Being apart of this Keji's Backyard Ultra was amazing! It really instilled some beautiful things in the importance of community and the power of allowing in community so we can do our best. We are all so much more powerful together, than alone. 💕

1. the way community raised the vibration for the runners and for the crews helping the runners. It was like a little hive, we each had our roles and we each contributed our best in support of our runner(s). 🐝
.2 we can't do anything alone. Or we can, but we'll never rise to our highest expression alone - we need community. We each have our part to play in the whole. 💫

Deepak Chopra is in the Epstein files over 3000 times. And understanding the context in which his communications were made doesn't make it look any better.
Several weeks ago now, I had a real moment of realization and understanding that Deepak just isn't who he's advertised himself to be all these past decades. The unity consciousness and various other states of consciousness and spiritual laws that he understands mentally so well, hasn't marinated all the way through his system.
He's been compartmentalizing parts of his life this whole time. And in the most tragic way imaginable.
I was massively disappointed that Deepak hasn't spoken out against Epstein and even more horrifying - he found it completely acceptable to maintain a friendship with Epstein even after Epstein was convicted of child sex crimes back in 2008.
Deepak is part of the systemic problem. I really didn't see this coming - not Deepak.
I mean Epstein and Trump and Les Wexner and formerly Prince Andrew - Yes, you just knew they were doing terrible things - the minute Trump said 'you just grab them by the pussy!' it was completely obvious.
But even I've been surprised at the depth and breadth of the depravity. And the systems that allowed it to go on for SO LONG.
In this episode, I go through the positive impacts Deepak's work has had on my spiritual journey at pivotal points along the way. And why several years ago, I felt I needed to move towards women spiritual leaders in the books I choose to read and the studies and events I attend.
The reason I recorded this episode is to highlight that each one of us is our own Wisest Advisor. We each know intuitively what is best for us, and certainly take in information from all sorts of avenues but at the end of the day, the age of the Guru is over. We are in complete Self-Authority, embodying the spiritual truth that we each have a direct line to God/Goddess/Source. We can no longer give our power away, no one except you knows what is best for you.
The future is Self-Authority. Where each one of us stands rooted in our own Authenticity. Where we each own our personal power. Where collectively we are a community of humans, responsible for our actions towards each other and for the energy we bring to anything we are involved in.
We are watching history in the making, the Age of unbridled power is crumbling to a close, where men who are so rich and so powerful have the audacity to write millions of incriminating emails for decades because they truly can't fathom getting called out or caught for their horrific crimes. Thank God.
And a deep bow of gratitude for all the children of these crimes, who are now women and men, who were unwavering in their commitment to shine the light on this very dark systemic child trafficking ring. I am so sorry that society didn't take their words more seriously, and follow up with real charges and prosecution, decades earlier than what we are seeing begin to happen now.
We are a better collective with this darkness exposed. Let's commit to creating systems that are fair and just for all, with no special exceptions for the super rich and their associates.

Happy Imbolc! 🌹☀️ This is the half way point between Winter and Spring - we are literally moving towards the light and to greater warmth - which is great news if you live in Canada or any wintering country in the Northern Hemisphere :)
The cycles of Nature are on our side, as we journey through these chaotic and tragic times, which I believe is a call of our times for each one of us to move from Fear Based Thinking to Love Based Thing.
Everything is Love or a Call to Love ~ A Course in Miracles (Marianne Williamson has a gorgeous day by day membership based on A Course in Miracles, if you a curious and want to learn more!)
Now is the time, to truly embody what we want, to BE the vision we are holding for the future. ❤️💕 In this episode, I provide examples of ways you can begin to change your thinking, as fear based thinking is so deeply woven into our society and the world systems.
When we come from a place of fear, we naturally have a tendency to 'other' people, to dehumanize them. When we come from a place of Love, we naturally are curious about them, we naturally have a basic level of respect and reverence for where they are coming from.
This is how we come together as a human race to repair and heal the world. We meet each other with curiousity. Together we can do amazing things, including move mountains! One person at a time, as a collective, we need to understand the immense power for change we have.
How you shift from Fear Based Thinking to Love Based thinking are:
1. Practice Loving Your Self - notice your thoughts, start reframing your fear based thoughts.
2. Practice Loving your Loved ones (even more) - these are the easy ones, you already love them! How do they speak to them selves, how do you speak to them, especially in disagreements. Practice loving repair and listening.
3. Practice Loving your Broader Community - extend your curiousity and commitment to understanding where others are coming from with clients, strangers, coworkers, everyone you come across!

This episode is to reinforce the fact that each of us has so much inherent power, individually and collectively. 💕 And the changes and uncertainty happening in the world and individually can really wear us down. And we are playing a LONG GAME here - at least collectively!
If you are wondering what the point of all this turmoil is, not to mention how to find a personal sense of meaning within your life and legacy - then this episode is for you.
3 ways to find more meaning in your life are:
1) Quiet and Silent Practices: drop the endless distractions and information overload, get back to yourself - walk in nature, find times where you are just in silence to tune into your Inner Wisdom and to get back to mothering yourself and caring for yourself. There is no need to be exposed to news, social media, and podcasts all the time - so what balance will you find between being aware of what's going on around you, of connecting with others online in positive ways, and finding peace within yourself while sitting in silence, or meditating, and other practices I mention in this episode.
2) Find YOUR Joy: get clear on your sources of Joy & ensure you have these things in your days, weeks and months and years to come! This will ensure you have the capacity for your life's ups and downs, and our collective re-structuring, and generally living through these times. Your joy is also your creativity, your sexual energy, your life force - prioritizing these aspects of your life is necessary to refresh and reset yourself when things are harder.
3) Be with your Loved Ones & Extend love & Receive love: Being in community with other humans is so good for our Souls. Be present with your loved ones, extend love to others, receive love from others. Volunteer your time to a great cause, help your neighbour, you get the idea!
When you are feeling lost or if you aren't sure where your life is headed - get back to the basics, 1) get quiet enough to hear your Inner Wisdom (your Intuition) so you can direct your life from within, 2) Find your Joy and 3) be with others in a generous, open hearted way.
If you make these three things a priority in your life, you'll create a meaningful life and beyond!

Sending you a big hug & a life update episode - since it's been a awhile since my last new episode! Thank you for being here and taking the time to listen into my podcast :)
In this episode - I talk about how big a threshold we've been on collectively and how mine has looked personally:
a) my eldest kiddos graduating high school and heading off to university
b) my trip to Glastonbury with the most beautiful group of women - the healing container that we all created was exactly the reset, rest, and re-alignment my soul needed. The women who hosted this retreat were incredible. We visited the Glastonbury Abbey, the The Chalice Well Gardens of the Red Springs, The Living Waters of the White Springs, the Magdalene Chapel, Standing Stones of Avebury and the West Kennet Long Barrow and of course The Tor where the Michael & Mary Dragon Ley Lines meet - it was all so etheric and heart healing and inspiring ❤️🌹
c) the space I've had since September to really listen in and tune in to what is calling to come through me in this next phase of my life and what needs to fall away, so there's room for what's coming through! This transition hold deep reverence for what is now complete and what is also being seeded and beginning. And the fact that I'm actually giving myself this space/time to really ensure the foundation I'm developing is going to support my next magical steps! :)

So, I've had first hand experience on how golf changes the depth of life lesson type conversations we are having and how it forces you to build resilience, patience and commitment to the skills of the game, is so fantastic.

Meditation is an incredibly powerful tool in your quest for Inner Peace and experiencing pleasure and meaning in your life.
The word meditation comes from from the Latin term Meditatum which means ‘to ponder’. By practicing meditation, we experience our SELF (or our SOUL) and realize how closely tied together our spirit is with our mind and our body.

Meditation is an anti-inflammatory and de-stressing tool for your body - free and available to you anywhere and at any time, who doesn't love that? :)
Physical benefits to mediation mentioned in this episode are:
Lowers blood pressure, lower resting heart rate, better overall cardiovascular heart health Increases healing on a cellular level Stress reduction by calming the nervous systemPain Management: it can reduce pain perception by altering brain activity and promoting a sense of calmness Improved sleep quality - meditation helps you redirect racing or runaway thoughts, allows you to release tension in the body, and generally achieve a peaceful state which helps settle you down into a sound sleep Strengthens immune system by reducing stress hormones. Shuts down sympathetic system and moves you into parasympathetic state = a relaxed state of beingPineal gland sends out all the feel good chemicals, oxytocin, the hormone melatonin, etcMeditation studies confirmed less brain activation in the amygdala, with it becoming less activated after meditation training. The amygdala is a small almond shaped brain structure primarily involved in processing emotions, particularly fear and aggression and in forming emotional memories, as well as social cognition. It helps us regulate the body’s response to stress by sending signals to the hypothalamus. In this episode - I discuss two studies showing the incredible impact our words/actions have on others as well as our environment. One was a study of water by Masaru Emoto from Japan, he wrote a book (which includes a pile of amazing photos of the patterns found in the water) called The Hidden Messages in Water. The second study was one I've heard from Dr. Wayne Dyer about the incredible impact a simple act of Kindness has on your environment.

I am starting a new segment on this podcast called Listener Stories with the Mystical & Unseen and I need your help - I'd love to hear from you, let me know, what's your story?
I'm looking for your experiences with the Divine - it can be anything from following your intuition, noticing synchronicities, experiences with angels or spirits and guides, Mother Nature, a Divine Intervention even? Spirit animals - literally any experience you've had that touched you as magical and positively influenced your life. That helped you return to Love.
I want to create a space where we are sharing our experiences with the unseen world, with the intent to bring forward and talk about these experiences, as normally as we would the weather, so they can be normalized and centered in our lives and in the world, as we each do our part to create a new way of living with each other on this beautiful planet we all call home.
When we acknowledge and access the unseen world, we have more access to our personal Timeless power and energy. We feel safer and more powerful in a world that can feel anything but when we are solely focused on the literal material realm.

This Morning Magic Episode centers around a question: Have you made time to clear other peoples' judgements of you from your energy body/psyche/mind/body?
Every so often, routinely check in with yourself and notice if anyone else's thoughts or opinions of you are running wild in your head or if you are still feeling tense from a conversation you had the other day.
Notice if it's something you can intentionally let go of on your own, or if a follow-up conversation is necessary.
Ensuring your channel is clear is essential for good energetic hygiene. You want to always come back to your heart, to your Soul and to your own Divine Wisdom - not anyone else's :)

There has been a lot of death in my life lately and so I wanted to record this episode, to encourage you to think about your death - if only so that you can live more genuinely and authentically. Within this episode I discuss the book called Top 5 Regrets of the Dying by Bronnie Ware. The top 5 regrets are:
1. I wish I'd had the courage to live true to myself, not the life of others.
2. I wish I had let myself be happier.
3. I wish I had the courage to express my feelings.
4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
5. I wish I hadn't worked so hard.
