We love to chat and offer advice or resources however we can. Mental health is one of our favorite topics because we know how all of us have struggled over the past few years, and some still are. You don't have to keep struggling alone when there's so much out there for you. Let us help point you in the right direction.
One of the things we mentioned to you that you must look into is the book "The Iron Prince" by Luke Chmilenko. One of the most amazing books we've read since Ready Player One. Here's a quick synopsis of the story, but it is amazingly well written and if you get it on Audible, Luke Daniels does the reading as one of the top voices today:
"He doesn't know it yet, of course. Reidon was born weak, sickly and small. Afflicted with a painful disease and abandoned by his parents because of it, he has had to fight tooth and nail for every minor advantage life has allowed him."

With Mental Health Day having just passed we remind you that if that's something you struggle with, you are a warrior! You are not weak or broken, you are a fighter! Just remember though, even warriors have companions. Someone to share the load. You don't have to fight alone. If you want to break free you need to talk to someone about your struggles. Life can feel like you're just surviving at times, but it's time to start thriving. You can overcome and life won't always be like it is right now. This too shall pass.
