Katherine Tague (LPCA) is a licensed therapist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, compulsive eating behaviors and related concerns. Katherine completed her clinical internship at Clementine Briarcliff Manor, an eating disorder treatment center for adolescents in Westchester County, NY. After completing her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, Katherine joined Backcountry Wellness— an eating disorder treatment program in Greenwich, CT. While at Backcountry, Katherine served as a Primary Therapist and then the Program Director of the residential treatment program. Katherine has additional training in metabolic therapies and is passionate about approaching mental health from a whole-body perspective. Katherine’s work focuses not only on addressing unproductive thought patterns and behaviors, but also lifestyle change strategies that can improve brain health.

Brian Wiley is a Certified Health Coach who has struggled with food addiction and battled with obesity for most of his life. Being advised with mainstream approaches as his solution, along with the standard, “eat less, move more” resulted in minimal, or no success with eventual regain. In 2009, he reached his highest weight of 265 pounds. His doctor advised and encouraged him to take medications after his blood glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol reached dangerous levels at the age of only 35. His commitment to a low carb lifestyle resulted in a 100-pound weight loss, and he was able to reverse his abnormal health markers improving his heart health and avoiding type 2 diabetes.     Kristin Johnson is a functional nutritionist with advanced training in holistic nutrition as well as a specialty in peri-menopause and menopause health. She is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition through the National Association of Nutrition Professionals, a certified DUTCH hormone test practitioner, and a graduate of the Nutritional Therapy Association’s Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner program. In addition, she has special training in amino acid therapy for anxiety and mood disorders as well as mindset coaching to facilitate change. She completed a professional mentorship with naturopathic endocrinologist Dr. Rebecca Provorse in 2020 and is also a “recovering” corporate attorney.

    Maria Claps is a functional health coach with a specialty in peri-menopause and menopause. She graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2013 and then went on to study in a hormone program for practitioners with Dr Sara Gottfried in 2014. She spent the first 8 months of 2015 completing the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Certification Program and, in 2017, completed the Menopause Method Program for Physicians with Dr David Rosensweet. She has been personally mentored by hormone scholar Dr Lindsey Berkson and naturopathic endocrinologist Dr Rebecca Provorse. She now mentors other health coaches and nutritionists to help them understand the unique and profound hormone changes of midlife.
