseConnect with André:

Sacred Illness & Nervous System Healing: Dr. Erin on Crohn’s Remission, Trauma, and the Wisdom of Symptoms
In this Life Vision Lab podcast episode, host Shwetha speaks with Dr. Erin, a naturopathic doctor, Somatic Experiencing practitioner, and certified intuitive eating counselor, creator of the Sacred Illness Blueprint. Dr. Erin shares her early-twenties Crohn’s disease diagnosis labeled incurable, how she resisted a prognosis centered on lifelong medication and surgery, and how her condition is now in remission without symptoms, medications, or surgery. She traces her path from conventional treatment to studying nutrition, herbal medicine, and naturopathic medicine, and describes a pivotal shift after taking mind-body medicine courses and training in biofeedback, which led her to focus on trauma, nervous system regulation, and somatic work. The conversation explores the idea of “sacred illness” as a meaningful communication from the body, the distinction between diagnosis and prognosis, and how chronic fight-or-flight patterns can drive chronic symptoms by disrupting digestion, muscles, and immunity. Dr. Erin explains her approach to helping clients communicate with the body to uncover what illness is holding, shares client examples involving chronic back pain tied to betrayal and women’s reproductive issues linked to matrilineal trauma, and discusses how surgery (including hysterectomy) can be part of holistic care without being seen as failure. She outlines her nine-step Sacred Illness Blueprint in three phases—understanding what the body is holding, facing and rewiring trauma-based beliefs, and embodying a new self—and closes with guidance for listeners to view pain as a signal inviting attention, curiosity, and deeper listening.
