We may be off-season, but weâre coming out of our summer retirement as we couldn't miss speaking about Off Campus.
Thereâs no other way to say it: Hannah Wells, Allie Hayes and Briar Uâs star hockey players have taken over our lives, and itâs not possible to speak about anything else.
In this spoiler-ridden Strictly special, we chat through a new era of men written by women, on-screen consent talk that shouldnât feel revolutionary but does, green-flag friendships without unnecessary drama, and how Off Campus handles the trauma its protagonists are trying to process.
Of course, weâre also making room for Loganâs absurd hair, Hannahâs next-level stage presence and whether Yellow Haze is an underrated banger or better left alone.

There are some new kids in town, as the Strictly Come Dancing presenters for 2026 and beyond have been unveiled! đȘ©
Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe and Johannes Radebe will be taking to the ballroom floor this autumn as the new faces of the BBC primetime show, and Aimee and Ava share their first impressions of this unexpected (but possibly incredible) trio.
What form will the Clauditorium take? How will Emma and Josh respond to the fast pace of professionals and celebrities putting their all into their dances each week? How will Jojo transform into Elstree Studio's roving reporter? We have more questions than answers, but we're definitely getting excited for autumn!

At long last, the final vows (vowels?!) arrive, and the producers go all-out on a show-stopper of a finale⊠well, at least for Stella and Filip.
Our tenth episode covers eps 37-39 of series 13 of MAFSAU. Aimee and Ava debrief on some truly rollercoaster final vowels, our favourite moments from the series (the other F word will outlive us all) and our final Dannyisms to end our time in Sydney đŠđș Fish bowls of white wine, relentless mentions of men going to war and more cat fights than we needed to see in a lifetime... 2026, over and out!

âItâs just white wine sloshing around and mini sliders not getting eaten!â đ
The âIs Grass Is Greener?â challenge brought out the good, the bad and the ugly in our couples this week. While John attests to its use as âtesting couplesâ boundariesâ, we know the real reason we loved this week: utter chaos.
Our ninth episode covers eps 33-36 of series 13 of MAFSAU. Aimee and Ava reflect on the truce of the century from Gia and Bec, sealed with a savvy b in a pub garden at 8am. Meanwhile wedding rings were flying left and right in the hallowed MAFSAU halls, lifts were operating at absurd speeds and we have more Dannyisms than anyone will ever want or wish for.

Something wicked this way comes... as the contestants for Season 2 of Celebrity Traitors are announced!
Aimee and Ava gather their thoughts on the scheming, back-stabbing and treachery set to take place in Ardross Castle this year, as yet more celebrities descend on the Highlands đ° We predict who could be a break-out faithful or a double-crossing traitor, and who we can't wait to see attempt murders in plain sight.

Homestays, sweet homestays. Oversized crudité platters? Tick. Confrontations on a boat? Tick. Toxic parents yammering on about body clocks? Also tick!
Our eighth episode covers eps 29-32 of series 13 of MAFSAU. The cast members left their tiny apartments this week to sample what life might be like without the constraints of âthe experimentâ. If the week is anything to go by, spiralling, salami and absurd amounts of spaghetti await them on the other side...

The bar really is on the floor if microwaved cheese and crisps counts as putting on the captainâs hat. Steve-o? Weâre not impressed.
Our seventh episode covers eps 25-28 of series 13 of MAFSAU. Feedback week beckons in some unwelcome truths for our most toxic contestants, while those in marital bliss enjoy some much needed silliness! Aimee and Ava discuss Other Nacho Toppings Steve-o Could Have Used To Show A Modicum of Effort, their top four favourite Danny-isms from the week, and the âsnipâ comment the experts seemed to skip overâŠ

âI donât know if itâs in anyoneâs comfort zone to be discussing f***** b****** in front of a group of ten people?!â
Our sixth episode covers eps 21-24 of series 13 of MAFSAU. Now officially in the âbusiness endâ of the experiment, the cast manage to ruin a beautiful retreat getaway in Kiama, New South Wales, by *checks notes* another pointless row!

Itâs that time in the series where the TUI couple feel like ultimate goals, because everything else is going to đ©
Our fifth episode covers eps 17-20 of series 13 of MAFSAU. We chat through the couples in crises this week (what a beautiful Heat Mag-esq title that is), alongside absurd menu choices for Friends and Families Week, backtracks of the century and a debrief of (yet more) dinner party drama.
What happened to a quiet night out with some orange wine and small plates, eh? Follow us for more on Instagram: @strictly_pod

Is that the sound of⊠yet more church bells?! Three new couples arrived on the Sydney scene this week, causing quite the stir for our original cast members, with Borat impersonations, anti-woke sentiments and very cursed teddy bears.
Our fourth episode covers eps 13-16 of series 13 of MAFSAU. Weâre chatting about absurd dinner party showdowns, when the class clown dynamic goes too far, and writing nuanced breakup letters whilst wearing purple feather trim boobtubes.
Tick? Tick? Tick? Not for these newbies! Follow us for more on Instagram: @strictly_pod

Intimacy Week has the intention of bringing couples closer together, but there is something in the water with Season 13. While Mel and Luke might be stronger for some melting hugs, the rest of the group took a leaf out of the Lord of the Flies playbook, and, to put it lightly, all hell broke loose.
Our third episode covers eps 9-12 of series 13 of MAFSAU. We run down therapy-speak word vomit, Love Actually Isnât A Great Idea for A Grand Gesture, tiny sofas, guinea-pig facial hair and Peaky Blinders starter packs.
Letâs get curious about sacred safe spaces, okay? Follow us for more on Instagram: @strictly_pod

As planned by our puppet masters (the experts), Revelations Week ushered in a tidal wave of chaos for our newly married couples. Aimee and Ava leave no stone unturned in their play-by-play of the current cast members, and whether their marriages are âSnog, Marry, Avoidâ: never getting further than sexual chemistry, going the distance or a complete crash and burn.
Our second episode covers eps 5-8 of series 13 of MAFSAU. Main discussion points include amazing noses on Australian farmers and what we really mean when we say âGirlsâ girlâ.
Itâs giving red flags this week! Follow us for more on Instagram: @strictly_pod

The Strictly Podcast returns for spring, and we are back with a bang, because weâre following Married At First Sight Australia all the way to summer đŠđșđžđš
Our first episode covers eps 1-4 of series 13 of MAFSAU. Weâre discussing initial impressions from this yearâs cast, the wild reality of inviting a film crew into the (supposedly) Happiest Day of Your Lifeâą and what we canât wait to see from this incredibly high brow social experiment.
Our walls are down and itâs green flags all the way! Follow us for more on Instagram: @strictly_pod

With five Emmys and a Golden Globe under its belt on its first season alone, how could we not do a special on The Pitt?
Arriving on UK screens this March, Aimee and Ava decide to embark on a procedural spring, sharing their initial thoughts on The Pitt, starring Noah Wyle and created by ER executive producers, writers and show runners.
Naturally, weâre also discussing everything we love about ER, from character arcs to trailblazing filming styles.
Weâve been very, very careful to avoid any spoilers for The Pitt, so you can listen along before watching.

Letâs face it, if you werenât crying during the Strictly Final then you might be getting a visit from some Ghosts of Christmas Past this weekâŠ
In this weekâs bumper Christmas special Aimee and Ava are joined by long-time friends Tori and Nina, who share their thoughts from a stand-out season, and right our wrongs on a number of contestants, dance styles and hot takes.
Plus, we play the first ever edition of âDid it Really Happen on Strictly?â (without any prizes, as we blew the budget earlier in the season on miniature vermouth).
