The final episode of Season 3! Katie Mullan is an international hockey player and captain of the Ireland Women’s Hockey team. Katie has captained the team through their 2018 Hockey World Cup campaign, where they won silver, and lead them in their qualification for the 2020 Olympics. Katie talks about growing up playing camogie and hurling, the importance of increasing access to sport for younger girls at grassroots level, and how the team have coped during periods of separation due to COVID-19, whilst looking ahead to the Tokyo 2020 games.

Run Of A Kind, Birmingham's first and only running tour, was founded by Lucy Canham with support from, running tour guide, Hannah Green. Both having been active since a young age, Lucy and Hannah met through local running club Run Brum Crew. Lucy founded ROAK after the great experience she's had at running tours in other cities across the world. Hannah and Lucy talk about how running tours can brilliant for tourists and locals alike, the camaraderie in running clubs or groups, and the ideas they have to develop the business in the future.

Grace Harvey is a GB para-swimmer and is ranked in the top 5 worldwide for her top two events. Grace is a 10 times British Record holder, breaking the 200m IM short course European record in 2017 and won bronze in the 100m backstroke at the Euros 2018. Grace talks about the experience of swimming camps and getting into the GB squad, the disparity and integration between Para and able-bodied events, plus looking ahead to the Tokyo Paralympics and the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

Rachael Collins is a mountaineer and aspiring Ultra runner. Rachael has completed a number of big ascents including; Kilimanjaro, Annapurna circuit, Cotopaxi, as well as several attempts of Mont Blanc. Rachael talks to us about how she got in to mountaineering, the potential challenges for people interested in participating in outdoor adventure sports and the lack of women out on the mountains.

Mira Erda is a racing driver and Red Bull athlete. Mira started racing at 9 years old, now a Formula 4 driver, she keeps making history; including becoming the first Indian woman to ever compete in the Euro JK race series, back in 2017. Mira talks about her experience as one of the few women on the India F4 circuit, how the support of her family and friends has been critical for success and her big plans for the future.

Welcome to Season 3! Tazneem Anwar and Dahlia Choudhary both started running to get more active and have gone on to get involved with Park Run, and compete in marathons and half-marathons, all alongside full-time work and family life. Taz has also been selected as an Asics Frontrunner and has set up a running group specifically for South Asian women. Dahlia and Taz talk about running as a form of self-care, challenging perceptions on clothing and appearance in sport, and how the hashtag, #hijabirunner, is helping to create an online community of South Asian and Muslim women getting involved in running.

Welcome to Season 2! Lana Doran is a recently retired professional basketball player, having played in the WBBL for London Lions and Nottingham Wildcats. Before turning professional, Lana received a college athlete scholarship from Cal U of Pennsylvania with whom she won the NCAA National, Atlantic Regional and 3 conference championships. We discuss the process for finding the right college, the mental health effects of injury and how to navigate work/life balance as a female pro athlete.
