Dreams have fascinated humanity for thousands of years. Are they simply the brain processing memories, emotions, and experiences—or could they be something more?
In this episode, I explore the science behind dreaming, the mystery of lucid dreaming, and why dreams have captivated people across cultures throughout history. I also separate fact from fiction by looking at how dreams are portrayed in Behind Her Eyes and Inception, discussing what these stories get right, what they get wrong, and why they continue to fascinate us.
I also have a very special guest appearance you won’t want to miss.
Whether you see dreams as psychological, spiritual, or somewhere in between, I invite you to join me as I explore one of the greatest mysteries of the human experience.

In this episode, I discuss the new film Disclosure and the themes that stood out to me most. As I share my thoughts on the movie, I also discuss my own personal experiences and observations surrounding disclosure, belief systems, and humanity’s relationship with the unknown. Why does this topic create such strong reactions? Why does it challenge some people more than others? Join me for a personal conversation about the film, religion, fear, and the bigger questions that arise when our understanding of reality begins to expand.

In this episode, I’m joined by one of my mentees, Nikki, as she shares the powerful story of a childhood near-death experience that she believes awakened her psychic abilities. From unexplained intuition to sensing things she couldn’t logically explain, she opens up about how that moment changed the course of her life forever.
We also discuss the unusual experiences surrounding her mother’s childbirth experience and whether certain people may come into this world already carrying heightened sensitivity. Was this something she was born with… or did the near-death experience unlock something dormant within her?
Together, we explore psychic awakening, intuition, near-death experiences, spiritual experiences, and the lifelong journey of learning to trust abilities that can’t always be explained.

New Orleans is a city where stories don’t fade—and vampire legends are some of the ones people still stand by.
In this episode, I’m breaking down where these stories come from, how they connect to the history of voodoo, and why so many people say they’ve experienced something they can’t explain.
Because whether you believe it or not… there’s something about New Orleans that feels different.
-
In this episode, I break down the history of intuition across cultures and why modern society especially in America has learned to question it. From ancient traditions to present-day experiences, I look at how intuitive ability has always existed, just labeled differently.
I also get into telepathy what it actually is, how it shows up in everyday life, and why more people experience it than they realize.
This isn’t about hype it’s about understanding what’s real, what’s been misunderstood, and what we’ve been taught to ignore.

When the crowds leave and the lights shut down, some places don’t fully go quiet. In this episode, I’m diving into real accounts from haunted theme parks and carnivals—stories of footsteps on empty rides, figures seen after closing, and energy that doesn’t seem to leave with the guests. From well-known parks to traveling carnivals, I’ll walk you through what’s been experienced, what might be residual, and what could be something more. I’ll also share some of my own experiences. These are the places where joy, fear, and memory collide—and sometimes, linger.

In this episode, I’m sharing real paranormal stories from inside hospitals across the United States — including firsthand accounts from doctors, nurses, and patients who experienced things they still can’t explain.
From unexplained voices and shadow figures to moments that blur the line between life and death, these stories all come from real locations and real witnesses. Hospitals are places of healing… but they’re also places where people pass on — and some believe not everything leaves. At the end, I share a few of my own experiences and insights as a medium.
These are the encounters that stayed with them… and the ones that stay with you.

Special guest Irene Bremis, New York City–based comedian and co-host of the podcast The Woo Woo with Rachel Dratch, joins me for an honest and meaningful conversation.
Irene shares her personal experience navigating Colorectal Cancer and what it was like to face a serious health diagnosis. We talk about the importance of health advocacy, listening to your body, and how healing often requires alignment between the mind, body, and spirit.
Our conversation moves between humor, honesty, and reflection as Irene shares how this experience changed her perspective on wellness, resilience, and the way we care for ourselves.
It’s an inspiring discussion about awareness, courage, and the importance of taking our health seriously while staying connected to our inner strength.

The Queen Mary is famous for its ghost stories, but behind every legend was a real person who once walked its decks. In this episode, I explore some of the ship’s most talked-about encounters—from shadowy figures in the engine room to strange happenings in stateroom B340. But instead of just asking what haunts the Queen Mary, I ask a deeper question: who were the people behind these stories?

this episode, I explore an idea that’s becoming harder to ignore what if the line between this world and the next isn’t as fixed as we think?
After rewatching Upload, it made me reflect on how technology is beginning to explore concepts like digital consciousness and mind uploading. As a medium, I’ve always experienced the afterlife less like a distant heaven and more like an advanced world that still connects to ours.
With the rapid development of AI, could technology eventually help us understand consciousness and the afterlife in ways we never imagined?

When Prince Albert died in 1861, Queen Victoria didn’t just mourn — she transformed grief into ritual. His rooms were preserved. His clothes laid out daily. His presence spoken of as if he were still there.
At a time when spiritualism was rising across Britain, Victoria found comfort in the belief that love could continue beyond death.
In this episode, we explore her devotion, Victorian mourning culture, and why this era still feels so energetically charged today.
Did she simply grieve…or did she truly believe love never dies?

Conspiracy theories are everywhere — but not all of them are nonsense, and not all of them are true.
In this episode of The House Medium, I break down three very different conspiracies to explore where fact ends and fiction begins. We look at a documented government program that actually happened, a conspiracy rooted more in psychology than reality, and one that lives in the gray area between secrecy and speculation.
This isn’t about fear or blind belief. It’s about discernment.
Why do conspiracy theories take hold during unstable times? Why does uncertainty make people uncomfortable?
And how do we tell the difference between intuition and paranoia?
This episode is an invitation to think clearly, stay curious, and resist the urge to fill uncertainty with monsters.🎙 The House Medium with Adela Lavine

n this episode, we explore one of the most fascinating and controversial corners of the paranormal world: alien medical encounters and claims of miraculous healing. Why do so many people report being “worked on,” examined, or even healed by non-human beings? And why does the idea of alien medicine feel believable to so many?
We’ll revisit well-known cases like Betty and Barney Hill, breaking down what Betty described experiencing aboard the craft versus what Barney reported — and how their accounts differed. We’ll also look at other reported encounters where individuals claimed physical healing or unexplained medical changes after an abduction-type experience.
Are these psychological events? Sleep phenomena? Trauma responses? Something else entirely? Why do certain patterns repeat across stories?
At the end, I share my own thoughts on light, healing, and consciousness — and where I personally draw the line between spiritual experience and physical reality.
This isn’t about blind belief or blind dismissal. It’s about asking better questions.

There’s a heaviness in the world right now that many people are feeling without fully realizing it. In this episode, I talk about the quiet mental and emotional weight so many are carrying, how Eastern and Western cultures approach healing differently, and how intuition can help guide us through difficult moments without denying reality or forcing positivity.
