What you want really is safe guidance. You have desires and dreams and curiosities for a reason, to move you in the direction you were always meant to go in.
You will never be as young as you are now, you will continue to get wiser; use those gifts, monetise them and create the life you have always wanted. Permission GRANTED!

In this episode, I talk about my weight loss journey; how I did it, who I enlisted for support, what resistance I had around it, why it was so simple and what worked so you can do the same if your physical body is something you have felt disempowered by.
For the longest time I thought I was doing all the right things but I had never actually enlisted support from anyone that actually had what I wanted. The world of weightloss made my skin crawl and my eyes roll. I had an inherent belief system that "if all the other things haven't worked, why would this?".
I needed to adopt a zen mind, beginners mind and throw away everything I had been indoctrinated with around diet culture and restriction/scarcity.
Working with Justin changed my life because his entire approach is rooted in self love and abundance - on all fronts. There's absolutely no restriction, it's a decision to step into radiance, self love and a willingness to shift your beliefs and see things differently.

In this episode Alanna and I deep dive into her journey, one of addiction, overwhelm, chaos and pain that led into recovery, self love, service, support and contribution. Alanna and I connected in 2021 and she went through three of my signature programs, Purposefully Clear, Purposefully Connected and Purposefully Powerful. In this episode I speak about what it means to have client boundaries, what it means to implement those boundaries over and over again and what it feels like when we breach our own boundaries. We are a constant work in progress and it would be foolish to believe we're complete experts at boundary setting when it comes to matters of the heart, dealing with abandonment wounds, childhood trauma and codependence, many of the avenues we navigate in a coaching business and client dynamic. In 2018 and 2019 I refer to myself as a flattened cardboard box, not having many boundaries and being overly accessible to everyone.
If you're a coach this episode will be beneficial in helping you honour and come back to the initial terms you set within a container or with a specific person. If you haven't created client boundaries, now is the time to honour yourself and start. Repeat after me: "it is safe to be discerning and set boundaries", a statement I wish I had adhered to sooner.
Access to you is something you get to choose.

In this episode I talk about how I have navigated difficult clients in the past, what process I personally go through and what I tend to remind my clients of in times of uncertainty (do I see this through or fire this client). As a life coach, we tend to lean toward the people pleaser when it comes to securing clients (especially in the build phase of our businesses) and this can often lead to saying a big yes to the wrong kinds of clients.
It's ok though, every client is showing you what you do and don't want - moving you closer to your ideal avatar.
What do we do when we know we've taken someone as far as they'll go?
How do we refund someone?
What is your zone of genius?
What kind of clients completely drain your energy and you're cringing getting on calls with them?
This episode is a permission slip to have those difficult conversations with clients that have been led to the water but continually refuse to drink.
Remember, you are a self responsible human and it's your job not to fall into those rescuer tendencies!
Enjoy!

In this episode I have lost my voice. I raged a little too hard and it was because a few things got me wound up and I needed to let rip. For too long we have kept our true feelings and emotions bottled up inside of us and it leads to irrational behaviour, resentment and regret.
If we can allow ourselves to feel, heal, regulate and move through whatever is present, life is so much simpler, lighter and more manageable.
Here is the playlist I talked of in the episode.

In this episode I speak about why I am anti 'boss babe' culture and I am pro lifestyle alignment and living true to your values.
It is an absolute marketing frenzy out there, especially if you are in the coaching and personal development industry. People have a course for just about everything these days, so the question is how do we differentiate the good from the bs?
Post pandemic we're not available to be marketed to in unethical ways, we're not as interested in 'get like me' culture and we've moved into a healthy feminine energy of authenticity, rest, receptivity and flow. Hustle culture is pretty unappealing to the kinds of people I attract into my world.
They're here for connection, creativity, collaboration and building ethical, sustainable businesses rooted in the principals and values they hold true.
Many influencers I follow have built their businesses off the back of a MLM career and it shows. What do you think?
-
In this episode I speak on how I wracked up $26,500 in overdraft and credit card debt when I first started my business from not deciding soon enough on what I knew was inevitable, maybe you can relate...
I had so much fear about not knowing what was on the other side that instead of going all in, I self sabotaged and spent a lot of money I didn't have to re-learn the same lessons. Those lessons being, the fear will always be there, we must take the leap.
I touch on my journey at Revolut and the toxicity of working in fintech, my spiritual awakening, a weird situationship I had with an older man and how important it is to stand the fuck up for ourselves.
I cover a lot more but you'll have to listen to find out!
I was the queen of running away, til I ran straight into my own problems once more.
Enjoy!

In this episode I get deep on the "I don't know" statement. As a 21st century species we have an issue with commitment. We experience the paradox of choice.
The key to manifesting is "I don't know if it's available to me but I'm gonna go for it and do it anyway"
Napoleon Hill talks about folks that are committed and those that are drifters. Don't be a drifter.
Don't:
Delay the inevitable
Say "maybe"
Say "I don't know"
Say "I'm not sure"
You are sure, if a knife was held to your throat, I'd say you'd know 😂
What do you desire that you don't let yourself commit to?
Venus Williams says, "if you're not committed, you get anxiety. We get anxiety from not doing our best. Only you know if you're not doing your best."
You know what your best feels like. Your best can only occur if you commit, not drift.
Enjoy this episode.

Jessey McGuire is a life coach, podcaster and former school teacher that worked with me 1:1 for 16 weeks and is now in my annual entrepreneur membership: The Messy Action Members Club.
Whilst Jessey and I worked together he:
Went full time in his online coaching business and quit his teaching job.
Moved cities as he was living on his parents property in a cushy apartment and it wasn't serving the man he was becoming.
Traveled for 20 days solo around Europe, working from cafes and marveling down ancient streets.
Fired clients that weren't aligned with his values, his coaching style and the results he likes to get.
Upgraded the standards in his life and identified areas he was hiding from himself.
Made $9,500 in a week after setting a $10,000 intention.
Secured aligned clients paying higher prices with more integrity and skin in the game aka greater transformations.
Has settled into a business of service over self sacrifice and grinding.
We talk about
God, self love, boundaries, standards, how it doesn't need to be hard, resistance vs messy action, how we all require support and so much more.

In this episode I speak about the employee mindset vs entrepreneur mindset, boundaries, values and the 'over giver'. I speak into how making money, attracting money and being a match for money is an energetics game more than it's an output game.
Employee mindset = output
Entrepreneur mindset = somatics/energy/magnetism
If you're a coach, online biz owner, creator or creative, you'll enjoy this episode.

In this episode I mention the 'famous' Marie Forleo quote: "everything is figure-outable" - meaning, if we lean in instead of lean out, the odds of us coming out on top, alleviating a lot of anxiety & being successful is pretty high.
You're gonna be scared as an entrepreneur. You're gonna be scared as a new business owner. You're gonna be afraid of looking stupid on camera, of hate on the internet, of people not listening to you, of people judging you, of your work being kind of shit. Well guess what? We're all scared, of COURSE you're gonna be scared. That's the epic part of business & life, you get to be scared whilst simultaneously doing the thing anyway.
I mention Brené Brown and the comfort I get from her messiness and willingness to do it all anyway, despite it feeling like a shit show at times.
Ask yourself right now: what do I need?
It's usually support or someone to say "you're a fu***** bada** and I know what you're made of" - we can't stay stuck for long when someone believes in us.
