    Nighttime brought its own set of challenges. We learned about creating a cool and comfortable sleeping environment for our twins, experimenting with various fans and cooling techniques to maintain a pleasant temperature in their bedroom, ensuring they could sleep soundly.

    Of course, staying indoors all day isn't always feasible, especially when the sun is shining bright. We discuss our experiences of taking the twins out for the day and how we kept them cool on these outings. We emphasise the importance of using sunscreen to protect their skin from harmful UV rays and the benefits of lightweight, breathable clothing to prevent overheating.
