In this week's episode of the Queen's MEDLIFE Podcast, hosts Noah, Abbey and Alex sit down with Dr. Nick Ellis, the founder of MEDLIFE. In the second part of this two-part series, Dr. Ellis talks about how the three fundamental pillars of MEDLIFE (medicine, education and development) are being incorporated into ongoing volunteer projects as well as how they contribute to establishing community sustainability. He also touches upon his personal experiences being a physician in the global south along with the steps he took to be in this position, as well as his future aspirations for global development as a whole and how MEDLIFE can contribute to this greater goal of abolishing poverty in the south.
