Cervical manipulation (neck adjustments) appears a crude or even barbaric practice. Many medical practitioners allege that it is unsafe and can cause strokes. It's commonly known to be an effective treatment, but is it safe?
Thankfully we have decades of high quality research to scrutinize this question and the results will undoubtedly surprise you. To my knowledge, we will be the first to scour this information and provide a digestible overview to the public.
