Mamas Down Under is a podcast created by three friends and mama's living on the Gold Coast, Australia.
They came together to create community and connection for expat mums living abroad. The podcast aims to provide support and relatable stories for other women in similar situations, whether that be living abroad currently, or mama's out there with dream to.
The hosts discuss various topics, including mental health, work-life balance and the highs and lows of living abroad. They hope to create a space where expat mums can connect and feel understood during this expansion experience.
