In this episode, climate change is discussed as a world problem that can’t be solved by the OECD nations alone. In the next 20 years, responsibility for mitigating future catastrophic climate disruption will most likely shift to the developing East, no matter what current developed countries do. Will the East and West join together and seriously confront the most complex international problem the world has ever faced?
