  • In this episode we are talking about methods you can use to 'naturally induce' labour. This is with a huge caviate which is, induction is induction. If your body has not going into labour by itself and you have choosen to use any form of intervention 'natural' or otherwise to encourage your body to go into labour before it starts naturally, this is still a form of induction and does come with risks. Please research fully and inform yourself and if at all possible we would always encourage you to wait for your body to go into labour naturally when it is ready.

The methods we discuss in this episode are all focused on just encouraging your natural body's hormones to push you into labour, these will only work if your body is close to going into labour anyway. However, we are mums, we have been sitting impatiently waiting to go into labour and know that regardless you are likely to be googling methods of naturally inducing labour so we might as well lay some ideas out for you.
