Eldur Smári Kristinsson is a gender critical gay activist from Iceland.
He ran for parliamentary election last month to put the dangers of gender ideology and the harm it poses on the agenda. Towards the end of the election campaign the State Broadcaster, RÚV, made libellous and defamatory statements about him.
He was then contacted by the Police and informed that The National Queer Association of Iceland had reported him to the Police and that the Suðurnes Police Department have opened an investigation about several social media posts, one being where he is criticising the practise of MEN taking Domperidone in order to induce lactation and "breastfeed" infants.
